Access sharing screen

Hello, I understand you can access and control the mouse on someone's shared screen, yet I don't see where I can do this. I'm on the Pro plan. I'm not sure if this is an advanced feature?

Hello,

The feature your are describing is called Remote Control.

I have followed all the requirements in order to utilize this feature however has many have stated on here, I still do not see a remote control tab

Hi @Brandonmj07 have you enabled this setting? You will need to go to https://zoom.us/profile/setting search for "Remote control" and enable.

Someone will need to be sharing their screen in-order to either grant or request remote control access per KB article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362673-Requesting-or-giving-remote-control
