Hi, after an update here we go again. Zoom tried it last year and now they did it again: the meeting list is gone. Instead, there is a calendar. I work with a Mac computer, I don't want to use outlook or google. The meetings don't get syncronise with my Ical any more. And the List of the meetings is gone. I want the old features back, otherwise I am going to quit! Christina 

Can I get a definitive answer from Zoom about the order of participants who have their hand raised?  My understanding is similar to this answer, ordered in the participant list by who raised their hand first, which makes sense.  Is the gallery view sorted that way as well? https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/The-list-of-participants/m-p/106901

Hi, I firstly attempted to use Zooms chatbox to find a way to contact them for support, however, it looks like they do not offer support or a report option not being a paid member. My issue is, I was potentially scammed by a person posing as a BBB representative through a job listing on indeed.com for remote work. The interview through zoom glitched, it was super weird, my picture, his and one other person in the chat all scrambled and switched, so I was looking at myself in the big window and his was in my window.. same with the 3rd person. Has this ever happened to anyone using zoom, where all of the zoom windows video feed scrambled (even green lines occured) and switched windows quickly back and forth?So the next point is the see if there is a way to get a review of the video feed if it is recorded by zoom to get a screen grab of the guys face, and also see how weird the video scramble was.  https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89708522453I am attaching the sketchy contrac

I purchased a yearly zoom phone subscription and requested to port a phone number.  However, I found out that porting a number could take 30 days and I can't wait that long so I canceled the request.  Now I cannot assign the original Zoom number because it says that the number is being processed for porting.  How can I get the whole process canceled so that I can use the original number assigned to me by Zoom?

How can i use zoom on android version 4.4.4(kit kat)

We have a setup where there are three users that each have their own IVR option from the main IVR prompt.  E.g. press 1 for Leslie, 2 for Henry, etc.  We also have a #4 option for after hours emergencies.  We want each of the users to be able to have normal calls, directly to their extensions (1, 2, 3) to go to voicemail after hours.  But if someone presses 4, to go into the Call Queue (which we already have) for after hours.  I can't change the business hours on the users because then the emergency option doesn't forward to anyone.  And I can't change the business hours on the IVR and use say an "alternate" IVR because Zoom doesn't support multiple IVRs with the same extension.  How can this be accomplished?

If bringing in a  guest outside our organization and I send them a Zoom link via the email I enter in the authentication exception option when scheduling a meeting, does the user I'm inviting need to have a Zoom account linked to that email address?  Do they need the Zoom app? Are there any limitations on people invited to a meeting this way, either as regular participant or elevated to co-host?  Whether joining from app or web?Thank You.

I need help setting up a meeting.There are 4 of us interviewing 3 candidates.  Our meeting starts at 4PM and will go until 7PM.Each candidate will have 55 minutes with us. We have 5 minutes in between candidates. I would like to set up one meeting for the committee and stagger the times the candidates  join and enter the waiting rooms.  Is that possible and how do I set up the invitation? I already have waiting room turned on.

I can't get my audio working

Hello all,My meeting room waiting room isn't working and I have people from other calls walking directly into my other meetings which is super distracting.I have already gone through the web portal to Settings > Meeting> Waiting Room, toggled on. Everyone is set to go to the waiting room.However, this doesn't happen. I also noticed that whenever I start a meeting, I could manually enable the waiting room from the call, but I'll forget. Is there a way to have it automatically enabled? I've seen waiting rooms be the default on other zoom meetings, but I'm not sure how it worksThanks!

Is there a way to create coupon codes for zoom events?

I had to create a new account because I was not receiving email from Zoom with confirmation codes which would permit me to sign in.  I see from the Zoom Community this happens occasionally.  Can it be explained and corrected and fixed?  I was using my account with no issues up to this week.   I was trying on two different types of HP laptops and wasn't receiving confirmation emails on either laptop.  One laptop was Microsoft Edge and the other was Google Search. Also, to create a support ticket or get any support from Zoom I needed to sign in...which I couldn't.  The chatbot is not helpful with this issue.   Also, your question "Select Location" is impossible to choose.  My topic was not listed.

I want to like Zoom Docs so badly, but this one thing is an issue In the body of the Zoom Doc you see start typing or try “/” to insert You cannot copy and paste here 😤 I found a workaround by editing my zoom doc in my zoom workplace app; in the meantime I cannot copy and paste into the zoom doc in zoom web.  Would love help here 😍

Hi,We have recently upped our attendance for webinars from 1000 to 3000, and now the 3000 capacity apears as another hub. I can see the option to transfer an event to another hub (to 3000)- however what I need to confirm is that the registrants will transfer and still be able to access with the same invitation? We have over 1500 registered already.Thank youM

though I have selected PST as my time zone, my zoom clock is 1 hour ahead of the PST.how can I fix?

I sent a panelist access (as a panelist) to a practice webinar so he could start the practice session on his own. He is getting message that the webinar hasn't been started yet. I need him to be able to go in and out of the webinar to practice on his own. Is this not an option? 

Update from 6.1.45028  to 6.2.0 failed. Uninstall also failed with error: ZoomInstallerFull.msi not found in the path pointing to C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F....I did a search for ZoomInstallerFull.msi in Explorer and it was nowhere to be found.I have tried disabling Norton, reinstalling Zoom 6.2.0 on top of the existing version but all it did wasopening the existing version. Any help is appreciated.

 Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question.  But I've been asked to evaluate Zoom Rooms for my office and I was following these instructions:  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000163266 . I don't believe they are correct -- it seems to me that a Zoom Rooms account is required to test this. I've downloaded the Windows software on a PC and the Android controller.  I'm at the stage where I need to pair them up and a 6-letter code appears on the Windows machine, but the phone says the code is invalid.  If I try to log in, it says my account hasn't been registered for it...which is true.  So, I think I'm either doing something wrong or there are more to the instructions...or maybe trial access has since been disabled?In order to test it, could someone let me know:Do I need to log in on either or both and whether it has to be logged in with the same account?If a paid account is needed on either th

I scheduled a meeting and it has 130 registrants. I want to capture the name and email address of each registrant so I can import the list into my mass mailing program. How can I export the list?
