 Hi!I have the last Zoom desktop client. But there is no blurred background. And I am sure that blurred backgroubd is supported by my computer. Please help how can I fix it? 

Hello, Thank you for your time.I have not logged in my account before joining the zoom meeting ( which means i need to type my name before joining the meeting) and after that, I pressed "record" button for the meeting and the host of the meeting approved me for the recording.  and then we processed our meeting for an hour and then finished so i pressed "leave" cause i though the recording file will be saved in my mobile. However, I can not find the zoom recording now. Please help as it is very important to my family. Thanks

Trying to setup OFF HOOK dialing for a door phone. AKA - hot line phone. It's a Poly VVX 150 telephone. Need it to ring to an auto attendant upon going off hook.I located a configuration file for an older model of Poly, but this series does not like the one I found.Has anyone configured this before with a VVX Poly? Is there a way to configure this in Zoom?

Hello Zoom Community,   I am looking for a solution to automatically play a video playlist in a Zoom Room every Friday at 7 PM. I have administrative privileges in the Zoom Room, and I'm wondering if it's possible to achieve this using the built-in scheduler.   If the built-in scheduler does not support this functionality, would it be feasible to use a Linux script along with RTMP streaming to accomplish the same task?    Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!   Thank you!

Hi, I started a recurring meeting (weekly) with registration of the participants the first time they join. So far so good. Everyone registered and got an e-mail with the JOIN-button.But for the next meeting, I want to send them an e-mail with the direct link, in case they cannot find the first e-mail or do not know it's the same button. So I was looking for the url to the meeting, but I can only find the link to the registration... Where do I find the link to invite someone who is already registered? Or is there something I miss about the way the registration works? Thanks a lot!

When starting screen sharing, only the new whiteboard comes up (classic does not appear despite settings as described in the support) and "Switch on Share sound" and "optimize video"are grayed out and cannot be turned on.Compared to classic whiteboard where audio and video were possible this is a major drawback.!Any help? 

Hi all, I read the June Update notices and discovered an AI update to ZOOM regarding supervisors in the Contact Centre environment being able to undertake Automated QA using AI within Zoom. I cannot find any specific guides for this and seeking if anyone is using this and if it is valuable.Sounds amazing if it works. Regards Greg

I have been using Zoom for years and I have never had an issue connecting with my computer audio. Now, when I join a Zoom call, my computer audio is connecting with the speaker but not the microphone. I do not know how to fix this problem. Can someone please advise? 

My SMS campaign application was rejected for reason of "This brand's URL will not load to a valid website."  I do not have a website, nor do I want or need one.  Is there a workaround to this?

I wanted to understand what the License Count mean when we upgrade to Pro where the license count is 1-9. Does that mean that if I take Pro license, I can have 9 users added who could use the account. If Yes, can we have meetings scheduled at the same time for different meetings by different users. Ex: License is ProUser License Count: 5 (A, B, C, D, E)Can A & B schedule different meetings at same time for different users? By adding A, B, C, D, E will I still be charged for 1 plan or will the new users I have to pay extra?

Upcoming meetings more than one day out are not displaying on Neat pads in our Zoom rooms, and are therefore not joinable, from the Neat pad. Nor are they displaying on web controllers for those rooms.Option to "view upcoming meetings" as suggested in some posts, is not available.

My question/problem is about teaching Flamenco dance classes online from home: Is anybody experiencing problems teaching online classes with zoom? I have been working with my 12 year old Dell laptop for over 3 years now and never had a problem with audio or video! Now I have a new HP Elitebook convertible laptop and nothing works anymore, when I stand 3 meters away from my device my students can hardly hear me or the music I play via bluetooth from my stereo equipment and much less when I do  footwork, being a big part of Flamenco dancing. I have been with an IT specialist for many hours trying out all the options with the adjustments of the zoom tools (audio and camera) and NO LUCK! And the video also is showing me going in the wrong direction whether it is in mirrored mode or not mirrored mode. Any help, comments or sharing your experience is much appreciated. Thank you! 

We usually record our webinars and share the recording. We do not want attendee's names to appear in the recording. If we unmute the attendee to speak, is there a way to set their name to Anonymous?

