I've searched the help but haven't found a topic that describes how (or if) this is possible.We are a small non-profit that hosts support group meetings. Registration for these meetings requires participants to answer some screening questions.Today I (as admin) create the meetings and I manage the registrations.How can I create the meeting, but delegate registration approvals to another licensed Zoom user within our organization? I don't want the second account to be an admin. From what I can see in the documentation, "co-host" doesn't allow for that.
IN the last few years I had Zoom Webinar and easily set up paid registrations for webinars. After a break of 6 months or so I realize Zoom apparently no longer offers the package I had, which was webinars for 100 persons. My account is now a Zoom Meeting. I no longer have the ease of setting up paid registrations the way it worked before. Can someone point to a video of how I could do this now? Also, does anyone know why they removed the 100 person option for Webinars? Thank you in advance,Robyn
Hi all I run a facebook group. I wish to host a meeting but only for people who pay to enter the meeting. I don't have the webinar account, I have the cheapest paid for account but I was going to run a meeting and turn off the guests video and just have the chat on. Any idea how to do this? I have a stripe account for taking payments.
Has anyone found a way to use a disclaimer statement on just some meetings? I read articles and learned how to enable disclaimers and create a disclaimer, but it seems to apply to all meetings when I only want to use it on some meetings. Thanks in advance for any help!

I am unable to turn on the custom disclaimer setting for my upcoming webinar. I created the webinar on Monday and when I go back into the settings, I am not being allowed to toggle on the custom disclaimer. Anyone else encountered this and how to remedy it?

Recently my contacts hear me with echo, which makes meetings unbearble. As far as I could realize, this phenomenon takes place whether I initiate the meeting or join someone else meetings, and whether I have single contact or participate in multi participants meetings. I'm attending classes which use the Whiteboard function, all is usually well, although from time to time whiteboard just cant open. my connection is a-okay, zoom is updated, permissions are all there. It comes back with the error: "Failed to load page ErrorCode:-2000 ErrorMessage:Time out when requesting "RefreshTokenResponse" s-code-130868c94a-1697473300297". Not sure what to do, it's getting really annoying 😞
After my zoom update, the light no longer works properly. It no longer adjusts to low light, even if I select to do it manually. My video is quite dark now, even with natural light in the room.
When I am screen sharing in the breakout rooms, how do I prevent the screen sharing from stopping if I (the Host) join a room?
hey guys, just installed and tried my first Zoom meeting (I'm on a Mac OSX latest version of both Zoom and OSX) and asked my counterpart to screenshare. She could share only certain windows but not the entire screen nor a specific window we needed. Do you have any sort of restriction on Windows based systems (the one she's using)? Thanks

In my work as a consultant, we are in the process of transitioning our internal team for one client from MS Teams to Zoom. In doing so, we need to leverage the "join by browser" functionality as our client does not allow the Zoom app to be downloaded. Unfortunately, multiple users reported the following error when joining a meeting through the "join by browser" in multiple browsers (both IE, Chrome, and Edge).This site can't be reached. The webpage at (meeting link) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM After clearing cache and verifying that this error message was occurring in multiple browsers, we realized that the error is minimized when (1) signing into Zoom first, and (2) joining through Chrome. However, it is still occurring. Can someone help me understand how to get Zoom Workspace to auto-update without requiring local admin permissions? I'm pushing out the Zoom Workspace 6 .msi installer with ZoomAutoUpdate=true ZConfig="AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=1". We find that users can update once without admin permissions, but subsequent version updates prompt for admin. I didn't have this problem with the 5.x version of Zoom using the ZoomAutoUpdate=true ZConfig="EnableSilentAutoUpdate=1" parameter. In fact, users who have been auto-updating since version 5 still aren't having problems now.
All my settings within zoom are set to "Record to local computer" and yet zoom insists on recording to the cloud. My cloud account then fills QUICKLY and therefore recording is no longer available, Instead inviting me to upgrade my plan!When ALL the settings are set to RECORD TO LOCAL COMPUTER why does zoom still record to the cloud?

Any ideas? just attending a zoom meeting, while also having a Remote Desktop window open (large screen) and attempting to work in the rdp window causes the GPU and CPU to go extremely high and the zoom meeting to lag.

I'm considering using Zoom for a one-hour virtual fundraiser for 200-300 people. I need a button or link displayed throughout the session that takes attendees to a donation page. Can Zoom do this? Other webinar software that has this feature typically requires an annual subscription. Since this is a one-time event, I want to pay for just one month. Thanks.
We are a non-profit volunteer-run support group organization that relies on donations. Is there a way to add a button or a link in a PMI Zoom meeting so folks can click on it to donate using PayPal? Or is there a way to "pin" a chat message so it displays even for folks who join late? This way the host won't have to keep pasting the donation link in the chat. Thanks!
I've been using Zoom for 2 years. When scheduling a meeting, I've always had the option to send the meeting to a calendar, such as Google, Outlook, or Other. I switched to using a Mac (from a pc), and now when I schedule a meeting, I don't have the option to put it on a calendar. Same account as always, logged in easily. How do I get the option to quickly send it to my calendar to record and send invites?
