Helloquite some time my meeting duration takes more time than planed and I´m searching a way to pause the meeting for a 15min. coffee bracke. I know that there is the option on security where you can "stop" the meeting to report something to zoom but I search a way where I do not have to block the whole session and enable all features back again...  

Is it possible to opt a CAP member in and out of a call queue? We are setting up a small queue with simultaneous ringing that will have two CAP phones as members for when people are sitting at those positions. There will also be individual user members who can opt themselves in and out using the app. When no one is sitting at those phones, we don't want calls to ring there, especially if no one is available to take calls on their app (either busy or off shift). Is there any way to opt those phones in and out using either a key assignment or touch-tone code?

On my personal account, I am unable to log in. Every time I try, it says account is disabled. I've read the updated policy. I've opened a ticket more than 3 days ago (no one responded). I even tried to post in the community chat, but it kept saying my account is disable with code 1003. Now, it is telling me to contact the owner or administrator. I am the owner. I tried calling the support number. However, I only have my meeting ID number. I do not have the other number they are asking for to verify because I am locked out (in order for me to get that number, I have to be signed in). Likewise, when I reach out for support with the chat box, it's prompting me to sign in which is dumb because I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SIGN IN. This is frustrating! I use my personal zoom for family meetings and now I do NOT have access. No email notification. NOTHING! I am not sure why this is happening to me, but I definitely need this situation solved ASAP. Hi, I have a question about how to set up my organization’s zoom for our particular needs.  We have a 3 hour meeting with 10 breakout rooms and participants switching from room to room each hour.  There are 10 people in my organization who I would like to be able to manage all of those breakout rooms, see who is in each of the rooms, and move participants from breakout room to breakout room when necessary. If possible, I would like for those people to also have the ability to record in the breakout rooms and be able to share their screens.  This is a recurring meeting and the breakout rooms would be the same each time as well.  What would be the best setup for this scenario?

When I start a New Meeting, I'm automatically muted. I don't know why Zoom would do that? Is there a setting I can change?

Lately our Zoom Rooms are appearing in meetings twice.  Is this a known issue or is there some configuration that could have changed to have caused this?

Hi, I had an unwanted guest at my zoom event who shared an offensive whiteboard.  I reported him, and included a screenshot of his 'artwork' in the report, but now I've discovered I can't delete his whiteboard from my account/profile.  It's listed under Whiteboards, and says 'view-only'.  How can I remove it?  The only option available is Star, the others are greyed-out.  Surely it can't be on my account permanently...  (BTW, I'm neither Joe nor Phil - they're two of his aliases, nothing to do with the actual meeting).Thanks,Melanie

Zoom has a VPAT but looks like the last update was March 31, 2023 and this AI companion as I am understanding came out after that. I want to make sure - is the AI companion 508 compliant? Does having a VPAT completed mean all features of Zoom are 508 compliant?

Hello everyone! I'm dealing with a Poly Edge e350 hosted trough zoom that I have to make the path to transfer an active call direct to the voicemail shorter.At the time I have to hit "More>more>T2VM>[extension]>transfer". And I would like to have it on my first options or maybe replace the function of one of the default buttons, like the one to access the messages and put it doing this function.I also know that transfer the call to **[extension] would work, but when you hit the * twice it will give you the + signal. What would make you have to wait like 2 secs to hit the * again.It can look silly but when you are all day doing the same thing you see it's going to help a lot.I was able to access the configuration file and change the order a little bit, by replacing the position from the "Park" option for the "T2VM" so I am one step closer.Does someone know a way to deal with this?My current software version from the phone is Current software version is 8.1.2.1

I have installed the Zoom PWA on three different chromebooks and there is no audio output using zoom on any of them. The discontinued app used to work fine. Unfortunately this app is completely useless to me.

Hi, all! The subject says it all:  I scheduled a meeting, then I purchased a Large Meeting license.  Does that license apply now to the existing meeting?  Or must I schedule a new meeting to pick up the Large Meeting license? I'm not sure, because when edit the existing meeting, or click to add a new one, and look at the meeting template, there's nothing like a selection for types of meeting.  I thought that there might be, unless having bought a Large Meeting license means that every meeting I schedule now is a large meeting. Thanks in advance for any replies!

