I created a Zoom account as an Educator because I will be teaching students ages 12-18 accounting, budgeting, business accounting, etc. I am still being shown that my Zoom Meetings can only be 40min long, even as an educator. Do educators not receive longer Zoom Meetings?

The typical behavior for an office admin here is to put calendar events on someone's calendar, with the associated Zoom event going onto the account of the person in question. Zoom normally selects the correct Zoom account to use when booking, based on the calendar selected. I'm seeing some folks where this automatic matching of calendars to accounts is broken. Is there a setting I should be checking on? In the past, we've simply logged out and back into Zoom and the issue cleared. For the folks experiencing the broken behavior, nothing so far has helped. Seeing the issue on PC and Mac. Tried:signing out and back into Zoomclosing and opening outlookrestarting the computeruninstalling and reinstalling Zoom and the plug-in

Does changing a live webinar to a simulative webinar change the Zoom registration link and/or webinar ID?  

I've always been able to record my meetings without a problem, but since the most recent update, when I click the record button, it just opens up settings to the recordings tab. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

hi folks, I'm getting error codes when trying to install Zoom updates on my Mac (desktop). I know others have posted about this. It seems simple to uninstall and reinstall Zoom. The problem is the first step which says to: "click on Zoom.us upper left and then click uninstall." None of that exists anywhere on my screen. Thoughts? Thanks so much.   Jane

Hi everyone, These are few DIDs that we need to port out. The other company is asking for CSR (Customer Service Record) and BTN (Billing Telephone Number)? Do these things exist in Zoom and if yes how can I obtain this info from my Zoom account so I can provide it to the other party?ThanksBoyan

Tenía instalado Zoom client en mi Mac, pero me decía que había una actualización, así que intenté actualizarlo, pero me mandaba a error, así que decidí desistalar la aplicación para volver a instalarla, pero ahora no me deja instalar la aplicación, me manda un mensaje diciendo que tengo que contactar directamente al proveedor del software. Ya habilité, en la sección de seguridad, que el instalador tuviera permiso para ingresar a mi carpeta de descargas y ya seguí todos los pasos que mandan los tutoriales, pero nada ha servido. En mi mac tengo el sistema operativo Ventura 13.2Alguien que me pueda ayudar ??

Hello! I am trying to share my screen (to show a "starting soon" slide 15 minutes before my zoom) AND share my audio so participants can hear music while they are viewing my powerpoint slide and countdown clock.How can I "share" both so they can hear the audio? Whenever I share my screen to show the powerpoint slide the audio goes almost quiet. Thanks!Angie 

Hello, I upgraded my Zoom account. I got an E-Mail that my payment is in progress. 20 minutes later I got another E-Mail, that the payment is rejected from Zoom.In my bank account I saw that the amount was charged but my Zoom account does not upgraded.I thought, that the payment will be paid back from Zoom so I payed again with Paypal to get the upgrade.How can I solve the double payment?Is a possibility to contact someone from Zoom? Best regards from BerlinThank you!Dennis 

I just got a new MacBook air. I have zoom on a few other devices, and whenever I set up a meeting through the zoom desktop, it automatically sends a copy of the meeting invite to me using my gmail account. This then auto populates the meeting into my google calendar (which then syncs with my iCal). On this new laptop ONLY - for some reason, when I set up a meeting through the Zoom desktop (click on the orange schedule button), I can set up the meeting, but when I go to save it, Outlook automatically opens and it tells me I need to set up outlook to send the invite.... I don't want to use Outlook, I want it to send the invite through gmail like my desktop does... I have combed through settings and searched google and the zoom community, but I cannot find an answer. Any help is appreciated!!

Hi guys, Will aprreciate quick answers as our webiar is tomorrow 🙂 After registering to our webinar, attendes receive a link to join the webinar.The question is: can anybody with the link access the webinar, even if they are not registered for it.I am asking because apart from the registration through zoom, we previously collected registrations through sendinblue and then sent them the zoom link manually. But the contacts are not in the database of zoom. Does the link makes the connection with whom have registered through zoom?Thank you so much 🙂

I have a Zoom Sessions License (pay per attendee), which i have taken to use Simulive feature with Zoom. When I schedule my Webinar, I don't see the Webinar Type where I can select Simulive option (as shown in the training videos).  Any help would be appreciated to fix my problem and to go forward. Thanks 

Unable to sign in.  Error message says I need to update to Version 5.10.3 or higher.  But unable to log in.  Resource says " if the desktop client was installed with the MSI installer by you or your IT team, AutoUpDate is disabled by default and Check for Updates button is also removed...." Does anyone know what this means and what I should do to change it? I have tried to manually download the latest but ran into a problem.  Probably because I can't actually sign on in the usual manner.  Would appreciate any insight you might have.

When I tried to join a meeting today from an invitation, Zoom tells me to update. I click "ok" the update, but the update comes back with an error and won't update Zoom. I am using an M1 Mac with an up-to-date OS. I am stuck. Please help.

Several people in my meetings have profile photos when their video is off, and I did at one time. However it now defaults to black screen with my name.  How do I restore the profile photo as a place holder?

If I have a Business account and I want to have licensed users in it, can I avail 1 or 2 licenses only?
