On 10/23/2023 around 1-2 pm, during a Zoom meeting on my Macbook Air, my audio, which was running through a speakerphone, suddenly stopped working but continued to work through the internal speakers. After the meeting, I tested the speakerphone, and it worked fine on the Macbook Air for music or YouTube, etc. I bought a new speakerphone but it did the same. Would not play audio DURING A ZOOM PROGRAM ON MACBOOK AIR. I had NO problem with the speakerphone during a Zoom meeting on iMac or IOS (iPad). I reinstalled Zoom and updated it but still no change. What is it about the Macbook Air that is different from the iMac? Perhaps some setting is blocking the audio. The Macbook Air SHOWS that it IS connected to the speakerphone, but the sound comes out only through the internal speakers. This is driving me nuts! Any help much appreciated!

Hi, I am creating a Zoom recording for an information session.  I wanted to use the Zoom meeting report to track attendance.  Even if the participant does not have a Zoom account, will I still be able to see their information within the Zoom report (ex, First & Last Name & Email Address)?

Hello, I am an admin over our university zoom account. I've had a department come to me asking if I can change the host of a reoccurring meeting that they use twice a week. The original host/creator of the meeting is no longer at the university. Is there a way an admin can set the host of a reoccurring meeting as someone else?Thank you for your time

If I download a Zoom recording from the cloud onto my computer and then delete it from my Zoom account to free up cloud space, will that recording still exist? How do I send it to participants once it is deleted from my Zoom account?

Hello Trying to help someone. She doesn't have a Zoom account. She regularly joins meetings with her iPad. Without her being near the screen randomly her Raise HAnd symbol will come on.  Any ideas please? Operating system is up to date. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.Thanks

Zoom regularly kills my Magic Keyboard on my iPad Pro. I use Zoom about 4 times a week.  I also use either Google Docs, Notes, Messages simultaneously to create documents, letters, notes, and texts.   However, almost every time I use Zoom my Keyboard will become unresponsive and I am unable to use Google Docs, Notes, Messages, etc.  This makes multitasking impossible.  And it makes my iPad Pro the worst “laptop” I’ve ever owned. The only way to fix it is to restart my iPad and re-join the meeting and hope that Zoom won’t freeze my keyboard up again. Seriously uncool.  I’ve contacted Apple about this but I’m convinced Zoom is the real culprit as my keyboard doesn’t crash on any other app.

We're using Zoom in my organization, but lately, the /zoom command has stopped working in Slack. After writing the command and pressing Enter/Return, I get the message "Sorry, can't handle your request right now. Please try again later." (see attached picture).  What can I do here?  

One day, during a meeting, my video disappeared and now it is a black screen with a slash through a camera.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times.  I have checked camera settings in windows - which allows.  I have even updated my camera driver for my laptop.  Still not working and cannot get any answers.  Help!!!!!

My laptop has its' own mic mute key.  After I press mic mute key, system is muted. I can't speak in zoom meeting. But the mic icon of zoom still present "unmute". Seems zoom mic status doesn't sync as system mic status. Also, when zoom mic show mute, I can't unmute it via pressing keyboard mic mute key. Seems only can be unmuted via zoom mic UI. This situation can be observed on different laptop brands.  I'm not sure if it's a design or bug?  I saw some  similar questions on internet but seems no official comment. That will be great to get answer from here  😀. Thanks.

I have a usb-c adapter that has hdmi usb-c and USB A I plug it into the iPad mini 6 and plug in the external camera but it doesn't work in zoom only in facetime but I want to use it on my iPad mini 6 I don't want to keep taking my laptop with me everywhere I go but I need a external camera to get a room full of people and to connect it to the TV which works fine on the TV can someone please help me find a way to get my external camera working thanks

I cannot share a keynote presentation in zoom advance screen sharing.  I have no issues sharing a PowerPoint presentation.  Is there a fix for this?

Hi,There are settings to receive calls on an outside number with the option to press 1 to accept the call. But how do I place a call with the zoom app using the same method of pressing 1 to connect the call. This was possible with Mitel where you would essentially assign your extension to an outside number. The goal being I don't actually make calls using my computer, but my cell phone. So I enable a setting to where I dial a number in the Zoom desktop app, a call is then placed to my mobile phone, I answer and press 1 to connect the call. Is this possible with Zoom? Thanks!

I am the admin of several FB groups and I enabled Zoom in them. I turned on the Livestreaming option in Zoom but only one of my group is showing in the drop down list. how can I fix this? 

Hi - I've created several Zoom Scheduler time slots for multiple attendees but my users are unable to add additional attendees.  The help article says to use a comma, spaces, or hit enter between emails but this does not work.  I've tested this and I also cannot get it to work.  Can you help, please?  Thank you.

When I, am playing music, I can hear it.  When I share my screen, I can hear it.  As soon as I click share sound, everyone but me hears the music.

Using Zoom Phone.  I'm trying to phone an 0844 (lo-call non geographic number) and get the voice message "the person you are trying to reach is not available.  Goodbye."  Phoning from my mobile works fine.  What setting do I need to change to ensure we can connect through to these numbers?  Thanks, Mark

Hi , everyone,(Zoom- Android app)I can't see the share audio button on my screen when sharing my screen during zoom meeting.    Whereas, I've been seeing this feature on other people's device.  Instead of share audio, I'm seeing Annotation. What's the cause? Who has experience this before? What's the solution? I really need that feature on my device. I have zoom latest version.My phone is LG V30, Android 9.
