Whiteboard in breakout rooms

While having a meeting, I divide the participants into breakout rooms.

I have activated sceen sharing, so they can share screen in each room.

But when the start a whiteboard, the cannot write on it.

It´s only possible for them to activate a whiteboard, not use it.

How do I activate this function, so that they can use the witheboard in each breakout room?

This is in plans to implement as a future update that allows true whiteboard collaboration within breakout rooms.

Seems the option visible is a placeholder for this potential development.

Breakout rooms in Zoom don't have a native whiteboard feature at this time

...so why is it even possible to create one?
Is it possible to remove this feature, since it doesn´t work?

I constantly have to struggle with this in my meetings, because participants try to start a whiteboard, and then they get frustrated and sometimes even blame me as host for the meeting, that I have forgotten to activate it.

I would save me some trouble if I could just remove it from the options in the breakout rooms.
