Starting yesterday (November 28th), users who join my meetings can no longer write or draw on the whiteboard, although the Whiteboard is set to  "Cooperation", not "Presentation".  Several of my students have reported the same problems, regardless of their operating system or device. The icon bar to the left does not show anymore. 

I cannot find the feature "clips" in my paid account. I followed the bot suggestion on where to find it in my account but it is not there. please help . i need to record for work today 

Saludos. I am conducting English classes via a simple Zoom room. I see the new Whiteboard, which looks fantastic. I am unsure of how to share with the Zoom meeting.  I need simple clear instructions. I have investigated the available tutorials but remain in the dark.  When I am in a meeting, I can click Share then whiteboard, but I only see the old-style whiteboards. Any clarification you can offer me will be appreciated. Thank you.

Zoom is not working in the mornings at around 10:00 am on to 11:00 am the presentation gets frozen and a waiting symbol appears and there is nothing to do to continue. I had to log out of Zoom several times and go back in just to to encounter the same issue. Zoom has to be able to handle the volume of users at certain times of the day.

After upgrading to macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) I now receive a privacy and security dialog at the end of each meeting: "zoom.us.app" would like to access data from other apps. There is no more detailed information regarding what data Zoom would like to access. Is this prompt localized to me, or are other users encountering it? Does anyone have more clarity on the sources and type of data Zoom is looking to access from other apps?

I am delivering a training session tomorrow and one of my attendees is deaf. Is there a live transcribe option please?

I no longer see a Universal installer for the Zoom Mac IT Admin 6 app on their site  I only see 3 options:-Zoom Mac desktop app (Intel OR ARM - not Universal) - Not the IT Admin version (the consumer version)-Zoom workplace (iOS)-Zoom Remote Control for Zoom Contact Center

Is there a way (extension? app?) to enable a virtual confetti (like e.g. google virtual confetti) within Zoom? ... so it is seen by everyone in the meeting?PS: also, balloons, applause....whatever gives that feeling of celebration (beyond the tiny icon in one's video).

Hi is there a way to retrieve private chat messages in the cloud?  (I just see the Public Chat that's been recorded in the chat) 

When setting up the displays in a Zoom Room running on a PC with 3 displays, I am forced to designate one display in each scene for Local HDMI sharing.  I don't have local HDMI sharing enabled, nor do I want to do this.  If I change the configuration to use a designated confidence monitor, the screen for HDMI sharing is removed from the display configuration without issue (but I don't want a confidence monitor).  If I change the configuration to use 2 displays, the requirement for local HDMI sharing ALSO goes away.  Why is this view mandated for a 3 display setup when there is no need for local HDMI sharing?  Where can I turn this off?  It seems like a bug in the administration pages for Zoom Rooms.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi All! I had fiddled with syncing my calendar (Google) to Zoom in the past, but decided to disable sync.  However, I still (for a long time now) receive notifications on the Zoom program (Windows) for old recurring events that do not exist anymore in my actual (Google) calendar. These upcoming meetings and respective notices appear on the Zoom Windows program (on multiple computers).  They do not appear when I log into the Zoom.us website (https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming).  How do I remove these ghosts of recurring meetings past from my Zoom program (Windows)? (...without re-syncing, ideally.)

Hello everyone, maybe y'all got a quick answer for me. I've recently seen the Zoom client start sorting chat messages by the last responses. So if someone answers to a message that isn't the last one, it pushes that message plus all its responses down, breaking the message flow. Anyone know how to turn this off? Regards

Zoom events currently do not support India as a region and does not event allow INR as a currency. This is strange as Indian audience is using Zoom and have been organising events on Zoom. I would like to request Zoom to add other payment gateways to support multiple currencies and not just Paypal and Stripe. Globally Indian Rupees is set to replace dollar, but we are still dependent on USD. Indian companies use user friendly UPI payments which is easiest to use with highest security. Let's see how we can change and support the largest market for Zoom.

