Looks like there is a bug on a new feature. For live interpretation, the interpreters have a "toggle" interface to switch from one language to another which is great. Zoom just updated it so the toggle controls can be moved since sometimes that interface blocked the interpreters' view of specific content on screen. Now we click on it and can move it. The issue is when MAC users do this, it doesn't disengage the "move interface" feature and they can't really click to change languages and the interface starts bugging out and moving up or down their screen. Interpreters try to get around this by using keyboard shortcuts - but it seems the MAC keyboard shortcut was recently changed - with no notice and no easy place to find the shortcut. Just a heads-up to everyone who uses the interpretation function. If your interpreters suddenly struggle when they need to switch languages, they might be dealing with a bug.
Our team uses Gong to record our calls. However, for a certain call type, our CSM teams have we require registration. We have tried adding the gong assistant to the zoom meeting on our calendars. However, gong can't use the registration link to join the call. Is there a way to get the direct link to a meeting and bypass registration for recording tools or internal presenters?

Hi!Last saturday I started and stopped the recording several times during a 3 hour long meeting via Zoom. Now I can't find my recording. Is it still beeing processed because I started and stopped the recording many times or has anything happend to it?? I have been using zoom account using my school email. Suddenly school time limit removal has not been active. It was working fine Today, I accidentally failed to log in to my account many times and my account got locked so I had to reset my password. Does this somehow affect it?
I can't launch meetings. I keep getting a message that I need to update. So I've been having to enter meetings on my browser instead which doesn't give me all my Zoom options like having a virtual hand, digital timer, etc. It is very limiting and very frustrating. How do I update?

I received a Zoom meeting invite via a message received on a professional platform on my Desktop Computer. Not sent directly to my email address. The invitation includes all info EXCEPT Time & Date. Is there a way that I can access that info knowing the Meeting ID number? Thanks for your assist.
HiI have installed Zoom Workplace 6.1.1. My previous Zoom had camera and audio icons in the bottom of the window, enabling me to turn them on and off during a meeting. My new version does not have a camera icon at all, and the audio icon is only a link to settings. Can I install camera ind audio on/off icons?John

We've run a few Events now and we've encountered the following issue with our survey responses: Responses to event surveys & polls are not being displayed in the Surveys & Polls dashboard (under Event Analytics). We're able to pull a custom report or just download the table data where it does show that there actually were responses to a particular survey. Hello fellow Zoomies! I am absolutely brand new to Zoom and plan on using it for person-to-person individual contacts so we can hear and see each other. In this scenario, does Zoom serve well? Or is Skype through Microsoft Teams "Windows" an equivalent or better choice? I am looking for simplicity.

Hi, I have a huge problem. I can't seem to find a recording I did last night. I wasn't the host but I was given permission to record the meeting. This has happened previously and I didn't have a problem about this before until now. I followed all the steps to recovering non-converted recordings, and that Zoom would already have that saved incase you want to convert it. The problem is it's not showing up in my app and webportal. As well as the meeting that took place, it isn't in my history as well.

Hello! Recently we experienced many network issues when connecting zoom. When the issue occurs, we can only hear from others but can not send our own voices. This kind of problem usually lasts for 2-3 minutes and happens 3-6 times every hour. Based on our observation, the network is fine as we haven't encountered any issue to access other services. Is there anyone who can help with this problem?

However, when I go to enable it under Phone System Management I get a message telling me that this service is for plan users only. But I am plan user and I'm signed it! How can I fix this so that I can finally get my Brand Name accepted and move forward??
Hello,We are planning to move our live online courses over to zoom. I have two questions.1. We have a webinar that repeats on the third Tuesday of every month. Is it possible to schedule this as a reoccuring webinar? It cannot be every three weeks as sometimes there are 4 weeks in a month and other times 5 weeks. 2. Is there a way to bundle a group of classes together that doesn't follow the allowed options of daily, weekly, mothly etc? We have a course that is five sessions long over two and a half weeks. Example: Monday/Thurday/Monday/Thursday/Monday. Sending 5 individual links is time consuming and confusing. Is there a way to send one link that would cover all of these sessions? If so could you please send instructions? Thank you!
