Does anyone know if you are on zoom phone but your desktop is locked does the zoom phone on the computer still ring 

We use Zoom Room with Polycom X50 for our meeting rooms. If I search a zoom room from the calendar of the Zoom app, there is a very long email address attached to the zoom room. What are those email addresses and what do they do? BTW, can i change them somewhere of the admin portal? Thanks

Since few days, when I start Zoom, I can't see my video.I tried with mac cam and with an external usb webcam. I use a mac and zoom app with the latest updates. It works from my iPhone, I can see me Thanks you experts 🙂

I managed to find the way to change the setting of the zoom app on my computer to english, however, when I login online, its still in German. Dear all,I was surprised to figure out that I have to pay around 5000 us dollars for cloud storage when I don't even order this service! How come I subscribe to the licensed Zoom and pay around 200  us dollars and you request me to pay 5000 for cloud storage!! I subscribed a wrong plan I want to subscribe zoom pro so I subscribed to white board and I don't need it I want to cancel whiteboard and add money to whiteboard price and subscribe to zoom pro and Yesterday I had discount 40% for zoom pro and I want to benefit from it because I bought whiteboard plan for wrong so I missed discount for zoom pro is there any solution my friend ?

The latest update (January 2022) to Zoom appears to be incompatible with my Logitech headset.  The update made it so that if I went into preferences and tried to test my sound, I would hear a loud, repeating clicking sound.  This also happened when I joined a call and unmuted my microphone.  I use OS High Sierra and had to downgrade to Zoom version 5.8.4 (2421) to fix the problem.  I tried a different Logitech headset thinking that was the problem, but the problem persisted.  Only rolling back the update fixed the problem.  The latest update introduced a bug.

Got a question about call queue members who might have set their divert to voicemail timeout very short, does the call queue settings override this? eg. Say a member of the call queue set their send to voicemail after 10sec of ringing, but the call queue settings have send to voicemail after 60 secs, does the member's phone ring for 60s if the call came though the call queue, and direct calls to the member only ring for 10sec before going to their personal voicemail?

I used to be able to upload videos larger than 512 MB in the chat box of a zoom meeting to transfer to someone. As of last week, I am now limited by my "account admin" to files 512 MB or smaller. I have a Pro zoom account. Under account management/account settings/In Meeting (Basic), the only options under "Send files via meeting chat" are to 1) only allow specified file types or 2) set a maximum file size.    Zoom already capped my maximum file size. How do I remove this limit as the account administrator?    The only thing that has changed since the last time that I uploaded a larger file to share via a zoom chat is that I now have a new MacBook Air. I can't imagine why that would change anything in my zoom account settings though.    Thanks for any help.

Physiacal videos in the USA are made in the NTSC format, and in Europe in PAL. But with Zoom recordings, is a recording playable in both continents without adjustment or transfer etc? (Example, a recording of Zoom is made in Europe. Can it be sent to USA for playback with equal quality?)

Since the update I downloaded on 5/11/23, can't access Zoom at all on web. HTML code shows up after I log in along with a gigantic magnifying glass icon.  In zoom desktop app, can only access basics. If I click on profile or more settings, takes me to the web where I'm back to giant magnifying glass and HTML.  If anyone knows what is wrong, help is greatly appreciated.  I work on zoom all day and this is quite distressing. Thanks! 

When I sign in, Zoom greets me as a basic user. I purchased a license and expected to get more than a basic welcome. My payment was accepted. What more do I need to do?

Hi Zoom community!! I am having a problem with my Microsoft Array integrated microphone on my HP Envy laptop.  For some reason when I join a Zoom call, people who are participating on the call can not hear me.  I have exhausted all of the standard microphone configuration questions.  I am wondering if anyone in Zoom land possibly have experienced this same or similar issue and could provide some guidance?? I'd really appreciated it. Thanks. 

Good day !It was a surprise for me when I was charged again for one year subscription ending in April 2024, as I no longer use so often Zoom and also having faced frequent sound connection problem.  So I do not want Zoom th charge me again against my will when April 2024 comes.  So it means that I want to desactivate this damned automatic renewal.  I cant find a way to do it.Can someone tell me what is the procedure for making sure it does not happen ? 

So like the title states, I've got Zoom installed on my work laptop, but I keep my desktop as icon-free as possible.  Every time I delete the Zoom icon however, it's inevitably back on my desktop within a day or two.I've tried everything I can think of.  There's no setting within Zoom I can find to stop auto updates, Zoom isn't a startup app, it's not an icon on the Public or Default desktops, and my laptop isn't being affected by any GPO that would cause icons to reappear.It's not the most critical issue because I can just delete the icon again, but it is incredibly frustrating seeing it again when I login the day after deleting it..Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi There, We have an event that we estimate will have around 1300 people signing on. The Large Meeting packs only go to 1000 people, and a 3000 person webinar is just way out of our price range. Can we stack a 1000 and a 500 participant large meeting pack? Or what is the alternative?
