Hi. Recently, I've been having a meeting with people living in China on a personal account, not a business account, but they said they can't get into Zoom. Error code 13214 is displayed. Does anyone know why?

What we are looking to do is create a new Auto Receptionist (Just to avoid interfering with the current ones) with cycling 1-800 numbers for certain / different AD campaigns, publish the number for the specific campaign then remove the number after 2-3 months or so once it is over. Then repeat the same thing for the next campaign. We can set up the AR / Queue call flow etc but are wondering about the potential costs involved. On our bill a Toll-Free number seems to cost $6.65 CAD plus taxes per month so $15.30 for 2 toll free lines and we pay CAD0.0501 per minute for calls into the toll-free numbers. We have a few questions:Is there a certain time frame we have to keep any created toll-free numbers ie you must keep it for 3 months / 12 months etc.Are there any additional charges / costs associated on our bill with us creating these short-term toll-free numbers besides the aforementioned CAD$6.65 monthly and CAD0.0501 per minute? Thanks in advance,

HI --- I had my account activated and paid. But It didn't allow me to host a meeting: I give my ID and password to the people who needed to join, but it always shows 13215. anybody knows why? 

I need newest version downloaded on the desktop PC.  I've used zoom successfully for 3 years.  Why is this so difficult?  I'm not that stupid.

I need to playback the video of my zoom meeting. I recorded, converted it, and saved it to my local computer. When I go to play the video (Mp4) there is no sound. When I look at the files saved, there are three: the Mp4, an M4a audio file, and recording.conf. (See attached screenshot) How do I playback both the video and audio?

I have created a meeting with required registration. HOWEVER when I click on the link to share it, there is ALREADY an old client's name and email imputed. I need to figure out why it wont clear and how to keep it clear so new clients can input their info in the fields.

I recorded a meeting to the computer but I cannot find the recording. Where is it saved?

Hello,  I am just wondering if there is a way to stop names showing on local recordings? Since the new update there has been a change and display names are automatically included in local recordings. Is there a way to turn this feature off? I have found on zoom web an option to turn it off but unfortunately this is only for cloud recordings. Thanks in advance 

Hi Zoom Community! With only two employees, and only hosting one or two meetings a month, I have a Zoom One Pro plan.  I'm listed as the 'owner' with my director as 'admin'.  It appears that the Admin role limits meetings to 40 minutes (or at least this is our experience).  Is this accurate?  Is there a setting I'm not seeing in order to change this?  Any guidance would be helpful.  Thank you in advance 🙂

Hello, I want to host webinars and currently have a Pro plan. Do I need to purchase the "zoom session" for $990 a year? When I click on that, it took me to a page that asked me to purchase "zoom session" and with 50 users the cost of only $100/annually. Is that all I will need to pay or will I need to purchase something else?  Thanks,Amy

Hello Everyone, One of my colleagues have set up a zoom meeting and I don't see an option to enable live captions when I join that meeting. How do I enable the live caption considering the fact that I am not the host of that meeting.

The last time I set up a series of recurring meetings, I was able to set up something like "every two weeks on Thursday at 2" and then edit the meeting to delete some of those meetings ("oh, that's actually Thanksgiving") and add some at other times ("we'll also offer a meeting once a month on Wednesday evenings"). Of course I could set up separate or individual meetings for this, but I'd like to be able to offer one registration page for all of them. Is this no longer possible? If so, how can I do it now? (If not, why was a useful feature like that removed?!?)

Does anyone have any idea as to why starting this week Zoom is telling you (in a very loud voice) that you are "muted" "unmuted"? I can't find a way to stop it from telling me. 

After update to ver 5.14.11 (17466) “Home” tab disappeared , no access to upcoming meetings.I need this urgently , can not resend all meetings.

Hello I would like to organize a webinar - which will be mostly myself presenting a powerpoint, and answering a few questions.I would like to make sure that all the attendees see the same thing: a split screen with on one side the document I am presenting and on the other side the video feed of myself.I searched the support but did not manage to find any clear answer on how to do that.Can someby help me out?Many many thanks!!

I have downloaded the latest Zoom app from the website, but whenever I try to install it says "The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance" But Zoom has no technical support unless you are a paid customer. I guess freebies get no help.

I set up to host a meeting and when I started the meeting it would not let anyone use their device audio. Wanted everyone to dial in.  Closed the meeting and tried again. Same problem.  Then closed the meeting and another person started a new meeting with their ID and that meeting had normal audio. There must be some weird default associated with my account.  How to fix this
