Feature Request - Dynamic Speaker Position near Camera

On the desktop zoom client, I would like to be able to indicate where my camera is, and for the current speaker’s position in the gallery to move as close as it can to where my camera physically is.  This will enhance the feeling of real human connection by facilitating something closer to eye-contact.  Currently, even though I am looking at the speaker, from their perspective I am not looking at them while talking and this subtle psychological effect contributes to the feeling of disconnection and separation felt in video conferences.

At the moment, Zoom’s desktop client doesn’t have a way to mark where your physical camera is and automatically move the current speaker’s tile as close to that position as possible.
