Zoom Room Kiosk Wired Screen sharing feature

Hi Team,

We are looking to use Wired/Wireless Screen sharing feature for our Kiosk however this feature is not available for Kiosk Zoom Rooms.

Main purpose of this is for our Kiosk which we are using for IT helpdesk support.
Since there is limitation of wired/wireless screen sharing it makes it difficult for support agent to assist end users.
It would be helpful forZoom room kiosks have this feature since this is already available on zoom rooms.

Please reach out to your Zoom support team to see if you can get a feature-request opened. I will gladly jump on your feature request once you have a number for it to help you gain some traction.

Also, here is a little-known secret: Zoom HATES wired sharing and doesn't understand why users/admins would want it.

As an account owner with hundreds of rooms that utilize wired HDMI sharing as the PRIMARY method for content-sharing, I can say this confidently. There is a severe lack of feature-parity (even for far-end participants post-transcoding) when using wired sharing and Zoom does not seem interested in creating parity.

Likely, your feature request will result in wireless sharing long before wired if it gets accepted and roadmapped.
