Zoom requires login on each start even though the option "Keep me signed in" is checked.After login, the error appears:Zoom attempted to migrate your local database, but themigration failed. I have 2 recorded zooms that I need to make into one zoom. How do I do this?

In Settings, when I click on Video, its window opens and closes immediately.Any ideas how I can fix this?

We've merged with another company, but are keeping the one phone number intact. I've recently ported the number to zoom and I want to create the ability to have our main number and the merged companies number with it's own extensions. I enabled multiple site and created a new site. When I try to assign the ported number the the new site, it doesn't allow me to accept the change (although it the new site shows it in the list). What am I missing or doing incorrectly here? Thanks,

how to schedule entire day(s) off?

Under meeting options is a control labeled "Allow registrants to join from multiple devices."  Is this setting referring to a single user connecting to a meeting from multiple devices simultaneously? 

The MAC addresses we have for the D230 base stations are not registering in Zoom. Example: 9CADEFA92AE2. How do you connect the bases to the Zoom system?

I am using Zoom Phone.There is a site in Auto Recepctions, I double check that business hours are correct.Business hours is 9:30 AM ~ 18:00.But when I call it at 17:30, IVR say office was closed.I did double check Time Zone in Zoom Admin, it's correct. What can I do or any thing I must check again ?Thank you.

I am using Mac from Asia and using a US number registered with Zoom. I can use the phone number to call the US. When I called this number, it led me to a voicemail as intended and I left a voice mail but Zoom didn't seem to receive this voice mail and no notification and no recording a Zoom admin could track. It just seems not functioning at all. I tried few times already. Thanks for your help.

I did a webinar yesterday and forgot to schedule a follow-up email to participants; can I still do it?

I want to be able to login to zoom with an email and password rather than using my Google account, Is there any way to de-link the two? I have a paid account. This platform is maddening. 

I am creating multiple recurring schedules for my business where the availability overlaps. If I have 3 schedules and someone books a time in 1, can the time be blocked out in the other schedules?

Hi all, I purchased a one month license for one webinar that expires on February 4th. If I purchase another webinar licence right now (not a monthly but a one time purchase), will it also expire on Feb 4th?  Or will it last the whole month? I can't find documentation to clarify. Thanks!

Our organization is paying for the Pro account; I and another person have the rights to schedule meetings. However, when I schedule a meeting it has me under basic so the meetings last for only 40 minutes. Why is that? We are paying for the pro service. I am unable to make any changes. 

Hi I wanted to find out, does zoom automatically renew the subscription as long as the plan is not cancelled?

Hi Team, I have Zoom free  plan and cant see the Registration required option while setting up the meeting. Is it only available for paid account?

Hi, I was playing with the language choices, selected chinese and now I cannot read it to understand how to reverse it, it's all in kanji.....help

I'm running the current version of Zoom on a Windows 10 laptop. When I'm in a meeting, the speaker's window goes black while he/she is speaking and the yellow line surrounds the window. In Speaker view, the speaker's thumbnail appears, but the main window is dark. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but the same thing happens. How can I fix this?    

After returning to the main session from a break room my audio and video both get turned off. Everyone else in the meeting was able to unmute themselves. When I try to unmute myself it says "The host is not allowing participants to unmute themselves." The host said they haven't muted me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm looking to do a webinar with 2 presenters.  I think the best way to do this is record both presenters and merge them together. Is this possible?