HI there, when I opened zoom to join a meeting last week it downloaded some updates and since this time my camera has not been working properly, it is now a super wide angle and I cannot seem to restore it to how it was prior to automatic updates, please could someone give me some advice on how to rectify this.

I have a Basic membership.  I was a participant in a meeting.  The host sent me the recording to watch.  When I click on the link to the recording that the host emailed to me, I get two error messages. One says - I have not enabled the cloud recorder (200). The other error message I get is, You cannot view this recording, no permission.  This host has sent me other links to recordings and I had no issue opening them.  Now, I have this issue.  Any thoughts on what is happening?

Hi Big problems in our webinar broadcast on Zoom this morning.  I was sharing my screen playing a pre-recorded video. During that session, I was to attend to Chat input, but every time I opened Chat, this happened – this is what the audience saw.  It isn’t the first time either.  Can you tell me what it is, why it happens and how to avoid this happening again, please?         

Zoom on Windows 11 lags and freezes and is not useable. There are many posts referring to this problem, and they are marked as 'solved' by copying a 2 month old email promising a resolution and saying that it 'relatively works' - a response that is basically like spitting in your customer's face . Please tell us when we can expect a functional release of Zoom for Windows 11?  

How does a Zoom Host access the "recorded name" provided by a phone caller when they connect?

Hello there, my image is showing in a  whole green tint. I've tried to run it in other platforms and apps and the image of my camera is perfectly fine. It' has to be something with Zoom specifically. I uninstalled zoom completely updated it, removed the acceleration hardware in video settings advanced, reinstalled the last zoom version and my camera is still in green color. I'm on Sonoma 14.2 (intel based). Please help!   EDIT: Finally the problem was solved. Had to buy another Mac, but I solved it. If you are running an old mac with Open Legacy Patcher, don't expect Zoom to work properly.  Thank you 

Hello dear All, In my webinars, I only see a sea of black screens and I want to change that into being able to see my participants' / attendees' faces. Chat support/ Agent didn't help me because they told me to go to Account Settings - meetings and turn video on for meetings NOT Webinars!!!Tried to schedule a New Webinar after the change in settings but nothing changed. The video option exists only for hosts and panelists! I Just Want To See My Attendees!It surely can't be that difficult!Please HELP!!! Any Help will be Much appreciated,Thank you in advance,Vicky

When participants arrive in the waiting room or a meeting, they used to be arraigned in order of their arrival. However, now they are placed in alphabetical order. Is there a way to toggle this back? I am a teacher trying to take attendance before I start the meeting and it is difficult when the list is constantly rearranging to fit participants in alphabetically.  Thank you!

I am using zoom pro(zoom one-zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard) with monthly subscription. When I have tried to cancel my subscription (zoom one) I got the message "You should firstly cancel all additional subscriptions." Then I go to cancelling zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard, when o tried to cancel my subscription ı got the message "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions." But my subscription is monthly and it is written in the billing page also. I have also send a mail to zoom contact center with issue number (#16968919) at 04.07.2023, I got one mail from the team but the solution is not found and the issue is still open. I don't want to pay anymore. Please cancel my subscription before my next billing time (11.04.2023).

Are there other people with the same issue? Zoom for me is utterly unusable and no ammount of reinstallation has helped.Summary:-Zoom on newest Version keeps starting to hang at random points during meeting-Windows 10 build 19045 but problem is across 2 Windows 10 PCs-Problem persists for around 2 years, I think and has gotten a lot worse recently-Updates have solved nothing-Zoom therefore is unreliable and unusable for me-I have gathered some crash logs but zoom kept deleting them on restart, which I noticed too late-The problem is also a burden on meeting owners as they have to let me rejoin every time Ive had occasional crashes for around 2 years and across 2 devices where zoom is installed. No update since has changed the problem but it might have gotten worse recently.Zoom sometimes starts to hang in Windows and becomes unresponsive. If I click into the window then it goes white and hangs completely with only the sound continuing to work. If I don't click, then most of the ti
