Low quality recording to the cloud

Hello! I really need help from real people. When I record a video call to the cloud, the quality is very poor. But when I record it to my computer, the recording is good. I have the Professional plan. Is there any way to improve cloud recording?

    Hello ​@Компания Зарубеж  – For context, Zoom does have different caps depending on the recording type. Cloud recording is typically capped around 720p, while local recording can go up to 1080p, so it can look like local quality is better.

    That said, can you confirm two things on your end?

    1. Is HD video enabled in your meeting settings?

    2. Is your upload bandwidth stable during calls?
