Zoom Phone Basic and a physical phone

I have a few rooms where all I need is an internal "extension to extension" option... does this exist? What is the cost? When I try to add a physical phone to a basic user I'm told that I need a license... I dont need any advanced features and dont want any out of office calling... Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Yes basic has no deskphone support only soft clients. It also includes VM. It doesnt include features like CQ/SLG i.e. advanced features @Boyan

Yes, there is a Zoom Phone Basic License that only allows extension to extension dialing.  You may need to call your account exec to get the licenses added to your account.  If you don't have a dedicated AE, then call the main sales line for an Online AE to help you with the correct license types.

Thank you so much! Do you have an idea how much it costs per month? Do I need to setup any other integrations?

Pricing is best left to the specialists!  😉  The rest of Zoom Phone should operate as normal so long as you don't have anything unique to your environment.

@wofits it showed up for free for us; now I have NOT attempted to assign it to a physical phone, but it works just fine using the soft-Zoom client and as far as I can tell - there's no cost to it and no user limit (someone correct me here).
