Hello!Have you ever experienced lip-sync problems during a live streaming of a zoom webinar?I have often had this problem, but I do not know if it depends on Zoom or other aspects.Usually I use Personalized live streaming service.Can you share your experiences please? Thanks.Isa

When I'm sharing my PPT screen on full screen, I often use the "pause share" feature and make edits to future slides. I then go back to full screen mode, but I when I hit "resume share" it always exits of full screen mode. Anyone know why it's doing that? Or what do I need to do?

How many of you have started using the new Immersive View? I use it for small meetings that I am not sharing my screen often, but I only used the views offered.  Have you created any custom views?

When I am on Zoom in a meeting when I sent out a Chat  were it states From:  it states ME ... How can I get me name to appear instead of Me.  When I receive Chats from everyone their name appears.Email:  ***********

Hi,  I recently had to attend a course via zoom. I was told to install the app. Which was Zoom basic. I was eventually locked out of the room due to only having audio and no video. Zoom basic says that I am only able to attend meetings which are 40 minutes long.  Does anyone know whether I should have been advised to buy a  30 hour per meeting subscription on zoom? I.E Zoom Pro? Could that be why I was stopped from being present? I have lost a lot of money and am now expected to pay for the course again. It wasn't my internet connection and I bought a new laptop because it was an ongoing course.Any help, suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated please. Hello, I was able to create an account-level Server-to-Server OAuth application to host our webhook events and API calls. The app shows that it is "Activated" and it shows up under installed applications on our account: Within the app, under "Features", I enabled "Event Subscriptions" to be able to utilize webhooks: I checked the box to enable the webhook for user.status_changed: The Endpoint URL validated successfully: But when I test changing my status in Contact Center... I do not receive any request fired to my webhook endpoint (which is configured to receive POST application/json, and tested when validating the endpoint).  Is there any additional configuration that needs to be done for it to fire? Or am I misunderstanding how it's supposed to work? Thanks,Steven

I suggest zoom to give the video background, filters and the avatars in the meetings for those who are on mobile device like smartphone, tablet. Pls note I am just suggesting this.

I have the Basic account because I am testing out Zoom. I want to enable people to register for a meeting, but I don't see the Registration features in my account. According to Zoom documentation, this feature should be available even for Basic accounts.

Whenever I host a meeting it starts recording it automatically. My cousin turned auto recording on, but I do not know how to off that option. Please anyone tell how to.

Hello all,  As stated in the subject, when an event is created through the Outlook plugin and then the event is deleted, it doesn't get deleted through the plugin so it's still scheduled in Zoom. You CAN do this but going to the settings button and then clicking remove, but those extra small steps aren't what users are used to. They are used to just right-clicking an event in the calendar and deleting or just pressing the delete key. Is there any way to make this happen automatically? Notifications for canceled meetings keep popping up for users.

For a host, In the event of a power outage and connectivity is lost, if you have a co-host will tje session continue uninterrupted even though the host has lost connection?

Hi,I am considering using the zoom interpretation feature in a hotel event with more than 300 attendees.The presenter(s), present at the venue, would address the audience in Language 1 through PA which would also be sent off site through Zoom to interpreters somewhere else.Each attendee would then use the venue's WIFI to join Zoom (audio only) and select their preferred target language. Is this possible? Is it usually done? Besides the number of devices that a router can handle (sources mention around 250) and bandwidth (Zoom states 60 - 100 kbps per user for audio only) , are there other considerations I should take into account?Thank you!

Hi all, I've had a series of meetings where we share PDF resources in real time through the Zoom chat by either clicking and dragging to the chat box, or selecting "file upload" and choosing "from my computer." The last few meetings I've been in this week, I have not been able to upload files from my computer or drag files from my computer into the chat. Instead, I can only choose Google Drive, Dropbox, Sharepoint, etc.  How can I upload local files into the Zoom chat? I checked my settings on the admin account and "send files via meeting chat" is still enabled

Is there a way to attach a survey to a webinar template?  I use the same 18-question survey for every webinar and I currently recreate it for each webinar.  If I could create a survey that would automatically be attached to each webinar using that template, it would save tons of time and aggravation.   Thanks in advance for any assistance! 👍

Im producing a hybrid event that is coming up and my client would like to play a prerecorded trivia video prior to the webinar for virtual attendees while the presenters are in the practice mode. Is it possible to set up a waiting room in a webinar and play a video for attendees while they wait? does anyone have experience/insight on this? I have contingency plan if not. Thanks!

Hi! Whenever I try to upgrade my free zoom account to the paid version, I get the error message: “Something went wrong. Please make sure that your billing information is updated, and pop-up blockers are disabled in your browser.” billing info is correct and pop-up blockers are not active. this happens with whatever browser I try to use and no matter which credit card or even PayPal. There’s no problem with the credit card at all. im at a loss as to what to do. I have previously been a paid member. How to do the upgrade?

The content that is generated in the chat in the main zoom room disappears (clears out) when participants move into breakout rooms. This is a new change that wasn't happening last week when I used zoom. Is this a bug or new feature that needs to be enabled/disabled? It used to be the case that "Your chat history follows you. This means while attendees are in a breakout room, they will still be able to view the chat messages from the main room prior to entering a breakout room. When they return to the main room, chat messages from their specific breakout room will appear in the chat panel." I just joined Zoom, as a free user with a 40 minute meeting time limit.  If I am invited to join a 4 hour meeting hosted by a paid Zoom user, will I be cut off at 40 minutes?  Need to know, this is critical for an important job interview process. Thanks!
