I would like to create a custom immersive background that functions exactly the way Art Gallery 5 functions.  When the participants are within the frames, Zoom keeps their background untouched, not cropping around their heads.  I am able to create a custom immersive background without any problem...however it's removing their backgrounds behind them.  This is the same behavior as all of the other pre-installed immersive backgrounds.  They remove the background to place the participant in the scene more realistically.  That's not what I want though.   Anyone have any thoughts? 🙂

I recently got an email from zoom saying this:Starting 09/13/2024, we will remove one of those steps by auto-enabling AI Companion on your behalf, making this a one-step process where as a meeting host, you will still need to manually turn on AI Companion features in meetings.Prior to 09/12/2024, you can opt out of Zoom automatically enabling AI Companion features to keep your current account setting as default off.  I have disabled all AI Companion features in the admin setting, but I cannot find anything that allows me to opt out of the auto-enabling and the link in the email isn't helpful.

We added new licensed users for our Zoom Pro account and has completed the recommended Zoom and Calendar integration set-ups, but his status has not updated. He is not appearing on the official Zoom account list and cannot be set as the main host for meetings via Google calendar. How do we update their accounts?

Looking forward to some recommendations regarding Zoom capabilities.Our use case is the following: I am trying to set up Calendly + Zoom. The overall idea is the Demo Request form. Initially, we implemented this through the single occurrence of a recurring meeting - just hard copying the link to the description of the Calendar section. We have 4 Sales Reps whom we add after the call was created. The problem with the current workflow is that we want to allow any sales rep to start Zoom calls and skip through Waiting Room. Alternative host options does not work well for our case. We encounter an issue where Zoom removes all alternative hosts when a meeting is edited. The issue occurs only for recurring meetings as I figured out. This issue is related to the current absence of a way to add an alternative host to a single occurrence of a recurring meeting.If any of the recurring meetings' instance has a specified date, users need to choose&

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra that I want to use for zoom meetings. Most is great, but one thing is sorely missing, and I wonder if I am simply overlooking something. I have two front cameras. A "standard camera" and a "wideangle camera". Now, when I am in a zoom meeting, I can only choose one front camera, the standard one. I really want/need to use that other wideangle camera, but I see no way to choose it. I can also only pick one of the three lenses on the back of the tablet. Is there any way I can add these cameras to my zoom app so I can choose them in my meetings?Any and all help is greatly appreciated. 🙂 

I'd like to know how many separate participants a host can pin to separate screens. For example, if I have a quad card, can I pin 4 individual participants to the 4 individual screens? Thank you

Hello All,  I am trying to change our teams video settings so that the ones who need to are recording at HD. I found the article that shows me where to go and the options I should have. I am not finding these options. This issue has been resolved! The Zoom Engineers recognized the flaw and restored the original recording. Although the time still shows incorrectly, when you play the recording the entire original plays back. 😀   Update from Zoom! Hello! I am almost certain this functionality exists but I can't find exactly how to do it, so maybe I'm wrong. The use case i'm trying solve is that User A is able to reserve workspaces for User B.  User B is a sales advisor and their account manager(User A) creates all their meetings etc.   As i said previously, during our demo period, i thought this was laid out as a possibility, but now trying to configure I can't figure out how and struck out on finding the instructions on my won.

So few days ago I wanted to join my class. When I clicked "join", the system said, I'm unable to join, Error Code 1132, which means you most likely got banned for violating Zoom rules. THE THING IS: I haven't used Zoom for past 3 weeks. So I think someone hacked my account and was violating Zoom rules using my account. I reported it to Zoom support team. After 2 days I got the email from them, they sent me an answer, saying that I got blacklisted and unable to get unblacklisted again. So now have to use web version for my meetings, but I can't do the same things that I could do on Zoom app. Please help, I did nothing wrong, but I got banned for nothing, just because someone used my account 😞 

