Request for optional toggle to display full centered names for video-off participants in 7.2+

With the recent upgrade from 7.1.9 to 7.2.1 a feature I rely on has been removed.

Participants with their video turned off now only display a 2-letter initial circle in the center of their gallery tile, with their name relegated to the small lower-left badge. While this creates a uniform look, the small font makes it much more difficult to quickly scan a large gallery view and identify participants at a glance. Please consider adding a customizable toggle under Video Settings (e.g., "Display full participant names centered in video-off tiles") rather than forcing the 2-letter initial circles as the only layout. Providing this as an option would greatly improve accessibility and ease of use for users managing busy, interactive meetings.
