Hello,since an update there is no more possibility for me to show Zoom windows during a screen share. I enabled this feature in the account settings, but in "setting / share screen" there is no box "Showing Zoom windows during screen share" to select (look at my screenshot).Any ideas?Thanks, Goerd

Using an old(er) Mac cinema display's camera with a new Macbook Air (M2), I get an intermittent red flicker when using Zoom. The flicker does not occur when using Zoom with the built-in camera on the laptop; and does not occur with other apps using the cinema display's camera.  I read here that the issue was fixed in a previous update, but I've deleted, rebooted and reiinstalled the latest version of Zoom, it's still happening. Thanks!

original sound for musicians is ON. The instrumental audio input is almost 100% cancelled. I need the sound to be present.Zoom cancels background music, that I need for my streaming. How to disable it?even I went to settings and I put:original sound ON, it doesn't work 

Has anyone else had this experience that all actions are very slow? When I move a mouse to the edge of the Window, it takes 2-3 seconds to activate resizing. When I hover over any button, it's the same. After clicking on "Unmute" button, it takes 1-4 seconds to unmute.

Hi There, My meeting invites have randomly started appearing in UTC rather than EST. I have checked my time zone setting in both Zoom and Google, both are set to EST. I have also asked my colleagues who receive the same meeting invitations and theirs  appear in EST. Please advise, Owen 

My camera suddenly stopped working during a zoom meeting  2 weeks ago.  I have uninstalled and installed the most updated zoom version.  Turned my computer off and restarted it.  Nothing seems to work.  I have brought my laptop into a shop 3 different times to be fixed, and it is still not working.  Would really like to get some guidance on what's going on with it and how to fix it.

After updating to Mac Sequoia 15.1, I cannot share my whole screen, instead I'm only allowed to share 1 applcation windows at once. And I cannot share my whole desktop/screen. 

Starting zoom-6.2.3 the virtual backgound disappears on connection being substituted by black background. Not always, but regularly. Tryed to turn off/on, close and launch the applications. Laptop Tecno Megabook, Linux OpenSUSE 15.5, zoom-6.2.3, 6.2.6.

I have two zoom phone licenses and two phone numbers for two users. After leaving my office I have tried to make outbound calls but I can't even find a dial pad to dial the number. My contacts are saying I'm not answering inbound calls but here I didn't even received a single missed call. Can anyone help me in this regard ?

Hi Guys, recently, my normal process to share screen stopped. All functionality and links were checked – all correct. I then tried sharing screen before someone entered the room – was sharing and then stopped as soon as person entered the room.  Is there anything I'm missing or need to do?  I've registered with Help support –no reply thus far, and I have also escalated a ticket request.I'm really needing an answer asap, please for big meetings tomorrow.

When I am holding a meeting as the host a get this message when I try the screen sharing function. Could please anybody tell me why this happens and how to sort it out? Thank you in advance 

My recordins for 1 session are greater than 2 Gb and I can't upload them.I have plenty of space on disk and half of my 32 Gb RAM.How can i upload them on my laptop?

How many participants can I have with eac h zoom meeting if i purchase PRO?

After updating my Zoom client, I experienced an issue where the video of the speaker is shown on top of or overlayed over the shared screen. This makes it difficult for me to see the text on the powerpoint because the speaker's head/video is in the way. I've tried changing the format of how I view the speaker and participants (standard, gallery, on the side, etc.) but none of these work because Zoom will show both the video of the speaker above/beside the shared screen AND overlay the video of the speaker ON the shared screen/powerpoint itself. Is there a way to disable this? It's very frustrating. I'm using Zoom Workplace Version: 6.1.12 (46889).

If I had a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 interface with 4 mic (XLR) inputs, will all 4 mics work in a Zoom meeting? If not, is there a way to use an app or something to combine all 4 inputs into a single channel so Zoom would recognize it? Thanks! Ken

I give support to my users in the state as I moved to Norway.I use the free version of zoom.In the past I was able to request remote control so I could help them quickly. My last help session was in July and it was available. But tonight I cannot find out how to ask for remote control.Is it still available?

Hi I have a problem with the camera. The diagram appears of a mobile phone and a lock on the screen. I don't know why the zoom on my laptop is trying to use my mobile phone camera? But when I go to settings, its the only option in the drop down menu.. there is no option to use my laptop camera. What is happening here?
