Why can't I use my personal meeting ID when scheduling a recurring meeting?  Each time I select the "Recurring meeting" checkbox, the Meeting ID radio field disappears and a meeting ID is auto-generated. I don't want that. I want to create a recurring meeting with my personal meeting ID for every meeting. I don't think that's asking too much. 

Zoom team - do you have a full example of how to use SSML for text to speech.The help link goes directly to a AWS web page with table of tags. For a person not familiar with the tags it's confusing.can you provide an example how to use it in a typical text to speech like shown below ?

I am learning things as I create flows and so far I am liking what I am seeing.I am trying to set up call routing based on inbound DNIS. These calls don't get routed to agents but to voicemail boxes.  It is an internal messaging system that would send a voicemail transcription to my email. It is something that I am building to learn the features of ZCC. I've set up the inboxes that I need in ZCC and set up the email routing.My flow has two entry points. In my previous platform, I would use a condition widget that would "listen" for the DNIS and then route the call to the appropriate branch.My flow in ZCC is configured as follows:Start widget which has two entry points. The entry points represent Country A and Country B. This connects to a Condition widget.Condition widgetSettings tab, the type is set to Variable and the Variable is set to DNIS.Exits tab - Exit 1Variable Condition is set to Equal to

I meet with clients one to one for coaching over Zoom.  Is there a way for them to pay for the session before they enter the Zoom meeting?  I have a pro Zoom account.It looks like I could set this up through Zoom events?  Is this the best and simplest way?

I can ping google, opendns, cloudflare, from the web interface. I can not hit Zoom servers to provision. Half of my 62 phone provisioned, the other half can't. Any ideas on how resolve this

When I am going to get my Meeting recording, I'm seeing the speaker displayed in a way that their video covers the top right of the screen.At one point, my recording had them off to the side and the screen share was fully visible. How can I go back to that?In my settings,  I have all of the views set up to record. Once the speaker starts presenting, I spotlight them.

HI there, I finally researched how to get transcriptions of my meetings. The toggle is now on 🙂 However, is there a way to get transcriptions of previous meetings, before this setting was turned on? There's some juicy important things that I need transcriptions of. I hate to try another service IF we can make this happen here. Thanks 

Hi: I usually record meetings on my own PC, but recently recorded a meeting in the cloud. I was surprised to see that the recording was completely different! Is this because the "cloud" recording was done from a Mac instead of a PC? Or is there an inherent difference when recording in the cloud vs. on a local machine?   

Hello,Curious to see if anybody else faces this issue. Whenever I create a meeting with a randomly generated room, the moment somebody else accepts the outlook invite zoom deletes the meeting and I need to recover it from my trash can to put it back on my calendar. Would really appreciate any insight on this! Thanks.

When I share an MP4 video on Zoom, the mobile user has lagging issues watching the video. How can I solve the problem?

When we schedule a meeting in Hubspot on behalf of our prospects (Using the CRM user interface) the meeting description includes a time zone that is NOT our prospect's time zone, but our account's time zone. We're looking for a way to strip the time zone from the invite description or have it show the correct prospect time zone.  Anyone else have this problem or a potential solution / workaround? When I am scheduling a meeting, when its with a person i have scheduled before, i would expect that once I type the first three letters of their name that it will predictive text their email.  However, I am having to type their full email address every time, even though some of these appointments are every week.  I've tried adding to my personal contacts on ZOOM but it is still not working.  Can anyone advise?

i have completed a zoom test successfully , yet when it come to joining an actual meeting , it instantly crashes and asks to send error report 

Hi everyone,  is it possible that someone contacts me by email, pretending to be someone else, and then suggests that I set up zoom meeting to hack me? Is it possible for someone to access your system via a Zoom meeting?   Maybe I am being paranoid! Someone contacted me related to work (I found their profile online, but I don't know if the email is legit), and was keen to speak to me about the matter online.  I tried to set up a Zoom meeting twice and they have not shown up so it's a bit strange. It is possible that they just forgot twice but anyway I thought someone might know if there were any Zoom related scams like this.  Thanks in advance,   

I completed a call yesterday at 5:00pm AEST and it's not 6:45am AEST and the audio transcription is still transcribing. Normally the transcription is available within 1 hour of the meeting.  I need to share this with my client.  Does anyone know how to request this audio transcription?

How can I set it up so that when I speak Chinese, the other party can hear the Chinese subtitles, and when the other party speaks Chinese, I can hear the Chinese subtitles

We use for our meeting, a polycom dial phone. It's very uselful for a big meeting room. Everybody can hear and speak whatever the distance of the phoneBy using dial phone solution, the automatic background noise suppression  is activated. In this case the voice is chopped.I did not see any option to remove this "automatic background noise suppression".There is some hotkey to use on the dial?Thank you for your helpPatrick

I have a Basic Plan with Zoom. I use a Microsoft laptop. Our investment club meets in person in a physical room, with 1-3 other members joining via Zoom. To enhance audio and microphone for those on Zoom, we have purchased a 3 microphone/speaker product which connects into the one port in my laptop. However, only one microphone/speaker works at one time. In Settings, I am able to switch between microphones/speakers, but only one works at a given time. What do I need to do in Settings so that all 3 work at the same time?  

My co-worker and I are musicians and we need to be able to share musical projects together through our DAW ( in this case Reaper) In real time with audio and video. I am able to share my Audio a Video seamlessly though my iMac, however my co-worker is using a Windows machine and does not have Zoom listed as an audio device within his reaper audio settings? We both run the same versions of reaper. Does anyone have a solution to why I have the option to select Zoom in my audio devices and he is not? Thanks!

My Kendao Meeting 360 camera did work for a couple of years on Zoom on my MacBook air with Sequinta 15.0.1. Suddenly it didn't work any more. It comes up as an alternative camera but the picture freezes imediately. The camera works on Zoom on a PC and it works on Messenger and not on Signal on my Mac.I have zoom version 6.3.0I have had contact with Kendao support and they have tried the camera on Zoom with a Mac and it worked.Other extra cameras work fine but not the Kendao camera. Any ideas?
