Hello all, I've been working on a Zoom event for the past few months. I came back from the holidays, and I'm no longer able to edit it or access it. I can see my event under the Manage Events section. Normally, I would click the edit button to edit the event. Now, it shows an error "Please complete your Host Profile Settings".  I've chatted with support and followed all directions to "update my host profile settings". It is still not working. Any ideas?

I was in the middle of a meeting that had been going for an hour and I received a Zoom popup message saying, "You have been signed out because your account is signed in from another device". Very odd, as this wasn't the case. All my devices were with me in the room and switched off. My meeting continued as normal. Never seen this before, was it a security issue?

To streamline the registration process, we're keen on providing our customers with a user-friendly calendar showcasing all upcoming training sessions for the next few months. The ideal scenario would be for customers to simply click on the session of their choice to register. We're looking for a solution that automates this process, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Do you have any recommendations or insights on how we can seamlessly integrate Zoom meetings with an automated calendar system for our training sessions?   Thank you

Is there a way to promote a registrant to a webinar panelist before they join the meeting? I know I can invite/import a list of panelists but not everyone will attend the meeting virtually and by adding them manually, it will likely create confusion.  I know I can promote them once they join but that is challenging to do with 50+ participants.Ideally, once someone has registered, I would like to be able to designate them a panelist so when they do join the webinar, they will have the proper status. Thanks.

I would like to know if Zoom allows for hosting multiple conferences simultaneously with the same account. In other words, scheduling several video conferences at the same time with different hosts using the same account. Is this possible, or is there a specific plan that enables this? Regards.

I haven't tried Vanity URL yet, but I have a question.If I generate a Vanity URL and customize the webinar's joining screen, will the default URL and screen still be usable?If it's possible to use both, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to switch between the URLs and screens to be used.

In an important event, I recorded to cloud. I forgot to turn on "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately". As the slides are shared all the time, the speaker view is always at the corner. Is it possible to recover such separate views after the meeting? This is really important for me. Thanks!

Dear community, A few days ago I attended a meeting. I am neither the organizer, host or co-host. Every participant is visible to everyone. So when I click on participants I see myself first then the host followed by the co-hosts and then the participants. Suddenly a participant ID appears after my name. The ID only appears after my name, the other participants are only described as host or co-host. Several others have posted about this but there have been no replies yet so I'm boosting here!Trying to use virtual background using a Keynote slideshow; I have Keynote installed of course, that's how I'm playing it.When I try to use the advanced feature, I get the error message (see screenshot) that "Unable to load XYZ.key because Keynote is not installed."I tried with a .ppt file and same error message for "Powerpoint is not installed."I tried to see if Zoom has an app for Powerpoint or Keynote; they do not.Others are using this great feature, and I'd love to, but am stuck.(I uninstalled, fully, the Zoom app and reinstalled; same issue)(Computer and Zoom all 100% up to date)(Running 2021 MacBook Pro M1 with Ventura))

Starting today, I am experiencing a situation that never happened before. After a 40 minutes meeting session, when I try to reconnect, I'm told to wait 10 minutes before being able to reconnect. Is this a new (unexpected) feature of Zoom Meetings, or was it some kind of error?

I'm a physician and I need to hear people cough when they cough. I have tried many different settings under audio and it only makes it worse, and there is no option to turn noise suppression off. Please help. Thanks.

I am hosting a public meeting, using a webinar, that is providing Sign Language interpreters. There will be multiple panelists that want will keep their cameras on during the discussions. At different points there will be screen sharing. To make the speaker and interpreter big enough for Deaf attendees to see the interpreter and to highlight the different speakers, the speaker and the interpreter will be spotlighted.  When the screens share is started the speaker's video is still visible to the attendees but the interpreter is not seen. This means the Interpreter must be the only spotlight so it is accessible but  now the attendees can not see who is speaking.How do I spotlight the speaker and the interpreter at the same time as screen sharing in a webinar? 

Hi Everyone,Hope someone can help me to solve this issue. I set up an Azure Virtual Desktop environment and installed Zoom as described on the website:- Installed Zoom "ZoomWVDMediaPlugin.msi" on the Virtual Machine Host on Azure,- Installed Zoom "ZoomInstallerVDI.msi" on the client that will connect to AVD. After that, no camera are detected by Zoom. Does anyone already has this issue before? Maybe I miss a step.Thanks for your support.

Dear Team, We purchased the ZOOM ROOM licenses long back in my account and still my account is showing basic. 

I pay a monthly subscription.... which is up to date, yet suddenly zoom calls are being limited to 30 minutes which means I can no longer do my job properly. How to I rectify this? Is there a real person to talk to at Zoom?

If I click the unmute button or the video-enablement button, nothing happens; the buttons do not respond. Mac (Sonoma) System Settings do allow Zoom for camera and mic.  I even tried disabling, and re-enabling; shutting Zoom off and on. Note: In Zoom (v. 5.17.1) video settings and Zoom audio settings, we do see the   live camera view and see the the mic is picked up. Zoom has worked will on this computer until recently.

I have a Zoom One Pro account - for some reason, when I try and add a simple video filter, the message comes up saying it is disabled and to go to settings. I've looked but cannot find out why it is disabled. Also, for some reason, even though I am the "owner", I cannot find out why I am not an "admin". From what I've read, only Admin's can access the video filters. I may be mistaken in all this, but your help would be greatly appreciated. Cannot find out where I can make myself an Admin.....

Recently purchased a zoom 606 from ebay. The effects work fine, but the pedal does nothing. Is there a certain mode or something im missing to make the pedal active? Mostly want to set it as a volume pedal on a few of my custom banks. Id appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance

Hi all,Hope this is the right forum for this question. I have been conducting Zoom calls (with both video and audio) using just the computer speakers and microphone.  In an effort to stop disturbing the family as much with my calls, I bought a set of Bose QuietComfort 45 noise cancelling headphones such that at least the family would not have to listen to the other participants speaking over the computer speakers.  However, because these are true over the ear headphones, during the one time I tried them out, I found myself speaking louder than usual as obviously the ear muffs dampen the noise.  It was like I was calibrated to hearing myself speak at a certain level and therefore wanted to speak even louder so I could hear myself at the same level.  Is this just something one has to get used to?  In other words, learning to speak at a lower volume knowing that you are being heard OK on the other end?  I found it really missed with my brain having these

I had several scheduled meetings upcoming and then when I went in, they were gone.  Any ideas of how to fix?

I did a zoom call and recorded it, but I can't find it anywhere on my phone, can anyone help me please?