Hi yesterday I recorded a 2 hour meeting to my Cloud account. I never received an email after and when I checked this morning to see if it's still processing, it's not even listed. I know I clicked Record, I even paused and restarted the recording. I even remember it saying "recording stopped" when I stopped recording. It's not on my computer in the Zoom folder, nor is it showing up in my account. I'm not sure if this matters, but the meeting was started by another host, who then made me host and I clicked Record. So my understanding is that the recording should be in my account since I was the host. Can zoom support please see what happened to my Cloud recording? 

I have a low-bandwidth connection (e.g., 1-2 MBps down, 0.5-1 MBps up). I can usually Zoom with one or two people easily. I need to host a much larger meeting - 50-100 people. Will the increase in numbers require a proportional increase in bandwidth? I've read (here and other places) that each increased person on the Zoom requires some small increased bandwidth. Is this true - and how can I quantify this? Will my meeting be OK?Thanks. 

I have a user who is having trouble connecting to zoom, but only on their home network. Normally I would suggest troubleshooting the network, but zoom is working on all other devices on the network. So here is their hardware info:Macbook Pro 14-inch 2021M1 ProSonoma 14.0Zoom Client 5.16.2Chrome 119.0.6045.124 Zoom network tool came back green on all tests. The user can't reach our zoom tenant in chrome, receiving "This site can't be reached" "The connection was reset" This means they can't sign into the zoom app at all. Using NSLOOKUP and PING for our tenant come back with good results. Using safari allows them to get slightly farther to the "launch in zoom" window which does nothing when the link opens asking to allow. Finally opening the meeting without signing in and joining as a guest gives this error message "an unknown error occurred Error Code: 3256000" which comes up with nothing on google or this forum besides one other post in Japanese from

I have a Zoom pro account which allows hosting of up to 100 participants.  I will host a Zoom meeting  of around 100 participants in the near future.  Is it possible to start the meeting with the current 100 participant limit and increase it to 500 by purchasing the “large meeting” add-on if the number of participants might reach the limit during the meeting? 

i was able to use avatars now i cant. i haven`t changed computers, i didn`t change any settings. others in my meeting can use avatars. also i cant find the "toggle avatars" option in my settings

Hey folks, I've got a fun one for you. I recently (3 days ago) hosted a meeting and had my recording directed to the same path I have used for years. I later remembered that I changed my Windows username. Same login, just changed the display name.So the path of; /Users/<USERNAME1>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom is now /Users/<USERNAME2>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom  When I try to open the recording folder automatically in Zoom, it redirects to the USERNAME2 folder, which is empty. Nothing in my Trash, as I furiously dump it multiple times a day.I don't actually use OneDrive, it's just the 'physical' folder on C:// that often gets defaulted too and I've been too lazy to change.   I'm not convinced that Zoom would just vaporize the recording because of a bad file path...especially because I wasn't prompted to give an alternative path. I'm hoping it's tucked away in AppData or some other invisible cache location?  Thanks for your

Hello, I run a language school and have an overlap of lesson times between two different instructors. Instructor A tutors a student at the same time nstructor B tutors a different student. Is there a way for both instructors can tutor their students on the same day at the same time??

After I graduated from university with a master's degree, I re-enrolled in a doctoral program. However, my university account and Zoom account are still marked as graduated, so I'm only getting the free 40-minute support. Since I've re-enrolled in the doctoral program, I'd like to receive support again. What should I do?

Any reason why call handling isn't working for some reason? Setting is set for user to forward to voicemail if it's not answered. It works if the user rejects the call, but if they do not answer it only plays the message without going to voicemail. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if it's possible to click an object and drag it using the blue remote control mouse in meetings?

I used to be able to click a link in the calendar invitation, and then click Launch Meeting on the browser page that displays to launch my Zoom desktop app and launch the meeting simultaneously. Now, in the past month, the Launch Meeting button doesn't work.  I have to launch my Zoom app first, and then click the button, sometimes multiple times, before it launches. A couple of our webinar panelists have reported the same issue with getting into webinars.  Others have mentioned similar issues. What has changed, that we can no longer launch meetings and webinars without a bunch of time-consuming hoop-jumping? Zoom, please fix this. Lisa
