How to cancel free trial

zoom wont let me cancel the free trial through the website. They tell me to go to google play but google play doesn’t count it as a subscription so it doesn’t show the free trial. I need to cancel the free trial but zoom keeps telling me to go to google play. Who do I contact to cancel the free trial?

Zoom sent me a message for a FREE TRIAL for the scheduler program but doesn’t explain what it is , how it works, or allow to cancel this free trial if not interested.

So if I forget in 30 days I get charged for something I never wanted!

If this doesn’t get resolved I guess I can always go to TEAMS!!!!

If the trial was started through Google Play, it normally has to be canceled from the Google account used to start the trial. If Zoom is directing you to Google Play but the trial isn’t listed there, I’d contact Zoom Support and ask them to verify how the trial was activated.
