Hi all,We have all gotten quite skilled with fully remote meetings using Zoom. Now we are starting to explore hybrid meetings - some people in person and some people on Zoom. Our meetings are a bit more complex - language interpreters, American Sign Language interpreters, Captioner, a power point presentation in person, presentation to in person attendees,  etc. Do you have any tips and helpful information for us?Our account is for Zoom meetings only, not webinars.Thanks TS

Someone used my credit card to purchase an annual paid Zoom subscription. I created a support ticket and asked Zoom to investigate. They informed me that they found an account using my credit card. I requested them to stop the paid subscription on that account since it was using someone else's credit card. I always keep my credit card with me and never let others use it. Zoom assured me that they would handle the issue and asked me to wait. Suddenly, I received an email stating that my ticket was closed, and the problem was resolved without a clear outcome. I tried contacting them again through email, but there was no response. I attempted to reach them via chat, but the live chat access on my account was disabled. I am disappointed with Zoom's customer service in this situation. I live far away, which makes it difficult to contact Zoom by phone. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Our HR recruiter would like to setup 3+ meetings with co-hosts that may all overlap. Each meeting will have a hiring manager as a co-host. The recruiter would like to start the meeting and then the co-host will join while the recruiter will go to the next meeting. After all meetings have started, the recruiter may rejoin one of the meetings. Is this possible? It seems that the limit is 2 simultaneous meetings; however, when a co-host has been assigned, can the recruiter be demoted from host and rejoin an existing session?  TLDR: The current limitation of 2 simultaneous meetings has been problematic for HR. Is there a higher tier of licensing or another workaround that can be used for recruiters having to schedule multiple overlapping meetings?

I would like to transfer a number of cloud recordings to my dropbox. Is it possible to do this as a group?

Hello guys!! I have a question: How can I share a cloud recording with others without giving them permission to download it? (just watch or listen)I managed "share setting" and I unchecked "viewers can download".Although, it doesn't work!..I send the link to myself via email and it seems that the viewer has the permission to download! Can you please help?? thanks a lot!!Lena3

I am an admin and we have switched to zoom.  We have over 200+ people who will be delegates for others.  How can I prevent the users having to get an email and having to accept being a delegate and just add the people to their phone?  Thanks.

I will be joining a zoom meeting that someone else is hosting. Is there any way that I can record it?  Do they have to give me permission to do so?   (I  know how to record when I host a meeting, but am wondering if I can record a meeting hosted by another person.)  Thank you for any info.

Does a recurring scheduled meeting have the same meeting ID that I can share with people to be used for each meeting or is there a unique meeting ID created for each one? We are a municipality that would like to Zoom our monthly board meetings but would like to post the link in our local newspaper if possible.Thanks!

Hi everyone I integrate Crestron Flex systems with Zoom Rooms on a daily basis. The image file which Crestron provides to install Zoom Rooms on the Flex system is 32-bit. According to Zoom Device Management, updates to 64-bit will soon no longer be supported. I have provided an image as an attachment to clarify the issue. Does anyone have any information regarding this? Is Zoom indeed going to stop support for updates to the 64-bit version of Zoom Rooms? When will this support stop? Is there anything we can do to update the version without Crestron having to provide an image file with 64-bit Zoom Rooms version (this can be done but is not an optimal solution as we have many customers with a lot of Flex systems running 32-bit Zoom Rooms version. We will then have to re-image a ton of systems.). Any help is greatly appreciated. Best regardsSimen Dumont

The "trim" feature for Cloud Recordings seems to have changed, and I cannot get it to work.Usually, I can select a time signature to start the playback. Easy.But now, I click trim and my only option is to add "new sections" (with no time signature offered). I don't understand this.I use the "trim" feature pretty much everyday before sending out recordings and now I'm at a loss.

I am hosting a webinar that will have the same topic on a single day but at different times during the day (never at the same time).  Can I set up my webinar registration so I only need to provide my invitee's one single link and they can choose which time on the webinar day that they wish to join?  I am trying to avoid setting up 3 different registration links. 

