Hi, I'd be very grateful if someone could help me with a stubborn problem: I would like to have a sound notification when someone joins my meetings (I do get a pop-up at the top of my screen when they enter the waiting room, but with no sound). When I go into Settings / Meeting / Sound notification when someone joins or leaves, this option is already enabled, but I still don't hear the sound for any of my meetings, and when I'm working in other windows while waiting for my client to arrive, I can't see the visual notification. I used to be able to get a sound notification but some months ago that stopped happening for some reason completely beyond me. Everywhere I look I just see the same advice, ie to check the setting I described above, but that is not where the problem lies. I've tried to "Reset" it, but it made no diffference. Any advice would be gladly received!

Hi, I'm trying to use Camo Studio with Zoom, but "Reincubate Camo" isn't appearing as a camera option in the video settings. The camera is working Fine in Camo Studio. I've tried restarting both apps, updating Zoom, and reinstalling Camo Studio, but nothing seems to work. My device is connected, and Camo Studio is running on my computer. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks in advance for your help!

When I am on a Zoom call I have it set up on half of my screen. Whenever I open or close chat in a meeting the zoom window resizes and changes position. When chat is opened, instead of resizing the elements within the zoom window to create room for the chat window, the entire Zoom window resizes, adding on the width to display the chat. When chat is closed, the Zoom window resizes to the original size, but it's screen positioning is shifted left. Hi, I am a Canvas admin but not our organization's Zoom admin, so I cannot "tinker" with the Zoom LTI Pro settings. We create meetings through LTI Pro. We also have Panopto. We would like Zoom cloud recordings associated with meetings that were created through the LTI Pro integration to automatically land in a course folder in Panopto, so that students have access to the recordings there. Why? Because the transcript search is much better in Panopto. However, we want to do this only for specific courses. I'm reading about "scheduling tracking fields" and folder mapping, but this puts me over my head. Question is: Can this workflow be established for only specific Canvas courses? If we create a tracking field, does that mean anyone scheduling any Zoom meeting will be prompted? What does that look like?

Currently Zoom has a setting called: "Block users in specific domains from joining meetings and webinars". I believe this will be the solution for many of the discussions I've seen here about notetakers joining webinars. For our specific case, this setting is be all end all, for both meetings and webinars.  Is it possible to split these? I have already submitted the feedback to Zoom, but wanted to see if anyone knows anything here? PS: I do not want to require authentications (this causes issues for some of our users) or require CAPTCHAs. The waiting room can help if people join on time, but what happens when they come in late? Do we have to be policing the webinar?  Please advise!

My video filters suddenly disappeared.  I am running Zoom 5.8 and I have had no problem before.  I checked my account and Video Filters is selected.  I reset but still no sign of them in video settings when I enter a meeting.  What's up?

I'm often on zoom meetings using a virtual background from an uploaded image, and it will randomly change to a different virtual background without me doing anything. I can't tell that it has changed but others on the call can see it changed. Sometimes two backgrounds will randomly switch back forth multiple times within seconds.  I have tried updating my app, and it has not solved the problem.

I`m following the article -> https://aws.amazon.com/pt/blogs/machine-learning/add-zoom-as-a-data-accessor-to-your-amazon-q-index/ But I`m having issues trying to configure on Zoom Marketplace the Amazon Q app. After posting the application details and submitting the form, I`m redirected to AWS login page.But an error is show like below:"An unexpected errors has ocurred - Authentication failed. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact your administrator" I`m am using my root user to login and I double checked the credentials. Is this a bug on the Amazon Q App available on the marketplace?

I use Huawei Matepad 12X, I downloaded Zoom using GBox, when I click on sign in with Google in Zoom, the built-in browser opens, then I enter my data. The site says that Zoom will open in a few seconds, if not, you need to manually click the button. But no matter how much I click, nothing happens.

I would like to set up Meeting Templates that have different settings -- for example Meeting #1 ALWAYS starts recording automatically, while Meeting #2 NEVER records. This would make my life much easier... but is it possible?

As of this week Zoom no longer automatically prompts to add to the iCal calendar I've had connected to our account for over a year. It said I had to sync a calendar, I went online - where there is no longer an iCal option (used Google instead since the email for that calendar is registered there) and it did not stick - endless loop. What the heck is going on here and will this be repaired or returned to previous state so that I don't have to manually copy and paste the invite info into an iCal invite over and over again now?

Recently, if I change the date and/or time of a single meeting in a recurring series, when anyone who has previously accepted the meeting accepts the changes, I get the following message:Accepted: XXXX MeetingFrom Google CalendarYou are no longer invited to this eventView updated information on Google Calendar Why is this happening? These invitees appear to still be on the invite list, but then I get questions about whether they were uninvited or if the meeting was cancelled. 

Hello!We've been using Zoom Webinars for a few years now (albeit not continuously), and we didn't have any problems with the "view only" option when sharing a webinar recording.Go to webinar recording, click the "Share" button, click the "More settings" button, set expiration date, uncheck "Viewers can download", check "Viewers need to  register to watch" option, check "Password" option, uncheck "Allow invitees to access recordings without the passcode, click "Save". Enter the email address(es), click send.This is what we did, and the page that opened from the Zoom email link is the video "portal" to watch the video.And now, for whatever reason, doing this in the webinar recording sends the email, but when the link is clicked, the video "portal" opens and the "Download (xx) files" link is displayed in the "portal."How do I prevent this?Thanks in advance.

Can anyone tell me how to turn off calendar integration?our ZoomRoom works but each tome it starts up on our iPad which controls the Windows computer zoom program, it says, This room needs to be connected to a calendar.”I don’t believe we need calendar integration.on line it said all I have to do is go into my account profile and down to calendar and click disable. Hi, I'm trying to use the same Zoom meeting invite for a number of meetings in future. I know the date & time of the first meeting, but I don't know yet when the other future meetings will take place.  In the past, I could do this by simply clicking "Recurring" without specifying future dates. Now with the current version of Zoom, I am prompted to already input those future dates - which I don't know yet. How do I solve this? Or, alternatively: can I set up a single meeting now, and then simply re-use that same "old" link in future? Thanks for any help!
