Since some time, it often happens that audio plays up for me in meetings. The voices of other participants sound like in slow motion. Impossible to decipher what they say. My Zoom app is up to date as is my Mac OS on my MacBook Pro (Tahoe 26.3, M2 chip and 24 GB of RAM). On previous occasions a restart of Zoom has fixed it but not recently. Shutting down other software to a minimum didn’t help either, nor did a complete reboot.What can be the problem?

I use Zoom AI all the time. I was showing a new employee this feature and opened our just completed meeting summary to show it to her. It was complete and detailed. She was impressed. I went back later today to access it and it says "A summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript.". WTW?

Greetings all!I experienced a strange phenomenon while running Production Studio.  It happened twice, in separate sessions.  I thought it was weird, and just “me”, but now I’ve had a client’s host report experiencing the same thing.I can’t fully reproduce the circumstance, but the full-screen Production Studio window “refreshed” and only showed a few of the elements on screen -- I think it was Preview, Program, and Source boxes, and none of the menu structure was present:   No minimize, maximize, or close buttons in the upper right, and much of the periphery around the Preview, Program, and Source windows was missing.  Both times I immediately took a screen shot… but in the screen shot the window elements were fully populated!!So far I’m not creating a support ticket, because… well, what is there to report?  “It’s weird, stuff was missing, see the screen shot, which doesn’t show anything missing”.I’m hoping if more people are experiencing this can report

Version 6.6.6 and then updated to 6.7.5. I am not able to get closed captioning to work for the meetings I start.  I have used the Meetings/Advanced settings on the Host login and it shows Closed Captioning under the  Accessibility tab.  I can even change the font and placement.  I have also enabled closed captioning under the settings.  Despite this - Closed captioning does not show up on my zoom screen or any other members screen during the meeting. Most of our members join the meeting using a meeting ID, they are not logged in.  As the Host, I am logged in.  I also looked on my screen and the screen of another meeting member for the CC symbol on the control line - it is not there. I did look under “More” and it wasn’t there.  We had a member try clicking on the green shield on the upper line of the zoom screen, the one next to the time.  It shows the meeting information, but there is nothing about closed captioning.  We would like to be able to offer closed captioning to people w

We are using the Debian distribution of Zoom, and until the last update, Zoom remembered to keep us logged in. It also defaulted to connecting by computer audio, and to the external webcam we want to use. Also, it remembered not to join with video. Now, none of those things happen. Every single time we exit Zoom, we have to re-log in, and then we have to re-specify which webcam, tell it to join with computer audio and not to join with video. Every time. Even with the "keep me logged in" box checked and "always join with computer audio" checked. And when I go into Settings and tell it not to mirror my video, and to "turn off my video when joining meetings," all these things Zoom remembered before. Now, none of them are remembered, and I have to repeat the settings every. single. time. I am seeing others with this problem in the community. No one seems to have been given a solution that actually works.&nbs

I’m hosting a webinar that is limited to approved participants. I’ve set the webinar to manual approval, uploaded a CSV of approved participants, and unclicked “Send invitation after importing” so they won’t receive any message. I will then include the webinar registration link to that same group in a separate email I’m sending so that if they register for the event, they’re pre-approved. However, I don’t see a way to tell which of the uploaded invitees has manually registered. The entire list is under “Approved” when I look at Manage Attendees, and when I download the CSV of attendees it just lists everyone together as approved registrants, whether or not they’ve manually registered for the event. Is there any way to see who actually clicked through and completed the registration link? Or, once I upload a list, can I only see the entire list of pre-approved participants, whether or not they’ve manually registered?

Windows 10 Pro vers 22H2 Systembuild 19045.6937, Zoom Version 6.7.5 I am working with Brewakout Rooms since three years - normally no problems.Two days ago there were a lot of troubles:The setting was, that everyone is automatically send to a Breakout Room, but most of the participants had to activly click a button that came up and asked if they want to join the Breakout Room, if they didn’t they were sent to the room but wasn’t really there (they were shown as participant of that room but all the other people in the room couldn’t see this person). There is some setting that has started to automatically generate a Zoom link any time I create an event in Outlook that has at least one additional person. The problem with this is that several of my meetings are in-person and so I need to delete the link every single time. How do I change the settings so that auto-creation of Zoom links is NOT the default behavior in Outlook? 

We are seeing this issue occurring across multiple user devices within our environment. Reinstalling Zoom does not resolve the problem, and even when setting up a completely new machine, the issue still presents itself immediately upon installation.At this time, there appears to be no available documentation from Zoom that addresses this behavior or provides any known resolution. Is there a way to mark Zoom SMS (not team chats) as unread? Our company uses SMS all the time for customer service, and it would be nice to not lose track of messages. This seems to be a feature that most phone services offer these days. 

We're using Zoom in our school, and we use multiple accounts. Every single account can be used by multiple teachers, thus each time a teacher is using an account and at the same time an OTP is sent by email, we're required to forward the emails to every teacher to ensure the current user will receive the OTP.Therefore teachers are flooded by emails, accounts often locked or blacklisted (no OTP sent). Congratulation to the the manager who invented this system which is a complete failure. Hi,  While in a zoom meeting on my macbook, when i try to mute/unmute myself using airpods call control (press once by default) it doesn't work and give me a message "Can't control mic with Airpod Pro" . Why is that? Is it a bug?  The same functionality works when i join zoom from iPhone or iPad, so how we can make it work on macs also? Please help this is really very useful for productivity when zoom window is buried somewhere (it could be in different desktop or under so many windows) and i need to unmute quickly  ThanksAiman

How can i send email for registration using zoom portal on zooms meeting

Having to go to the Zoom webpage to manage call handling, to enable/disable calling to the Mobile app is not ideal especially if you are working remotely and don’t have access to your laptop. Having a simple switch (like the call queue switch) to adjust your call handling in the respective apps would very helpful.

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting. There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.  I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.  Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration... 

Guys. I understand you’re going to update stuff, but there are people who use reoccurring meetings on the regular basis. Yet you cannot find reoccurring meeting anywhere in this latest iteration of Zoom workplace. Where is it and could you please remember to keep it on the app?

I pay for zoom and I can't find any help for a week.   It is unusable and I use it all day for work.  All of my saved meetings are gone.  I have a hundred or so and now there is no meeting tab.   I can search and find a list of some meetings that are not alphabetical so I can spend 15 min before every meeting looking for the link to send someone.  This is ridiculous that I can't get a human to help me.   I tried everything online, uninstalling, looking for disconnecting calendar and meetings (can't find this), etc.   I can't believe that zoom took away the most important tab for some people.  Even when this is fixed, because of the lack of help, I will be leaving my one star review.  I never would have paid for zoom if I knew it would cause me so much frustration.  How do I get my meeting tab back??  

Hi.  I am new to Zoom Phone and trying to get it configured for a small office of eventually 3 people. What I want is for people to call a main company number 999-999-9999, hear a voicemail greeting and that says “to reach person A, press 1...to reach Person B, press 2… to reach person C, press 3,”  Once the caller presses a number, the call will be forwarded to that User’s extension or cell phone. Currently, I purchased two Zoom Workplace Pro Plus licenses.  I thought the Auto Receptionist would need its own license and one license for myself.  I’m a little confused because I have assigned one license and one is unassigned.  The main company number 999-999-9999 is assigned to the Auto Receptionist at Ext. 801.I am setup as a User at Ext. 800.  When I dial the main number, I get the greeting and when I press 1, the call is forwarded to my extension.  Is this the correct way to have it setup?  Does the Auto Recep
