I have a pro account and host an AA meeting that meets daily. Each morning the chair person logs in as host using the claim host feature. If my chair is on a free account will our meeting be effected by the 40 minute limit?

I have a personal zoom account. I am seeking a log of all zoom meetings I had in April 2022 for billing purposes. I have searched online and found that I should log onto zoom online and follow these links: Admin - Reports - User Activity Reports - Operation Logs - enter desired dates and your email - hit search button.  I did that and it yielded nothing. What's up? It would be really helpful to see all the zoom meetings that I hosted OR was invited to over the last month.

I am unable to share my screen and receive the error code 105035.  This is something new to this week.  Any quick tips?  

I have a brand new Asus Zenbook - internal microphone works fine with other applications, such as Skype. An external microphone also works fine in Zoom (I have tried 2 different ones), but not the internal microphone. I have checked all the settings, uninstalled and re-installed Zoom, installed new device drivers from Asus. I also talked to Asus Support and they say that "as the internal microphone works with other apps, the problem must be with Zoom specifically." Is there any solution from Zoom on this??

Problem:  I have everyone register for the meeting. The first-person name who registers name (for example A B) is being used automatically by people who come into the meeting.  So, I can end up with 4 people in the meeting named A B.   This makes it impossible to know who is in the meeting defeating the reason purpose of having people register in the first place.  It could be people who have no Zoom profile account that come into the meeting with the A B name. Is this a known problem?  How do I correct this problem?

Previously - before the Xmas vacation - when I moved to a breakout room my in meeting chat moves with me. Today I was the host and went to a breakout group to answer a question and my chat did not move with me. The chat was not showing when I returned to the main room. However when I saved the chat it saved all the items that I had previously posted.We need a feature of the chat moving with the participant so that they can be given a brief for the breakout and refer to the questions in the breakout so if this is a "new feature" that is going to be a real pain. If however it is a short term problem or bug then I will be glad to see it resolved 

What are Zooms output formats? SRT, HLS, RTMP...???Thanks in advance!

The Zoom phone's incoming call history is only partially displayed on the Android ZoomPhoneApp, even though it is all recorded on the web admin page. I considered the impact of forwarding calls from the company phone to the Zoom phone, but even incoming calls directly to the ZoomPhone may not show up in the history. How do i fix it?

We have a Zoom account that is shared by several people to host meetings. When logging into Zoom it often thinks that there is an unusual login and the hosts are asked to enter a verification code (please see screenshot below). The verification code is sent to the account email that these hosts have no access to. This is causing a lot of frustration and delays. Is there any way we can disable this logion verification? I recorded a training and a timestamp was included. I want to remove the time stamp from that recording. I know how to turn the feature off for future recordings. How do I remove a time stamp for an existing recording? Thank you!

I just purchased zoom phone basic for A$252 to call AU and NZ numbers. I already have a phone number. I chose the local that starts with +618. But when I try it, it's not making any calls. I can't call any AU and NZ numbers. What's wrong?

Hi, Zoom PWA has always worked well on my Chromebook, the machine is only a year old... At this time it has suddenly stopped working. I get a white screen, nothing loads.  I uninstalled/reinstalled, no improvement. My system is up-to-date, in fact there was an update recently so perhaps this is the issue? Thank you!

Did anyone see "meeting analytics from read" in Zoom meeting? It is like an attendee. Only the meeting organizer can kick it out of the meeting. What is it? How was it joined the meeting? Please refer to the attached screenshot.  Please help!

Hello - we have a zoom account for which we pay about $150 per year, but the chatbot says we don't have access to a live agent.  We are trying to adjust the settings for piano lessons on zoom.  The people on the other end can hear our piano, but we can't hear theirs.  We have adjusted all audio settings and searched Google, but the Google videos don't match the options we have available.  Can anyone please tell me how to adjust the audio settings within zoom so that we can hear the other people's piano.  They can hear ours just fine.  Thank you.

Can we make more than 14 members as a host for 1 meeting?

I currently have a Pro (Named Host) account. My Rotary District has offered one of ten accounts they have for the officers. Will I be able to use this and retain all the Zoom meetings I have already scheduled.

I need transcription services for a research project. The Zoom info says you need a Business, Education, or Enterprise account for transcription services; however, the least costly plan (Business) requires a 10-license minimum. I am not a business, and it will just be me using the account, so I do not need/want to pay for 10 licenses. I noticed there is a Pro account option for individuals with no license minimum, with an add-on option for "Translated Caption." --> Is translated caption the same thing as transcription?--> If not, what is recommended for individuals who need transcription? Thanks in advance!Emilie 

Yesterday was the day of my payment. And zoom debited money from my account twice with 5 hours difference. The same account. In Zoom I see only one  bill but on my bank account two payments. What happened? And how can I return one payment?

Hello,Is it possible to create a Zoom event that doesn't even require the email address of the attendees. So that attendees could just arrive on the Zoom event page and then log in to a webinar or a meeting. The idea is for the Zoom event to be really easy to access for the attendees. Thank you. Best regards,

Hi there, I would like to delete my ZOOM account. It asks for a "passcode" ? Is that the Personal Meeting ID ? The moderator key? Both are not accepted. Where is the "passcode" or how can I change it. Regards
