Hello. I am so confused. How can I find my code for my participants?

I have discovered about four times now that previous meeting links (that I keep and reuse with clients, and are therefore 'active' and used again within 30 or 365 days) sometimes suddenly disappear off my previous meetings list. It has just happened again today. There are no 'deleted meetings' listed, as I have not deleted them.It is challenging when I'm just about to open a previous meeting, to discover I can't find it, and then have to create a new meeting and email this to the client right when we're meant to be starting.Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it. Thank you. I have read the info/links here with related questions.

Hi Zoom Community! I need your help and collective wisdom, I'm running into some troubles with sharing my powerpoint presentations and viewing my presenter notes at the same time (I would like it visible just for me and not participants). I use a MacBook Air laptop.  1) When I do do Presenter View on PPT slide show options, everyone can see my presenter notes on the side panel. What can I do to block their view to just viewing the main slides?  2) When I do Basic Screen Share of my PPT, I cannot see my presenter notes on the side. So when I select Advanced Share Screen - and do portion of the screen, it comes up as blurry quality resolution for most participants - both laptop users and computer users, but not for others (1 person who signed in with their phone said it looks fine). The framed portion of the slide shared looks clear for me on my end, but not everyone else. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, I've turned off all video cameras to help bandwidth.

I am trying to activiate my "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" feature. However, the toggle is greyed out and says "locked by admin." I am the admin and only user of the account (Zoom One Pro). Any ideas why I can't access?

I need to add an ICS file with the Zoom links I create for our organization. I tried to follow the steps in settings, but the option is not available. These are the steps I took: Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Meeting tab.Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Send ICS calendar attachment along with webinar invitation/reminder emails toggle to enable or disable it. What I put in red doesn't work as there is nothing that says - Send ICS calendar... What am I doing wrong? Or why wouldn't my Pro Business Account have this option?  Members in our organization are requesting that an ICS file or a way to add the meeting to their calendar is available. Please help! 

I schedule meetings in outlook and have a Zoom add-on to attach a Zoom link to the meeting. For roughly 50% of the meetings I schedule, the date/time in Outlook will be correct, while the date/time in Zoom is wrong (usually shows the meeting being for an earlier date and time). How can I fix this?Thanks!

Hi We currently have Poly E400 phones that come with physical keys. I’m looking to assign BLF (Busy Lamp Field)  keys for all users. I’m aware that you can manually assign BLF keys by going to the user settings, selecting "Keys and Positions," and then making changes individually or uploading a CSV file. However, both of these methods can be quite time-consuming.Is there a way to assign BLF keys to all users simultaneously, rather than doing it one by one? Any advice or guidance on a more efficient method would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I downloaded Zoom on my older PC (Windows 10 Pro 22H2, AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T, 16 GB DDR3 RAM), but zoom.exe does not start. I used all  possible tricks I found on internet (allowing desktop app for camera,mic, reinstallation,. cache cleaning...),but no way.  Other videocommunication programs are working well on this computer. Please help. 

Hi everyone,I have followed the great video instructions of how to connect Zoom to Facebook since the change in April . I have also changed in Advanced Meeting Settings the custom streaming button to be locked. Even with doing these things I keep getting a red Error message pop up in zoom when I'm in my personal meeting room trying to go live in Facebook saying: Error Failed To Connect TO Zoom Services, basically meaning I can't stream into my groups. Does anyone have any further solutions or work arounds I can try?  Many thanks,Anna

Hi there,I have a red flicker on my screen ( it tends to appear on my lips) during video meetings. Any idea how to get rid of it?

During our meetings we commonly have speakers scheduled for a certain amount of time, e.g. 10 minutes. Some speakers just start riffing... If I'm the meeting host, I keep the speakers on time through a different messaging service, e.g. Slack, so there is zero possibility of my activities affecting the session, my participation, the speaker's participation, or any chat logs. But that's awkward. When it's a short presentation, I have to send timer messages just minutes after they get started. The Zoom Timer app is either useful to only me or absolutely everybody. That's no good. (Also, why is it not smart enough to work with "Mirror My Video"?) In a perfect world, with a perfect timer app:I set an overall meeting timer of, say, 60 minutes, subdivided into me (2), Alice (15), me (1), Bob (10), me (1), Chad (15), me (1), and overall Q&A (whatever remains as "flexible" time)? The timer should also show the overall meeting elapsed/remaining. Is that possible? Can you please point me to the documentation if it exists?

We have Zoom Events Unlimited | 500, but host a one-off yearly event with up to 3,000 attendees.We were advised to purchase Zoom Events Pay-Per-Attendee for 3,000 attendees, however we're not sure how to actually use this... We have created hubs but they both have attendee limits of 500, not the 3,000 that we were hoping for. How do we go about creating a hub using the PPA plan? My zoom automatically records at the start of each meeting. I manually end recording. How can I cancel that so it doesn't happen at the start of a new meeting?

If I open a Pro account and pay  monthly,  I presume the account renews on the same date every month.  If I want to cancel that account, when will it take effect?

I did an upgrade of the new version of Zoom but now My students cant use my general ID personal meeting for our lessons. If I copy that link and I want use it for every our meetings now the Id participant change every time.  What can I do ? @membership  Valeria 

Hello - I am a delegate for my executive and each time I schedule or cancel a zoom meeting I created on his behalf he gets an email stating "XX scheduled a Zoom meeting for you. As a host, you have the ability to start and end the meeting." If it is a cancellation the email states "XX canceled the meeting below." How do I turn off these email notifications to him? Thanks in advance.

We have a team of people set up with Zoom phone including SMS messaging. They are needing to receive text pages from an automated system that sends alerts out to a group of cell phones and pagers.  The system requires a email to text address, and does not accept the phone number directly. Does Zoom have an email to text address, for example google phone's is #@MSG.fi.google.com, Verizon's is #@vtext.com, etc. 

We hosted a dress rehearsal for some webinars we are hosting through Zoom. We are hosting the webinar in a multi-cam studio, our subjects have lapel mics, and all the video and audio feeds are being fed through a Blackmagic Atem Switcher.  The video and audio is being sent through to a Mac Studio, which receives it as a camera input. This is coming through to Zoom. Monitoring the audio that is being received in the studio control room, everything sounds great. The audio being received on the attendee devices however, is very muffled and barely distinguishable. We have tried through different devices - mobiles using the app and laptops as well.  I just wanted to check to see if there's some basic setting that might need changing or something? I have the background noise suppression set to low, and when I change it to anything else it creates a high pitch ringing/feedback noise. There is a small chance something is affecting the audio before it goes through
