zoomミーティング（私１人で、画面共有しながら他人に見せる解説動画）を録画したんですが、録画されたものを見ると、右下に日付と時間が表示されていました。  以前はこんな表示なかったはずなんですが・・・ これを消す（録画に表示させない）方法ってありますでしょうか？ よろしくお願いいたします！

I am a Zoom Phone Business Admin.  I recently set up three new users over the last week.  Two of the users are fine and set up did not look odd in any way.  One of the users has a problem: their display name in the Zoom Phone system is displaying as their email address rather than first and last name.     Does anyone know of a way to force the phone system to use their first and last name rather than email?  It is effecting things like outbound caller ID and searches for the user.  The only way I was able to fix this in the past was by removing the user and then adding them again, but this user is already using their account daily so I do not want to cause a loss of service if I can help it.

Our next payment date is February 28th, but it is difficult to pay because the fiscal year is over.I want to change the payment date to March 1st, the next day, can I change it?

Hi everyone,   I've noticed that users can be assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" plan which is extension-to-extension ONLY; we didn't pay for it so I'm assuming this is some kind of a free-bee   Our normal users get Zoom One Business Plus and our public area phones get Zoom Phone so my question is this:   Where did "Zoom Phone Basic" come from; since it doesn't show up in the billing section is there a limit to the users assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" and lastly could there be an ATA that I can assign "Zoom Phone Basic" to and use it just as intended for old POTS intercoms and extension-to-extension ONLY calling?   If yes what ATAs do you recommend, single POTS; or multiple; don't really care   Thanks Boyan  

I have been trying to find support for Zoom IQ for days. Live Chat doesn't have access to the product and they transfer me to sales and then back again. Kind of a last gasp here. Anyone know where I can get a Zoom IQ Admin User Guide or how to access support teams trained on this product? I want to have a training event using Zoom Webinar where attendees can only ask questions via the Q & A option and not in chat. I want to disable chat to prevent private conversations amongst the attendees during the event.  Is this possible and if so, how do I do that?

I had a Zoom recording stored in my account on June 1, 2023. It has just been removed by Zoom because of the 30-day storage period. Would it be possible to recover the recoding?  Thank you.

Hi. Our company is transitioning away from Zoom in the near future. I intend to keep using Zoom for my personal stuff. We use SSO to sign into Zoom and Zoom Community. It seems when we leave Zoom, I will lose access to the posts, questions, and answers associated with my work email address, since I won't be able to log into the community anymore. How can I maintain ownership of them once we no longer have the subscription? Thanks!

I received an email after recording that said, "Your cloud recording is now available." (and the same for the audio transcript). When I click on either link, I receive the error message, "This recording does not exist. (3,301)". I looked in my iCloud and Computer recordings, and there isn't anything there. Could I have been sent incorrect links?This meeting was dated: Mar 30, 2022 01:29 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Trying to upgrade Zoom.   The free version and it will not let me. I host for 40-50 mins at the most.

When I enter my display name in the proper location HERE, it won't let me put a space between my first and last name anymore.  Please help.  Thank you!

After having worked fine for years, today my client malfunctioned.  When I was joining a meeting, I could turn on the microphone and talk with others in the meeting.  As soon as I clicked on the video icon to turn it on. the cursor turned into a spinning circle; the video did not turn on and I could not get any of the functions to respond.   After ending the program a few times, with CTL/ALT/DEL and restarting, always with the same result, I uninstalled the program and installed a new one.  The same malfunction resulted.

Hello! I have an upcoming meeting with around 200 participants. Registration is required. We're telling everyone that they must login to Zoom with the same email as they used for registration.  Let's say someone registered with their work account. They received the email with the login information. And on meeting day, they try to login with their personal account. Will that prevent them from logging in? What's the best way to handle this on meeting day? Thanks for any suggestions!

I am setting up private recurring meetings with a registrant list. I have enabled the authentication setting where users must register with a specific email and they must join the meeting signed into that email. This prevents any unwanted guests from joining the meetings.  However, when I create an invite link to send to users, the link allows for anyone to register for the meeting on the spot and getting automatically approved to join the meeting. This defeats the entire purpose of having a registrant list. I cannot enable the manual approval setting because there would be far too many registrants to iterate through. I remember the invite link only letting people choose from one of two options: sign-in with the registered email or to cancel/leave the meetingHow do I make it so the invite link will no longer allow people to register from it?

Zoom has been crashing constantly for about a week or two now on my desktop computer. Every time Zoom opens, it crashes within a matter of seconds. I don't even have time to join a meeting or sign in; it simply crashes. I can't even check the Zoom settings. Anything I try to do, Zoom crashes. I get "Zoom quit unexpectedly" and I can send the report to Zoom, however it never gives me any indication why it crashed. The only thing I can do where it won't crash is check for updates. I've uninstalled Zoom (a number of times) using the CleanZoom utility, rebooted, installed the latest version (5.8.3) of Zoom again (ensuring it was the x64 version), and it still crashes. I've even attempted to install a previous Zoom version (5.8.1) and it still crashes. I've applied any and all Win 10 updates. I have Zoom installed on other laptops and they work fine. Any suggestions? Any way to find out why it crashes, like seeing a report?

Is it possible to run a pre-recorded video in the lobby of a multi-session event for intermission/lunch? I want to run pre-recorded interviews during our break. I am not sure this can be done in zoom events.

We have a few iPads that we use as Zoom Rooms scheduling displays and controllers. These are all managed in Zoom MDM. After an iOS update, they do not automatically open the Zoom Rooms app. This must always be done manually. I can't find anything on the internet about this issue.Does anyone else have the same problems?Or have I simply forgotten to set a setting. Thanks for your help 🙂

I'm trying to automate Zoom launching process with python in Windows 11, and I noticed a popup that said update was required before joining a conference that I think looked like this: What is the window class name for this popup? I closed down the popup because the conference had already started before getting the name. Now I can't reproduce this popup. If any of you are familiar, I need the output of win32gui.GetClassName(win32gui.FindWindow(None, 'Update Required')) EDIT:On the second thought, I think I want to reproduce this situation. Can anyone tell me how to do so as of today?

We are planning a multi-day event that will have participants from across the globe. We would like to offer on-demand webinar sessions each day that participants can access when best fits their time zone. We will also be offering live, moderated sessions at specific times of the day.  I've done a few test events and cannot seem to find a way to have a pre-recorded, on-demand (simulive) session just available for the day without assigning specific time slots. Am I missing something? Or, to achieve having the on-demand content available all day do I need to have it appear as multiple sessions throughout the day (which - is definitely not optimal and will be confusing to participants). Thanks in advance!

I upgraded my account to Pro, but my meetings always stop in 40 minutes. Why is this happening after I paid for it? Please help me lift the restriction. Thank you!

Hi, We are running a single webinar using Zoom Events. I did not realise that registrants must have a zoom account to register for the webinar. Even with email access, the registration process  (with a verfication code) is cumbersome on potential attendees. What solutions exist to ease up the registration process? Is it possible to integrate with another platform (Eventbrite etc)? Many thanks  

Hello, I'm aware that Basic users are limited to 40-minute calls that they host. Is this the same if you JOIN a meeting, that you DIDN'T host?
