Using Win 11, OBS 29 virtual Camera with latest release of Zoom. In OBS I can change from one scene to another, but Zoom will not change. I can only use Zoom with the original scene selected in OBS. This is severely limiting the benefit of Zoom.   Has anyone else had this issue? It started after moving to Windows 11

I am the interviewer for the job position. The meeting is arranged by the HR team using premium organization email. I clicked the "record to the cloud" button. Now, I can't find the recording ANYWHERE. For your information, my account is not premium. Please help me.

I'm running Ubuntu 21.04 and recently updated to the latest available version of Zoom for Linux. I was able to connect to meetings fine, but accidentally logged out from my zoom account. Since then I haven't been able to log in. Every attempt gives me a 'Timeout' error with no other message (same is true for sso or google login). I also can't join meetings, after loading for a while it gives me a 5003 error. The weird thing is, login and joining meetings both work when I run zoom as root (using sudo). Does anyone have any ideas for what could be the issue? I'm assuming it's a problem with permissions, but I uninstalled and deleted every reference to zoom I could find (/opt/zoom, ~/.zoom, and ~/.cache/zoom), then reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Thanks in advance!

Hi  I have been trying to cancel my account for months and they keep debiting and sending invoices! Help! Does anyone know what to do. Can't reach them by phone and get no response to my email! Have already stopped the direct debit! And now I am starting to get emails saying they failed to debit. Can anyone possibly help me?

Hello zoom peeps and pros, I'm hosting my first ever online seminar in a month and before I post the announcement Im double checking that I have what it takes! I know I can have up to 100 participants, that would be a great problem to have. It will be either 2 hours or 2.5 hours. I would hope for 20-30 peeps if super lucky. I found a checklist for Zoom webinars that is super helpful and also overwhelming. I was hoping it was as simple as emailing the registrants a Zoom link and have watched enough Seminars to know what I want with chat feature and sharing a Powerpoint doc (50 slides). I don't need to purchase a co-host license, will just let my colleague who is attending, watch the chat when i turn it on. What else do I need to consider? I saw a post about not selecting 'Requiring attendees authenticated users to join' - so that participants can join with just a browser and not need a Zoom account. Check. good to know. Other question: Do I have to purchase a Webinar feature ? Or c

Hi all! I have an inquiry that is very similar to this post here.  My organization is moving from Avaya IP Office and over to the Zoom phone system. They are very rigid on their usage of desk phones and they all want to continue to use them as the primary means of making and managing calls; very few were interested in using the desktop app.  With our Avaya system, all of the 45 staff members have one phone number and one extension. The phones allow us to have 3 lines for calls (and our front desk employee has up to 6 available). Is it possible to replicate this behavior in Zoom? We are using Yealink T46U phones and I know that within the phone itself we can define the line keys, but Zoom will overwrite it each night when it re-provisions. I thought that maybe we could use the provisioning templates to set the first couple of line keys but I'd assume Zoom would take priority over it again. Any suggestions on how to swap between more than two calls on a desk

HiI’m part of a small non-profit organization that uses a pro account for our meetings. The member that created the account is now withholding access to it and says they will soon delete it. Is there any way we can preserve the meeting id so we can continue to use it if/when they delete the meeting? The zoom id has been widely enough distributed that it will be painful for quite a few rather non-technical people. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Hi,Can zoom auto delete a recording with a few days of it being shared?Or can it remove access to the recording after a participant has viewed it once? Thanks.

I have a MAC Book Pro version 12.2.1, processor 2.7 GHz dual-core intel core i5, memory 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3. I have the latest edition of windows installed because I prefer their products.  I have a job interview and the potential employer / interviewer sent me their Zoom link. Here is my question: I want to download a professional virtual background for this interview. If I am using their zoom link can I still use the virtual background? I was thinking of even using a blurred background. Is this possible if I am using their zoom link? If I can use my virtual background how can I successfully achieve this? I am somewhat challenged in this area.  Thanks.  

Zoom Virtual Background is not loading on my Samsung android phone

Has anyone tried to create a virtual background that allows for a mostly transparent background while having something like a logo static in the upper-right on the screen behind the user? I see the functionality of this is Video Filters with frames and various other images in combination with a user's actual background, but I do not see a way to add custom video filters. I tried uploading a 1080x1920 transparent PNG with logo into the Virtual Backgrounds, and I just got a black screen. Thanks! 

   

Hello - has anyone had this issue? I'm wondering if it's because my Zoom login is via Facebook.I registered for an Event that took place yesterday. I received an email from the host saying the recordings were available. When I tried to access the recordings, Zoom showed, No Recordings Available. I tried a different browser but ran into the same issue. I reached out to the host who shared a link. He then wanted me to click on Previous Events then Lobby. But my account is showing no Previous Events even though I had registered for the event. 

Coucld you please tell me how to purchase Zoom events on a monthly basis and not on a yearly bsis as I am

Hello everyone, I tried to install Zoom on a MacBook Pro but when I install it, it shows a fail message, it says the installation program failed and I don't have any error code or something like that and I really need Zoom on my Mac, does anyone have a solution please ? Indeed, I double click on the package, it opens the installer, then I click on Continue, then on Install, it asks for password or to use Touch ID, then I put my finger on the button, it configurates the installation and then it says that installation has failed, so what should I do ?Thanks everybody!

I am curious if anyone has this problem or knows of a good solution. I often host meetings with a large number of participants (100+) and sometimes people will use the chat feature to ask for things, such as to have screen sharing enabled, to be spotlighted, etc. I know users can raise their hand and that will bring their video to the top of the list. But sometimes they do not know how to raise their hand, or they simply won't do it, and I have to search through pages and pages of videos looking for their screen name so I can click on their video to provide whatever it is they need. This is very frustrating since I've already started an interaction with them in the chat, but the options when clicking on a username in the chat are very limited. Is there some way to search for a specific user within a meeting so that their video can be brought up quickly? Or even a way to simply list all the users alphabetically so that I could find their video quickly?

I dont have a phone number but i have 2 numbers for my employees. My question is how to set up voice mail for the user phone number. for ex by default i got an extension 800 (  owner) and when i go to phone settings under my extension is that like a generic voice mail for all the phone numbers or is there a separate voice mail for each user? 

Hi. I have invitation to ZOOM meeting which is expected 1.5 hour long. I have ZOOM Basic plan (40 minutes limitation). I do not organize this meeting, I'm attenter. Can I stay on meeting all 1.5 hour or is it necesary to purchase ZOOM Pro plan? It is one time action for me I'm not using ZOOM for other meetings.

We have a Zoom meeting that most folks connect to via smartphone or computer. However, occasionally people need to dial in, bypassing the Internet. This means that the passcode has to be numeric. Upon testing, it seems that merely choosing the digits that correspond to the web meeting passcode does not work. There are two possiblities I see: either the web meeting passcode must be changed to numeric or else there is a separate numeric passcode. How can I set a numeric passcode for dialing in, bypassing the Internet?

I upgraded my iphone to IOS 16.4.1.  Now, I can no longer use one touch dialing from my phone for Zoom calls.  It dials in and then says "goodbye."  Anyone have a solution?  Thanks.

I have seen other's that have had this exact scenario but no longer have access to old email but when i go to update it , zoom always wants to send confirmation to old email. Well if I do not have access how am i suppose to confirm. Please help me get this taken care of . I also pay monthly for a zoom account and yet I have no support that is just wrong!

How do I create multiple breakout rooms for only some people and have a group stay behind with the host in the main room?
