SMS Setup not enabling
I'm trying to set up SMS as a sole user of my account.
I keep getting this message: {"description":"Mobile Phone Number not supported. Must be a Mobile Phone Number that can receive SMS messages.","code":551,"fields":["mobilePhone"]}"
I have followed the prompts given in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Phone-System/SMS-Setup-for-Skype-to-Zoom-VoiP-number/m-p/231136/highlight/true#M12785
I have enabled SMS under Account Management. However, when I go to enable it under Phone System Management I get a message telling me that this service is for plan users only.
But I am plan user and I'm signed it! How can I fix this so that I can finally get my Brand Name accepted and move forward??
