Hello.I am Japanese and this text is translated by DeepL. Sorry for any inadequacies. So I would appreciate it if you could reply in plain English if possible.I cannot update from Windows ver 5.13.0 because I had turned off automatic updates.I have four problems.1. when I sign in, I get a message asking me to contact the IT team and I can't join a meeting and there is no update button.2.When I try to uninstall 5.13 and install the latest version, the Windows installer says zoominstallerfull.msi(path) cannot be found and I cannot uninstall 5.13.0.3. After gathering information, I found that the Microsoft Fixit utility was effective, so I downloaded and started it and uninstalled it, but the application icon is still in the Start menu and I can start it and it remains at 5.13.0. Also, I can no longer uninstall it from Windows Settings.4. I cannot get technical support from the Japan office, and when I try to contact them by phone, they announce that they have no account information, but

Hello, I had a meeting scheduled on the 23rd of May. The settings were okay, made sure I had "automatically record meeting" selected. After the meeting was over, I can not find the recording anywhere. I also started the meeting on my phone. If anyone can help me figure out how to get the recording, that would be really nice.

I took a class last night. When it was over I was unable to access the evaluation form. I cannot get credit for the class without filling out the form. How can I access this form?

Hi Team, I need advice on creating multiple vanity URLs for a single account. We need a specific URL for meetings with government officials due to legal reasons, while regular meetings will use main company vanity URL. Only a few people create such kind of meetings, and only those specific accounts require the vanity URL. Do you have any suggestions on how to implement this without purchasing a separate account?

Hello. I am having trouble emailing a whiteboard. When I type in an email address (@yahoo.com, for example) and click 'Share', I am given a prompt that reads: "___(my name)____________ has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization". What does this mean and how can I email/share my whiteboard with users? I've attached a screenshot for reference. Thank you!

I've found out how to add a button to the toolbar, but how do I remove one?

Hello all.   I am a licenced Zoom user.  From time to time I want to setup a meeting and send link to colleagues but NOT attend myself.  It is insisting that the meeting is launched from my specific PC.   How can I have it that another colleague can launch the meeting from their device and not have to launch from my PC.  Thks Fergus Dublin

Hi, I tried following instructions but it seems not to work.  I still receive Zoom reminders for unrelated events in my Outlook calendar.

Is it possible to record a Zoom meeting, but not have the screen sharing be recorded? Or asked in another way, have a recording of a meeting that only records the speakers in full view and not any screen sharing? I know Zoom Clips can do speaker only recording, but this isn't a meeting. I'm trying to do this during a meeting with multiple people on the call. I've looked through different recording settings and tried a bunch, but no luck! Any insights? Or is this just not possible?

How to solve error code 13224?

We have 2 new Zoom rooms which our vendor is assisting to install. When controlling the house PC to show local content (not in a zoom meeting), the mouse response is about a half second delay and causing issues for our employees trying to present to users in the room. I have opened a support ticket with Zoom and I'm hoping to get a response soon. Any help is appreciated.

I’m trying to reach your support team. Why did you disallow my device from entering zoom rooms? I did not violate anything?

Is there anything I can do to lift the 1132 zoom error code permanent restriction banned?

So recently, I’ve been trying to get help regarding a 1130 to error code that I recently received. And due to the complete gross and negligent response times and outlandish lies provided by the customer support team. I have now resulted to asking for help on here now. After receiving an email from I clicked a link that was attached to it and resulted in nothing. The link was supposed to send me to my status update regarding my ticket that I submitted For this situation. But the webpage is blank, and when I log into my account, it is not there, and on top of that the chat is not allowing me to access to representatives or agents. That is completely unprofessional and unfair to a user/client that is using these services. And I still have a copy of my email so if you want me to send that I will. But for everyone that is reading this, I do have screenshots of three separate conversations with customer support representatives and how they completely lied about  error code 1132 and

if anyone has gotten an error 1132 and doesn’t know what it means. Well here you go. Turns out it’s a”secret” ban to your account. Rather than admit that you are banned outright, they would rather be secretive and manipulative by calling it an error message. That, in a professional opinion, is not only false information they are providing. But also extremely misleading. This tactic, asking side a tech support rep for subscriptions only, tells me that the only way to ever get true help is to pay for a subscription. That’s gross and manipulative. If someone is banned just tell them. Don’t disguise it as an error code. That is wrong and misleading in many, MANY,  ways.

When using the Zoom application with iPad, my screen (participant screen) disappears when the host screen shares. In the past, even if the host screen shares, the host and the (participant) screen were displayed along with the shared screen. But all of a sudden, the  participant screen is not displayed, but only the host screen. If I click the host screen and click on the gallery view, a window is added differently than before, so I can't see it on one screen [only  shared screen] or [only host and participant screen] by drag.Is there a way to make all 3 shared screens, host screens, and participant screens appear on one screen as before without moving the screen?

I have looked if there is an easy way to identify Team Chats where a file was shared.  Even better to identify files share with an external Team Chat member.

I recently updated to iOS 5.15.2 and there is no Cellular Data Option under Auto Connect Audio anymore. Only options are WiFI or No Audio (which selecting no audio bumps me off the meeting) I did not have this issue prior to upgrading. i have reset my network settings.iOs 5.15.2iOS system is 16.5.1restarted phoneremoved old physical SIM thinking that may be an issue with an eSIM - no helpmicrophone is on and detectedcellular data for the app is toggled onthis is an app design issue.I should not be bound to wiFi to make a call via Zoom. please provide a new update to the app asap. thank you.

I set the session to be recorded on my iphone, not realizing that that would not work. I did not set the session to be recorded to the cloud. Is there any way to get a recording?

I can't hear the other person on zoom Phone just after changed Wi-Fi router.

Hi, I scheduled a recurring meeting with my pro-licensed zoom account which initially has 100 participants limit.  Now since more people need to participate, I purchased a large meeting of 500 users now and applied it to the admin user.  But still, the meeting registrations are not accepted beyond 100 saying "The Meeting is at capacity" message. Quick response in this regard is highly appreciated.   Thanks & Regards,   Telkom Akses   Zoom Teams

Good Day Everyone! I'm an Employee in a University. Our University purchase Zoom Pro Accounts for Office use. Last September 6, 2022, the Zoom Subscription of our University expired, and the Management of our University plans to renew the subscription on November 2022. My concern is that I have 2 Important Recordings that I forgot to Download before our subscription expires, and now I can not access the cloud storage. I am afraid that the recordings in the cloud will be deleted befor the renewal of our Subscriptions. Is it possible if I personally upgrade our Office Account to Pro for 1 month so that I can download the recordings? I hope you can help me. Thank you!

When I tried to login to a zoom meeting, it said I needed to contact my IT department as I needed the latest version.I tried to manually download the newest update.I tried removing the Chrome extension.I tried rebooting my computer.I tried using the zoom chat botI tried clicking on my icon and search for updates but that wasn't listed.I tried scheduling my own meeting and starting it.I tried everything I can think of but I still get the message that I need to update. When I open zoom from scratch, the version number at the bottom of the screen seems to match the version I need.I tried joining from the browser but the access code for the meeting was incorrect and I couldn't contact anyone through chat to get the meeting password (that isn't a zoom issue, just had the wrong password

I use the programme on an iPad. The connection of a wireless keyboard always gets lost after a few second and I can't type anything. There is also the problem with using a pen writing on the screen after running the programme for about half an hour.  That's annoying, especially when I'm teaching in class where I need to use both a pen and a keyboard. can you solve this problem, please?
