Hi,I’m not able to connect with either the Zoom app or website on my Mac. All my other apps and sites are working. I have Kaspersky but can’t see any settings that would prevent access to Zoom. It also has not been a problem previously. I’ve tried OS software update. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, but can’t reinstall due to not being able to access the site. Grateful for any ideas. Thanks
Hi im korean user of zoom and im so appreciate to use your program, its so helpful for communicate with others. but i have some problem about using that. i have some plan to communicate my friend with zoom. because of my friend is in trip for 2weeks i think she is in swiss now.. when sending my zoom meeting link to her, she can't entering my link so i ask for your site to solving this problem. how can she entering my zoom meeting link? please anybody make me answer for this problem.. i really hope so
I am integrating Zoom with the Acuity platform for scheduling. Acuity allows me to enable a Zoom account, and I have configured my account with the Basic (free) plan. We are an online psychology project, and I am using Acuity to enable all my collaborators (psychologists) to manage their schedules, allowing patients to schedule appointments with the psychologist of their choice.Which Zoom plan should I purchase to allow my collaborators to have simultaneous calls? For instance, if one patient schedules with Doctor A on Monday at 9:00 and another patient schedules with Doctor B at the same time on the same day. Is it possible to have two simultaneous calls? Additionally, the calls need to last longer than the 40 minutes provided in Zoom's free plan. Ty,Tom
I have my zoom integrated with another app that opens Zoom meetings. The meetings opened by the 3rd party app (Therapy Appointment) do not follow my settings for the waiting room. Please help
Good evening. I am facing a problem... I did something silly and I have apparently lost one of the unconverted files from a Zoom session forever. Let me first explain: I had a session that hadn't been converted to audio and video yet, and there were two files named "double_click_to_convert_01 and 02". No matter how many times I clicked on them, it was impossible to convert them, so I decided to turn to Google for help. I found a page that said if I created a 30-second video, opened the folder where this session was being recorded, copied the files that couldn't be converted, and THEN deleted the ones that had been created, I would be able to get my videos to convert... Well, I deleted what I shouldn’t have, one of the files I had copied. When I desperately went to the trash, I found it, but when I restored it, it didn’t appear in the folder. Most likely, it didn't show up there because there was another file with the same name... I don't know what to do. I am desperate. I only have one
I paid to become a Pro member because I wanted to use the video filters for my Pro account, and I enabled the feature on my account via the web, but it hasn't shown in the desktop client. Where can I make sure that shows up on my desktop client? My version is 6.0.0.
My Zoom work place meetings video displays as tilted. I have tried the usual things, other participants videos do not appear to be tilted, MS Windows Technical Support has verified with me that my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop's camera is working fine, displaying no tilt, uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app, and have looked for any mention of the problem in support information provided by Zoom. Please give me a hint as to what is going on, or if you would like clarification of the problem. Thank you.
The picture from my ipad camera is far too wide/high/colour shifted in Zoom. I want to be able to change the video size etc. input to Zoom and transmitted to the meeting. On my Mac Air I use an app called iGlasses. This picks up the camera feed, changes it in to a virtual camera which I can configure in a zillion ways, then Zoom uses the virtual camera. How can I do something similar in Zoom on iPad iOS? I would even be willing to purchase an external camera and/or app if need be.Best would be if I could do this within Zoom.(No one seems to have a clue at e.g. Logitech or Zoom how to do this very simple operation)
Hi , I want to ask about the camera in Zoom that cannot be used; the camera is on, but the Zoom display is blank and does not show any image. What should I do? Is there a bug in the system? The application has also been updated to the latest version. I am very confused because I have to interview a candidate, but the camera cannot be used.
Hi all. My settingsVersion: 6.2.11 (50939)Windows 10 My issue: When I record a meeting (local), I have a very weird outcome with the cameras. When I don't share my screen, the face of the participants appear (when they talk)But when I do share my screen, only the person talking appear (on top right), and never my face, even if I'm talking... And even, if during the meeting, the participants are all visible to my screen (gallery mode). I've been exploring all the options I could find (via the Zoom app; as well as the Zoom settings via the browser), without finding anything that could explain that. => Ideally, I would love to see all participants in the recording; but if that's not possible, at least when screensharing, the person who talks (including me when I talk). We've been using Zoom for multiple years. Over the last month or so, we've noticed that attendees are coming into the meeting well before the start and during the practice sessions. Is there some sort of setting for the webinars that is new? We don't want them entering before the start time. In the past, we could start the practice session and then click a red button that said something along the lines of, "Start Webinar". Upon clicking the button, attendees could join, but not before this. What changed?
Does anyone know how I zoom out (ratio) on a zoom meeting. I can only get my head in the shot from the camera angle on top of my computer and I want a little more of me and the room! The google searches I do suggest there is a function for this, but the button it tells me to look for doesn't appear to exist...!

