Hi everyone!I'm asked by my boss to find a way to insert in a Zoom Meeting, DURING the meeting, some scrolling credits... End credits, news, ... Like in a TV show, or like Restream does. Is it possible? I've found no references online for my issue, the only thing I've found is how to add scrolling text on a VIDEO (OBS, Premiere,...), but it's not my case. I can also think about changing my Zoom plan, if this could help... And is also possible for me change the service, if an existing meeting service can solve my problem. Thanks!Chiara

I want to run a poll in a zoom meeting while people are joining. If I run the poll, will people who join after the poll has started be able to see it and vote?

Hi all, I would like to increase the resolution of my video recordings beyond 640x360 with my Pro account.I currently get a  Recording_640x360 + Recording_gallery_1280x720 from the same meeting. Taking into account that we have >1.8 Mbps uplink/downlink,...How can I set the minimum resolution as 720? Thank you community! Manolo

I have office hours for online classes I teach, on Zoom. When a student wants to meet with me, I see a small notification window appear at the top of the zoom meeting window, letting me know that they are waiting to have me let them join the meeting. My question is--if I am looking at another program on my laptop, and come back to the zoom meeting window, say 15 or 30 seconds after that notification first appeared---will the notification still be visible at the top of the zoom meeting window? How long does that notification window stay visible?

How do I adjust my recurring meeting settings in Zoom to default to allowing participant screen sharing?

Hello,I am running an assessment centre's/ interviews on Zoom. Within a breakout room I am required to share a document but I need the 'candidate' to be able to scroll up and down to view the doc during the prep time. The catch is that I can't send the document to the candidate. Is this possible when sharing the screen? Thanks

If a free user attends a meeting hosted by a paid Licensed user will the meeting for the free user timed out after 40 mins? or as it's hosted by a license user the free user will be able to continue in the meeting until the host disconnects?

We currently use the Crestron MX50 and MX70 with the Mitel phone system as SIP devices.  We are looking to upgrade to the Zoom phone system and are curious if we can use these devices on Zoom.  I have seen in the past I can connect a Polycom IP6000 device to Zoom and use the phone's features.  I would like to have that same functionality with the Crestron MX50 and 70 devices.  

Hi everyone, I need your advice around hoteling and common areas with physical phones. My specific question is in context of Zoom licensing and features. The use case is this: work areas which are NOT assigned to a specific person and need physical phones. The first thing that comes to mind is "common area" phones; but I'm looking for a way to find a more efficient allocation of Zoom licensing. You see, some times the hoteling areas won't be used by a human for months and common area phones require a license whether someone is using the phone or not. Is there a better way to solve this? For example, and I'm only mentioning this to spark ideas, I'm not looking for such setup pre se -- in the Cisco UC world there was this thing called "extension mobility"  - basically one has a fleet of empty shell phones where a human logs-in (using the keypad) and then the phone becomes "theirs". Does anybody know, if I will pay for cloud storage, will the cloud recording that was recorded before payment be displayed in my account?I'm really upset.We had a call with a colleague, but the recording button disappeared - there was only a cloud recording function. I don’t even know what it is - I put it on recording, but the recording was not converted when the conference ended.

HelloI frequently run training sessions online which at times involves the use of breakout rooms . I would like to be able to have a whiteboard facility in each breakout room that delegates can work on , without others seeing and then to be able to bring that whiteboard back into the main room for those involved to present to the rest of the group. Is this possible, what product do I  need (I have a Zoom One account) . This topic was raised by Starchild in the past but there were no responses. Can someone help? Thanks 

This seems like a bug, but perhaps there's either a setting I'm not noticing. I love using my iPhone 13 (iOS 17.0.1) on my Intel-based MacBook Pro running macOS 14 Sonoma (final release, 23A344), however I noticed something that's been frustrating me. This issue only seem to have occurred in a recent Zoom release, perhaps as early as 5.15, but it might have also corresponded with the final release of macOS. This iPhone has a wide angle and standard (main) on the back.  Using Continuity Camera, it seems the only way to use the standard (main) camera is to use Center Stage, which is the macOS video processing feature that tracks and zooms in on the figure in the video conference. I don't like using Center Stage, because it's distracting; there's too much motion: zooming in and out, even when I move slightly. However, turning off Center Stage will always default to the wide angle camera, which is also not desirable. Hi, We currently have a Webinar 500 license tied to a user, but our webinar is now over 1000 registrants and I want to upgrade our Webinar 500 to 3000, but I am not seeing an option to change my current plan. I can purchase a Webinar 3000 but then if I switch out the Webinar licenses would the existing webinar under Webinar 500 be removed when I remove that license??Thanks for the help, our Webinar is Tuesday night 🙂

I schedule meetings on my employer's Google Calendar. Whenever I try to schedule a Zoom call, showing him as the host, he cannot join unless I start the meeting.  How on earth can I fix this so that I can schedule without having to open the meeting myself??

Hello We have to organise a webinar in which a speaker (external business consultancy) shows a report to attendees. The speaker should be able to be on video and should be able to share material, while the attendees:1) shouldn't be able interact with the speakerand2) shouldn't be able to see who else is connected There will be less than 500 attendees so we can't buy the Zoom Webinars subscription.As an alternative, we are considering to buy the Zoom Session subscription. We have two questions: 1) Does the Zoom Session subscription guarantee the 2 criteria above?and2) Is it possible to buy the Zoom Session subscription just for one month? Thank you for your help!

For some months now, when I want to share my screen, I can no longer select in advance which of the two monitors (the one on the laptop or the external monitor) should be shared. The laptop screen is always shared immediately. I can only change the screen afterwards once sharing is already running. Is it possible to set the system to ask in advance which screen should be shared? My colleagues do not have this problem. Thank you very much!

Hi, I don't know why, but my video on zoom became vertical, that is, I see others in a normal screening, but my screening image rotated 90º and people see me in that way. How can I come back to normal video screening?Can anyone help me?Thank you

Hello:I have had trouble with auto-updates not working. I am not sure what changed, but I used to get the pop-up that something got updated or telling me that an update was available, but no more. For the past few months I don't know there is an update until Zoom freezes. I had the box ticked for automatic updates but on Slow. I am trying Fast now to see if that makes a difference but welcome any thoughts. Thanks!

I had set up my account to send me text messages for the 2 step authentication. Now I do not get the text messages and cannot back into my basic account. I found an email that says that I supposedly set up an authenticator app in January this month  but I don't have one. Please help.

I recorded a Zoom call from a 3rd party platform, Profi. After the call ended I couldn't find the recording on the local or cloud section in Zoom or the 3rd party platform. Any suggestion about what went wrong or how I can receive my recorded call?  

I need to organise anywhere between 1 and 5 meetings per year, with at least 1 of them having to go for an hour or more. I need to allow up to 8 participants. Since at least one of these meetings needs to go for 1hr or more, it's clear I can't use the 'Basic' plan. So, I assume I can use the 'Pro' plan. However, I just wanted to confirm this is correct? The only reason for my confusion is the Plans page lists the price in terms of $ per year / per user. Am I correct in assuming that's just talking about the $ cost for the account holder, and not for each meeting attendee? This is not for business or govt purposes, so if we each had to pay for a 'Pro' plan in order to meet then Zoom wouldn't be the product/service for us. Thank you.
