Hi all, I had been working on a Zoom Event. I cancelled the event. Things have changed, and I would now like to edit that cancelled event and sell tickets for it at a later date.  Is this possible? I can't see an option to reinstate or edit the sessions. All I currently see is "Special-Role Ticket - Ticket Voided" Thank you!

How to increase video resolution in cloud recording, just for one meeting? I don't need high resolution for other meetings. The current resolution is 640x360 for the Speaker View MP4 file. How do I get 1280x720 or better for Speaker View?

We want to verify who in our company has gone in and set up their voicemail. Is there a way to run a report or verify who has or has not set up their voicemail. We are using desktop client on the latest version 5.17.11 

Dears, I often happens that I'm in the same meeting with the colleague direct opposite of me. Because I hear him live I would like to have him muted on my headset, but still audible for all the other participants.  Is there a solution for that? Best regards,Mark van den Berg

Hi!Can I make it so that each of my schedules in the Zoom Scheduler checks a different calendar for conflicts? For example, I want one schedule to check my just personal calendar for conflicts, and another to check my work calendar AND my personal calendar for conflicts. The way I see it now, the calendars you select for conflicts will be applied to all the schedules you have created. Thanks!

In the December 18 Release notes for Zoom Phone - dot point 4 notes:Zoom Phone for PWAZoom Phone admins can enable Zoom Phone for PWA on their account to allow their PWA users with a Phone license to make calls and send SMS from their Zoom PWA.I am relatively new to Zoom Phone and the Zoom account owner for my business (which I assume allows full administration ability) and cannot find the option for admins to enable Zoom Phone for PWA on their account. Could one of the experts please assist with finding this setting in Zoom Phone Administration. We are using the Zoom PWA for our Chromebooks and having Zoom Phone access is a feature we have been waiting for since it was advised for Q3 and was shown in Zoomtopia presentation.Thank you for the assistance,Bradley Flick, Sydney Australia.

When I join a meeting using the initiator's ID, they cannot see me. I can see them and we can hear each other, but no visual on their end. I have gone through the tests and it says system is working. Thanks for the advice. 

Is there a way to draw and upload my own picture to use as an avatar for zoom meetings?

I turned on AI Companion to get a meeting summary but whatever I did (or di not do), there is no audio recording saved for the meeting. The summary is great but I need to hear the audio or view a transcript of the full meeting to record details of who was speaking or correct the AI summary, if necessary. Please go through the required aspects for recording to the Cloud and generating an AI summary. For some reason, I just automatically assumed a recording would be available along with the summary.

To get a second room, does that require a whole new account?

Hello,We have a meeting ID that many peaople sign on to across the country that I'm the account administrator on. We do not want to lose the meeting ID if something happens to me. Is there a way to add another person to my account without paying additional so if something happens to me someone else can transfer account ownership and change payment methods to them?

Is there a way to stop invited people from forwarding a meeting invite to others? We are having an issue with people inviting other people to meetings without the hosts knowledge. 

I have renewed Zoom today and the new version is 5.17.0And now I can`t see any participants of my online meetings. Their video is ON, but I can`t see them.If I press the NOTES button, the image of the participant appears immediately. But those NOTES disturb me during the meeting. How can I solve the problem?

Hello! I work for an MSP, and a client of ours uses Zoom a great deal. She recently tried to add an additional room to a meeting that was in-progress, and nothing happened when she clicked on the Breakout Room icon. I have read a couple of support articles that seem to indicate that it is possible to add additional rooms, but a co-worker told me the only way to do this with a meeting that has begun is to close the current rooms, then re-create them plus the additional room. Is this true?  Thanks!

Hi, I just noticed that two of my reoccurring meetings are not longer listed in the Meetings tab. Also, I created a new reoccurring meeting and it is not listed there either. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

I have zoom pro attached to my personal email account. I have Calendly integrated with my business zoom account, which is Zoom basic. When someone schedules an appointment with me on Calendly, I want them to be sent the link to my Zoom Pro account personal meeting room, not my Zoom business personal meeting room. However, I still want calendly integrated with my business email account, it's too much trouble to disconnect it.  

Hi Forum, I wanted to connect my Google Drive with Whiteboard. During the login and verification process, there was a permission checkbox at the very end, which I did not notice, and I clicked agree. So, my Google Drive connected with Zoom, but I could not access the files. So, I want to disconnect Google Drive from Whiteboard, but there is no option to do that. I have tried Chatbot and different threads. There is nothing on how to disconnect a Google Drive from Zoom Whiteboard. Please help me with this. Many thanks in advance.

I'm in EDT and my recipients are in EDT, CDT, and Arizona, which is Mountain time and has no daylight savings time. How do I indicate the correct time for each generated email?

Sometimes I want to run a meeting from my desktop and sometimes from my laptop. I've been doing this for two years. Suddenly Zoom is "detecting" that I am signing in on "another device" when I use one or the other. Then I need to wait for it to email me a  confirmation code... which is taking way too long to be at all useful and is incredibly annoying! Is there a setting somewhere to tell it, yes, I have two computers? That yes, they are both me...?  

When I try to use video, if I don't use any background & effects, my video works fine.  If I choose to blur the background, my entire video is blurred, including my image/video feed.  If I choose a background, the video feed from my camera is not shown, only the background.   I am using version 5.17.11 (31580).  I am using an Intel based Macbook Pro running Sonoma v14.4.1.    

Is there a way to return to a GENERAL voicemail box if routing to an operator with no answer?  Right now it just dumps to the Operator's personal voicemail, but I would rather it return to a general voicemail box for access by multiple people.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a Zoom one pro subscription, but now all 3 members are in basic status and we can not set one licenced status, th error message: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit. Please help, give advise.

Greetings Community- thanks in advance for your help!   I am hosting an International Pilates Day Celebration (meeting/class) a potential participant sent a message with screenshot showing the message she received when she was unable to register...she wrote "it wouldn't take my email" & the screenshot shows in a red box the message from Zoom "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Zoom really needs to consider adding a full group sync schema to their SCIM implementation so that enterprise customers can easily manage syncing active directory group membership to zoom. This is a foundational thing that would allow easier automation of group and role management.  Currently there are two methods for syncing groups to zoom, and both are sub-optimal for enterprise scale. 1. Group Sync via SAML. When user logs in via SSO identity provider can send group membership. This works on a small scale but (a) does allow full group membership, instead it syncs 1 group based on rank priority. (b) there are limits to the number of groups that can be passed in this method.2. The SCIM user schema includes ability to pass named groups go zoom via a single attribute. However this is not practical without creating additional automation in the identity provider to create an attribute with group names. Bottom line - the SCIM standard solved this issue by enabling

I've been asked to setup a way that my sales teams managers can view all their demo recordings that are currently stored in Cloud Recordings. In my mind because we use Salesforce the ideal way to do this would be to get the cloud recordings (or their respective links) into Salesforce associated to the event that are driving them. It doesn't seem like the Zoom <-> Salesforce integration provides this feature (although I'm not seeing much documentation, so I could be mistaken). So I'm looking for thoughts or suggestions on how to accomplish this, or I'm open to other ways to open access of one Zoom groups recordings to another Zoom group.Thanks!