Hi! Has anyone found a way to make branded waiting rooms for zoom webinars? I know they're available for meetings, but they don't cross over to webinars.  For example, it just says "Please wait for the host to start this webinar" on a generic pop-up instead of anything that looks cohesive with the webinar branding. Thank you!

We've had a subsidized account for the last 2 years and that is ending. Now we must move the contents of some 60 individual accounts into about 10 departmental accounts.  First question is, can we merge the contents of multiple zoom accounts into a single one?  Or would it be better just to off-load the content and store it if it ever should be needed? Second question - just to verify, when creating a new account with the same credentials as another, Zoom will merge those accounts - keeping the new one and removing the old? Thanks in advance. 

I am using the free version somewhat regularly.  I am always the host of the meeting.My meeting participants (besides me) typically involve up to 7 other users.I am planning to upgrade to the Pro version ($150/yearly) but am unsure of the limitations: 1)   I schedule a meeting and invite my 7 (or less) participants.     I have the Pro version.  All my 7 (or less) participants have the free version.     Will such a meeting also be limited to 40 minutes?   (Yes/No) 2)  I am on the upgraded Pro version.  I join a meeting hosted by someone with the Free version.     I join this meeting.  Will our meeting under this configuration also be limited to 40 minutes?      I think the answer here is yes, but please help confirm. Thanking you in advance for clarifying. 

Hello, I do not know if I am on the right board . I did a Json program for my LG TVS and put it in TAP Room controls .  The buttons are too small and there is no feedback response, but they do work . When you setup a Crestron button you can press and get nice feedback .  I like TAP and would love to be able to put the ON/OFF button on the main page to make it easier for the end user . To turn off you TVs ?  Any help would be much appreciated.  

I keep unchecking the passcode box, but after a while the system shows that it's checked again. I think this is being triggered by the integration with 17Hats. How can I stop this from happening?

Hi. I have a meeting on Oct. 2 at 7 pm (EST) with nearly 100 participants who registered. I need to send a reminder with unique meeting links. Where do I find unique meeting links?@Bort  @Rupert do either of you know?

I am trying to create a  paid account for my company  with the email adress with a company email adress, however de email with the registration link does not arrive. I have checked the spam folders and sent emails to the adress manualy to confirm it works. I have even gone into our mail server, and looked at the mail history and i can see no registration email has actualy been received from zoom.I tried opening a case using the company adress, but that got rejected with the suggestion , that i register 1st (Duh??!)Next I used my personal account to create the support ticket, which got automaticallt clsoed in seconds with a message "Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your open ticket at this time."Searching on the internet does not reveal any outages , but does show other people having similar problems, suggesting to contact support (really?).  Anybody has any idea?CheersHans

Hello, In webinars specifically, is there a way to remove/kick all participants (not including hosts & panelists) all at once? We would like to have just the hosts & panelists hang back for a debrief, and thought this might be more convenient than a separate meeting, as sometimes we lose the panelists before the debrief. Has anyone done this successfully, or perhaps accomplished the same sort of thing somehow e.g. by kicking attendees to a waiting room, or using a breakout? Thanks for any help.

When I'm going to Cloud Recordings I don't see any recordings. Should I pay for subscription to access my recordings or they are descroyed when account becomes free? 

I need to know with one business account how many users can be in?

Why do I have to wait 10 minutes before resuming hosting my meeting? I am unable to re-enter the meeting I was hosting after the 40 minute call limit kicked in. This has happened twice today, in two different meetings, I receive a message  telling me I have to wait 10 minutes before I can resume hosting. Can you verify that this is now what you are officially doing? Are you now forcing people to either purchase a subscription or to look for other free video hosting communication platforms?

Hi!I've never had an issue with logging onto zoom from my home desktop before today.  I tried logging in a few hours ago - and I can get into my (basic account) - but if I try to host a meeting, I keep receiving a message that I need to update to the latest version of zoom in order to use the app.I can't figure out what to do from here.Thank you!Kim
