Zoom is lying about code 1132 and that’s wrong!!

if anyone has gotten an error 1132 and doesn’t know what it means. Well here you go. Turns out it’s a”secret” ban to your account. Rather than admit that you are banned outright, they would rather be secretive and manipulative by calling it an error message. That, in a professional opinion, is not only false information they are providing. But also extremely misleading. This tactic, asking side a tech support rep for subscriptions only, tells me that the only way to ever get true help is to pay for a subscription. That’s gross and manipulative. If someone is banned just tell them. Don’t disguise it as an error code. That is wrong and misleading in many, MANY,  ways.

tell me about it. I don't even know what happened to get the error. No help from anyone. Only bot emails about "help is on the way" and the KB article is also bogus and useless.  They closing my case and transferring to someone else giving me the run around.  Appeals go nowhere, and you can't even get a refund either. Something needs to be done.