Hello Zoom community! After a recent webinar, I went to pull the attendee report and saw there are now CTA and survey report options as well. I found this video on creating a survey, but I can't find anything on creating or using calls to action (CTAs) in a webinar. The Getting Started with Zoom Reporting support article makes no mention of a CTA report. The only mention of calls to action that I can find anywhere in the support documents is in the April 3 update that mentions a new attendee feature:Back to the Lobby call to actionThe lobby window on the Zoom client will be brought to the front of a user’s screen when a session ends or will be opened if the lobby window was closed.Is this what the report option is referencing? It sure would be nice to be able to create a call to action within a Zoom webinar for attendees to schedule a meeting, download a PDF, etc. - beyond just posting a hyperlink in chat. So I'm an alternate host for a meeting but for whatever reason, I'm unable to record the meetings to my laptop while my fellow alternate host can. I and the original host have tried adding and re-adding me as a co-host, then as a host, using the specific links she sent each time to join, and even switching from the app to the web browser. I've checked my zoom settings and the original host as well and nothing is out of the ordinary. I've also tried using a different windows laptop and it still doesn't work. Strangely enough, when I switched from a windows laptop to a mac, I'm suddenly able to record locally. Is there a reason why this is happening?
Buenos dias, Tenemos una cuenta empresarial, la cual todos los miembros del equipo agendamos reuniones y hay veces tenemos reuniones en el mismo horario, lo cual cuando un integrante del equipo empieza una reunion con un estudiante y al mismo tiempo otro miembro tiene una reunion con otro estudiante, el ultimo al intentar entrar le tumba la reunion. Esto porque sucede? si otros miembros del equipo hacen lo mismo y desde la ubicacion de Roma Italia, por ejemplo pueden entrar a hacer multiples reuniones en un mismo horario y no se les tumba la llamada. como puedo solucionar esto? gracias por favor responder a mi correo ***********
Hello everyone,I am facing a difficulty and looking for help: I planned a meeting for Thrusday (so it has not taken place yet) with a mandatory inscription followed by a question (i would like to know if the participant wants to intervene during the meeting). I would like to have access to the answer of my 15 participants, but I can only access the name and the email address of the person who registered. When I go to the "report" session, i can only access my previous meeting but not those that will take place... Can you please tell me where can i retreive all my participants informations?Thanks in advance

J'ai réussi à en mettre quelques-uns dans la corbeille, mais impossible de trouver un bouton pour les supprimer définitivement.Quant aux sept enregistrements qui restent, il n'y a plus de bouton supprimer, et le chatbot est incapable de m'orienter, à part me dire de chercher des boutons qui n'apparaissent pas. I’ve noticed that when viewing a presenter’s screen on Zoom, the content does not go end-to-end on my screen in both Ubuntu and Windows. Additionally, the Zoom window borders do not auto-hide, which limits the usable screen space and creates a distracting visual frame around the presenter’s content.In contrast, on macOS, the presenter’s screen utilizes the entire screen space without borders, providing an end-to-end view. This behavior is much more seamless and improves the overall viewing experience.I would like to know if there is a way to achieve similar behavior on Ubuntu and Windows, where the presenter’s content fills the screen completely and the borders auto-hide, just as it does on macOS.Looking forward to a solution or guidance on enabling this functionality. Dear Zoom Community,I'm using 'zoom_x86_64.rpm: RPM v3.0 bin i386/x86_64 zoom-6.2.6.2503-1' on Fedora release 41 (Forty One). I noticed that every time I stop my screen share Zoom freezes and I cannot use the controls anymore. Sometimes audio keeps working until the app crashes completely. Is there any way to gather debug logs and raise a bug report, when I'm not a paying customer? Cheers

Hello everyone,I am encountering an issue while trying to integrate the Zoom plugin with Moodle. Despite following all the required setup steps, I’m getting the error message "Connection failed: No access token returned". It seems that the plugin is unable to retrieve the necessary access token to establish a connection between Moodle and Zoom.I have already Verified the Zoom account ID, Zoom Client ID and Client Secret.It appears that I don't have the "Access Token" field in the Zoom Plugin Configuration page, and I'm unsure how to proceed from here. I also tried the web service options, but they seem limited in functionality for token generation.Can anyone guide me resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for your help!
I am a paid user for zoom and I cannot find record button on android phone and Macbook. If I use other's account, I can see the record button. Anybody know what happened to my account?
Hello ExpertsI am one of the Zoom infrastructure admins and came across a user query regarding Zoom Rooms in our Zoom setup. The user relies on Google Calendar for scheduling. While the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on is already approved, I am looking for a solution where, when scheduling a meeting with a Zoom Room, the associated Meeting ID and password automatically populate in the Google Calendar event.Is there a way to achieve this? Currently, users have to manually add the meeting details to the calendar.Thank you!
I've searched the help but haven't found a topic that describes how (or if) this is possible.We are a small non-profit that hosts support group meetings. Registration for these meetings requires participants to answer some screening questions.Today I (as admin) create the meetings and I manage the registrations.How can I create the meeting, but delegate registration approvals to another licensed Zoom user within our organization? I don't want the second account to be an admin. From what I can see in the documentation, "co-host" doesn't allow for that.
