最近会議中に「ネットワーク帯域幅が低くなっています」と表示されます。ネットワーク環境の問題だと思いますが、問題が発生している根拠をデータで取得する方法はないでしょうか。

Hi, this is the first time I’ve had a downloading issue with Zoom for my recordings. I have a 9 minute long recording that still hasn’t downloaded after 30-40 minutes. Typically never have anything take this long. Is it something wrong with the file or am I just impatient.  Thanks

Is there a way to edit how a link looks when shared?  It currently looks like a zoom meeting link to be in a zoom link.

Ciao a tutti, gentilmente qualcuno potrebbe dirmi come mettere la musica in sottofondo durante una riunione? Il problema che riscontro è che se uso l’audio normale non si sente la musica, se metto la musica non si sente la mia voce, cioè durante la riunione se parlo io devo staccare la musica, se va la musica non posso parlare io. Qualcuno sa dirmi come fare? Grazie 

Blurr worked when I first tried Zoom last night.  The virtual backgrounds don't work and give an error message that just says “an error occurred” (this is very bad programming to have such  useless error messages)The blur did work.  Now today the blur option has been moved to a different place and it too gives the useless error message “an error occurred”  (AGAIN VERY BAD AND SLOPPY PROGRAMMING)How can I get blur to work again?

I want a colleague to be able to activate/host a joint recurring meeting between him and myself. If that is possible, how do I do that? Thx in advance.Barry 

제가 다니는 직장에서 줌회의를 하게 되었는데 제가 처음 해봅니다. 많이 물어볼 예정입니다. 우선은 진행할 때 컴퓨터에 카메라, 마이크가 없을 경우에는 그냥 스마트폰으로 하면 따로 필요가 없는지 해서요. 스마트폰에 마이크 대신 전화할 때 이용하는 스피커폰 기능 있고 카메라는 항상 있기 때문에 혹시나 해서 여쭤봅니다.

I would like to create an app for zoom a phone, Book, also if you have the TV on it will alert you it can also do special rings to your home phone to let you know and maybe a beeper for your pocket so you never miss a zoom

I run training sessions using Zoom meetings.I used to ask trainees to send direct messages to answer some questions to test their knowledge and I would see all their answers as part of the main chat thread.Recently direct messages now all pop out into separate conversations, meaning I need to click on each one separately to see answers. I've therefore had to ask trainees not to use direct messages as with 10 trainees it means I can no longer just quickly glance to see whether everyone has the correct answer without them being able to copy answers from others.Is it possible to toggle this option on and off so I can choose whether to have a single thread with all messages in the chat or separate threads for each conversation?

When I tried to use my virtual backgrounds today all my choices are gone except blur and none. Can't figure out what happened. I checked my settings and my options were correct. I then signed out and back in. When I did that Zoom mentioned that there recently was a sign in from different location. I don't think I did that since I usually use same computer. To get back in I had a code. Could these issues be related? 

My Zoom settings are automatically set to provide a transcript when recording.  For a recent meeting, I recorded and afterwards got an email to say the recording files were available.  I went in and downloaded the video and audio files however the transcript still said 'transcribing'.  I checked later and still the same.  It's now been 10 days since the meeting and it's still displaying 'transcribing'! Any ideas how I can access my transcript? thanks!

Hello - It seems that calendar was removed from home but that was a very used feature - can we turn it back on or decide if want it there or not? This is slowing down workflows.

How do I identify iPhone or Android phone invitees when their name isn’t presented in Zoom waiting room lobby?

I have changed my settings so that the chime doesn't play when someone enters a meeting that I'm hosting, which is great. However, I'm the co-host of a weekly meeting and have to manually turn off the chime every time the meeting starts. Is there somewhere in my settings that I'm overlooking so I don't have to do this weekly during the meeting? Thanks!

I had great content in the chat at the end of my meeting.  I got the transcript, audio and video file but not the chat history. how do i get that

ProblemI work for a medium size company and recording meetings on Zoom is constantly a pain point due to hosts going on vacation, or not being able to record a meeting. When this happens, our workflow is disrupted and the time of everyone in the meeting is wasted because we either don’t record, or have to create a new Zoom call, exit the call, and have everyone re-join a new call.  Zoom’s current (poor) solutionPer “Starting recordings without the host” the only viable way to currently do this at our company is to:Add all participants as co-hosts. This adds an additional task to manage for every single meeting. Sometimes people set up meetings and hosts forget to do this. Then we’re inconvenienced. Enable automatic cloud recording. The first few minutes of a Zoom call is usually small talk, or waiting for participants to arrive. Having this recorded would add extra work, as we would have to review and crop the recordings before sharing.  Design suggestionI understand that allowing part

I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened.That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share?Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

Hello! While we appreciate the macOS IT Admin installer, it would be beneficial to have an Apple Silicon only installer. Since the installer is a universal installer, it is almost twice as big as an Apple Silicon/Intel installer. The reduced time to download and install to large fleets would be helpful to a lot of customers. Thanks!

Hello, I work for a company that does online training.  We are trying to convert In person workshop to a virtual workshop. For the In Person workshop, students are broken into groups they have to complete an activity at one station. Then after some time they switch to the next activity. Is there a way to pre-load activities i.e. videos, PowerPoint, documents, etc. into breakout rooms?  Then once students switch to a different breakout room the items are waiting for them.  When I go into breakout rooms as a host and add a whiteboard or share a video and then leave the room those items disappear from the breakout room. If not is there a suggestion on how we can do this using zoom? 

I am using the free version of Zoom and have been tutoring students through Zoom for over a year without any issues. My meetings always used to last the normal 40 minutes.However, during the last two days, I have started experiencing a strange problem. During tutoring sessions, I get disconnected exactly after 30 minutes, and this has now happened 4 times in a row. What is unusual is that my student does not get disconnected — only I do.Then, once the total meeting time reaches around 40 minutes, both me and my student get disconnected from the meeting.I am confident this is not caused by my internet connection. My internet is stable, and it would not make sense for Zoom to disconnect me at exactly 30 minutes every single time. The timing is always sharp and consistent.I have not changed any settings, devices, or account details recently, and this issue never happened before. ZOOMイベントでウェビナーのようにアンケートを退出時に表示させたいのですが、方法はあります。イベント終了後タブには、イベントアンケートとセッションアンケート選択することができず、その2つだとイベントやセッションが終了した場合に表示されます。そのため、イベント途中で退出した人へはアンケートを表示しますすることができません。
