I was recently experimenting with the 1080P setting checkbox while creating a new webinar.  The quality upgrade for attendees was drastic.  But I only seemed to get better quality when viewing on a PC.  When I was viewing the same webinar on my Mac I was only receiving 640 X 360 resolution video.  If I promoted that Mac up to a panelist, the video quality jumped to 1080.  I was on the same internet connection for both the PC and the Mac, so it wasn't a bandwidth issue.  Has anyone else seen the poor quality only while watching on a Mac?

Hi Communityour users claiming that the syncronisation form Outlook Client trough the Zoom Outlook Plugin is not acurate.There are missing entries that can see in Outlook but not in the Zoom Client.Mostly of them are invitations and alos invitations without Zoom Meeting appointments. Anyone who experianced the same issues and maybe have a solution for that?Our setup is:Windows 10Outlook 2019MAPI integration in OutlookNewest Zoom Client  Version: 5.13.11 (13434)Newest Zoom Outlook Plugin  Version: 5.13.10.810  Thanks in advance cheerscalvo 

We are working with a local senior center to implement a workshop and they are wondering if participants that only join by phone can be placed in breakout rooms. Is this possible? Has anyone tried?

For the zoom webinar, we put in a wallpaper. But this background does not "transfer" to the youtube webcast (it remains a black background). Is it normal? Any solution? Thank you

I have an edge case. I am using Zoom Phone on a desktop computer and android phone. I keep the Android phone with the Zoom app installed with me all the time. I am a pastor and take a day off. On my day off, people calling to talk to me will get an auto-receptionist with IVR and they can either press 1 to leave a voicemail, or press 3 to ring my phone anyway if it's an emergency. The problem is, if they leave a voicemail, I'll get a notification on my phone on my day off, and the whole point of this is to delay receiving non-urgent contacts until after my "Sabbath." Can I set it up somehow that my phone will1) ring (via the zoom app) 24/7 hour as long as the person follows through the phone tree to request it (this part is already set up),2) but only get voicemail notifications on my cell phone during hours I would otherwise be in the office? I've googled this extensively and found nothing. I trimmed the end of my recorded webinar but would like to recover the full recording, is that possible, and if so, how do I do that?

Since I am the Admin of my Zoom account, why am I not allowed to remove my email watermark from my Zoom screen? It's very annoying during meetings (and even worse) it's displaying my account (business) email, not my public email address. When I go to Settings > Schedule Meeting > Add Watermark, I see that the switch is toggled to "on" and a message beside it saying "Locked by admin".  However, as I previously stated, I am the admin of the account.  

It's a 640-480 vid.Once it's played through a zoom meeting the quality suffers considerably. Near-optimum-conditions. Using RG-45 connexion.It is an MP4 Any suggestion would be greatly appreaciated, thanks.

If we want to give access to panelist to do a practice session without host. Is it possible. If yes then how to make it happen?

Is there a way to add multiple alternative hosts without having to type each users name or first three letters name?  Can I create a group and add the group as an Alternative Host?

HELP please. I have been running exercise to music classes online since the start of the pandemic and since  mid April 2022 my clients can no longer hear the music it cuts in and and sometimes unable to to any music at all. I have even upgraded my laptop in case it was the internal audio but this hasn't fixed the problem!This never used to happen and I really need to get it fixed otherwise I will loose clients from my music based classesI look forward to hearing from you.  Outlook Calander zoom meetings not showing on the zoom software (some of them). Also, the user states that unknown meetings are showing on her zoom app. I updated the zoom app, and I signed the user out and had the user log back in, but nothing solved the problem. I did see an article that you have to check in the sync setting but i did not find it on the app, so i don't know if the sync setting is on or not. If any of you can show me the steps on how to check if the sync is working and what other troubleshooting steps are available. I would highly appreciate it. 

We run classes in series of 6.  So, I set up a series of recurring meetings that end after 6 occurrences.  Occasionally, after the series has started, I may need to delete one meeting.  I would like to have it delete and then the end move along 1 week.  So, it remains 6 occurrences but with 1 deleted in the middle.  Is there a way to do this?

I have a one Zoom ID where we have a add-on "Zoom Webinar 500".  I want to understand, if we can have meeting with 500 participants and not Webinar?

I am trying to present a video to clients, but they cannot hear the audio from the video. I have a laptop and two additional monitors if that has an impact. It worked in the past.

Hello We're running a paid training session using Zoom events. Most participants are buying places through Zoom ticketing and registration. However, I've got 3 participants who will be attending but we've invoiced them outside of Zoom. How do I grant them access/register them for the course without going through the online purchase process? Many thanks Amy