My studio setup regarding the picture is two external cameras (one digital mirrorless Fujifilm and one iPhone 12). I work with external lightning (studio light). The picture in my computer looks like HD-quality, really flawless. But for the participant in the webinar, the resolution is bad. A corny picture, sometimes even sound is lagging with the lips movement. I've ticked all the boxes in the video settings/advanced section:Optimize quality of the video I send with de-noiseOptimize quality of the video I receive with super resolutionUse hardware acceleration for receiving videoUse hardware acceletation for sending videoI ticked the box in recording settings for Optimize for 3rd party video editor.So basically, why does the picture look like the attached one anyway? What am I missing in the settings, etc?

Hello,We recently moved over to Zoom phone from Mitel. We have a door call box that we use for security to unlock the door to allow access. Worked great on the Mitel. I'm looking for instructions on settng this up on zoom phone as a generic SIP device. All I am able to find is a generic SIP H.323 zoom room instructions. If anyone knows of instructions for something like this, please let me know. I did not try the zoom room instructions as it seems to require some type of cloud room connector license.

I had just installed Zoom, however every time I try to go into the 'video' and the 'background & effects' settings: The settings tab freezes and will not load. Even when I try to 'start a meeting', it crashes. I'm not really sure whats the issue is or how to fix it. I've reinstalled it but it hasn't done anything. Any help would be nice.

Hello, I want to know how to see our guest/participants E-Mail who was joined our meeting?. In the report of meeting, I can not seen the guest E-Mail because is hidden, only host email is showing in the report. It was happened since march 1st 2022, before that, it was never happening. the notifications said "If the participant is Guest, and no emails were uploaded to Zoom in any form (for example, by entering emails to register to join the meeting, or the host provided the participants e-mail to Zoom), the guest E-mail is hidden". So did you know how to un-hide the guest E-Mail? 

My Zoom account recently updated an added the Beta "Clips." This app has taken over my computer and I cannot shut it off. I have read articles online that say to "toggle the enable/disable button" - but THERE IS NO BUTTON. This problem is interrupting my online classes and I do not know what to do. How do I remove this app?   Thanks!

I host more than 100+ meetings and webinars a year and have only recently started to have this problem.When I launch screen share, Zoom locks up and I'm kicked out of the meeting. The other participants are still able to stay in the meeting. Before every meeting, I reboot my computer to clear memory. Sometimes I can fix this screen share issue by restarting my computer and not turning on video. I have also unplugged and replugged by microphone (Blue Yeti) and webcam (Logitech Brio). I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.Although these steps "fixed" the problem a few weeks ago, it occurred again today when I had to restart twice and stay off of my webcam.Frustrating and a horrible way to start a paid client event.I'm running a Windows 11 gaming laptop with a 1TB SDD.Any and all insights are appreciated. TIA 

During a meeting hosted in my personal meeting room, I added a co-host. Now, this person shows up as an alternative host for all meetings in my personal meeting room, and they receive emails about all my Zoom meetings. How can I remove them?    I schedule Zoom meetings through MS Outlook or in the Zoom app (on my Macbook). I tried to follow the suggestions posted on the community and Zoom support (see links below), but neither work. I do not use the Chrome extension, and there is no meeting that shows up on my Zoom for the date that I added the alternative host because I did it in my personal meeting room. When I open a Zoom meeting that I create, the Edit meeting button is not engaged OR when I edit, the alternative host is not an option I can change. When a presenter is sharing their screen, we need to be able to also see an open window with an ASL interpreter translating for the deaf community. Is there a way for the presenter to share both screens at the same time?

Is it possible to start a practice session the day before a scheduled webinar, end it, then start another practice session before the webinar goes live at its scheduled time (ie can you do more than 1 practice session for a webinar?

Hi All,    I'm trying to create an API Call to export a list of all our zoom devices.  I've download a API call from zoom that pulls phones but only phones.  I'm looking for the full list of devices we have.    the url it's using is:    "/phone/devices?type=assigned&page_size=600"   the url has phone after baseurl which is why i assume i'm just getting phones but i can't for the life of me figure out what i need to replace this with to get all devices.    Has anyone had any success with something like this before?  Many Thanks

it gave me option to record to cloud and later when i came to look for it, it says tat cloud recording is only available for paid accounts. why did i get the option? now where do i get it?thanks

Hi,I have the Pro version of Zoom, so I am able to have meetings lasting longer than 40 minutes.What happens if I make an outside person the host of a meeting I scheduled, but they only have the free version of Zoom? Will the meeting then end after 40 minutes? Or is it running more than 40 minutes, because I scheduled the meeting with my account?I hope someone can help me.Thanks!