Need to obtain previous meetings (times/days/duration) data but I'm a basis user. Is it still possible to obtain this data please? thanks for advising

okay, maybe i start on the wrong location, let try a new fresh discussion i dont understand why, i cannot assign my license, i can unassign, but after that i cannot assign again, is there something wrong?my license is still more then 10, but i cannot assign to mw account, now, i cannot assign the license, and all my account turn to basic, and zoom want me to buy more lisence for me to can assign? im still missing the point here,on top of the user account i got this notification soo im thinking is there a problem with my account, i sign up new fresh account, buy 1 lisence proand add other account, ok, now in my admin have to account, i try to assign and unassign, after 5 times  i cannot assign again,  as you can see this is what it say, so how do i assign new account? i have to buy more and more and more again? and after this, how can i assign? this is a scam, 

Anyone else missing the 'meet anytime' option on thier recurring meetings dropdown on the Zoom Desktop app and sick of havng to log into their browser to arrange this feature? yes me too! Leave a comment below stating 'bring it back' to get the developers to reinstall it ahead of the next app update!

Hello, I’m currently using Zoom on the free plan while determining if it meets our needs. I’m trying to schedule a meeting that requires registration, but I haven’t been able to find this option despite following the guidance I’ve seen, including scheduling directly on zoom.us. I’ve tried logging in from different computers, but the option still doesn’t appear. I'm trying to use Keynote or PowerPoint slides as a virtual background for a meeting.When I try to load the slides, I get a message reading: Unable to import <slide-deck>.How do I fix this problem?I'm running Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1, Keynote 13.1, and Zoom 5.16.10.The troubleshooting steps are to restart Keynote and open the slide deck in Keynote, but these steps are not helping.

I want to know how we can utilise the chat feature through web broswer. I'm not talking about the chat feature while you are in the meeting. I'm talking about the standalone chat feature with which you can chat with any of your zoom contacts.Can anybody help me with this?

I currently have nine phone users, five with the unlimited plan and 4 four metered plans. I purchased an additional Metered plan successfully, but when I try to assign it to a users the drop down states the I have 0 (Zero) available. I started a service ticket days ago but they are not responding. Does anyone have advice for how I can get the plan assigned to a user?   

Hey, I work for a school district and we have just recently switch to zoom phone system. I have researched that a single user cannot have multiple extensions. I am looking for a work around if possible. Some of the staff have multiple offices in different schools. I am wondering if there is a way to have the one user call from the different phone with the different extension? This is for example, dealing with an emergency call to 911 that they would be able to see the different extension and know exactly with building it is being called from, instead of whichever one has been chosen as their default. Hopefully that makes sense? Thank you all for any advice!

The 'blur my background' option' seems to have totally disappeared with the latest software update. Where is it, or has it been discontinued?

During a live screen sharing session (recorded meeting) I noticed that participants' faces are shown in the little box at the upper right. As the goal of the meeting is to take screenshots of the software being demonstrated, I would very much like this box in the upper right corner to disappear. At the beginning of the meeting I dragged this box off to another screen but was dismayed to see that in the recording it is shown during the entirety of the screen sharing session.  Is there any way to switch off this box entirely, so that when a participant is sharing their screen, we don't see the box floating in the corner in the recording. Today's meeting will not take place and will be rescheduled at a later date. 

I have ALL settings properly toggled to allow guests to share their screen during a meeting and it still makes me manually toggle it on EVERY time. Something is wrong, and I can't connect with Zoom support. Can anyone help me? After a few months of this, I'm really starting to lose my mind!

When I am on screen in a meeting, the name I have set up in my profile is not the same that I put in my profile.   In my profile I have clearly input my first and last name, with the first letter Capitalized.   In my screen when in a meeting, my name shows up only as my first name with the first letter lower case. How do I fix this?  

Is there any way to see what local numbers are available for the Zoom Phone in my area without first signing up for for Zoom Phone? I'm in Melbourne, Australia so I just want to see if there are numbers avaialble starting with +61 3 9.... Thanks!
