Hi all

I'm attempting to upgrade the Zoom Workplace client on my laptop, and for some reason the system is missing original .msi file required uninstalling the "old" client. (6.0.37634).
tried locating it via Zoom downloads page, but couldn't find an archive for old versions..

Anyone knows where I can get the specific installer for this version?

In the past there was an zoomclean app to make sure that everything from zoom client will be deleted, but this isn´t existing anymore..If you still have issues with that, it would be better go open a case but as mentioned in my last post this are the information receive by the support.

cheers

Solved! 🙂
Contacted support, and it turns out that finding the correct installer is not enough - you also need to rename the file to "temp.msi" for the system to use it.

I think your version should be 6.0.3.37634 if not change the link accordingly!

this should be the correct one:

https://cdn.zoom.us/prod/6.0.3.37634/ZoomInstallerFull.msi

I dont know why zoom is making this so hard...

cheers!Please like and subscribe :D:D...

Any change to the link breaks it completely...

Can you point me to the 64 bit version?

Hi @Roypetel

just add at the end "?archType=x64" > https://zoom.us/client/6.0.3.37634/ZoomInstallerFull.msi?archType=x64 and you shoud get the 64bit version, let me know if it works and please like and accept the solution.
Cheers!
