Hello, I need to know does Zoom provide any API to access to Zoom Phone Calls Recording and Minutes of Call? I am developing a system where Client's requirement is, when we open a list of Calls, there should be a Button to play Recording of Phone call and also display the minutes of Recording. My Client is ready to buy the Subscription of Phone call recordings and also if any other paid API is require to achieve this. Please provide you valuable feedback on this.

I have searched the community and see that the common issue here is business hours (which I have set to 24/7) for the auto receptionist and user and to make sure Greeting Prompt is disabled & Route to User (which I have done). Call handling is set up for Zoom Phone, Mobile, & Desktop for myself. I get the notification on my phone and desktop about the inbound call but it goes to voicemail within 1 ring. I also made sure I do not have any call queues set up.I only have 1 phone number, one user (myself). I can make outbound calls without issue. I was receiving inbound fine when the phone number was set up. The only other community thread I could find on this was someone who said Zoom flushed the user cache and that fixed it for them??I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile & Desktop apps but the problem remains.

Can I share my screen in side-by-side mode so the participants are not appearing in the video i am sharing but rather along side and not on the viewing window?  I use a Mac Book Pro.

First of all, I'll acknowledge this isn't necessarily Zoom's fault, but nonetheless, the issue becomes a major obstacle for people who (1) use Zoom all day at long, (2) who RDP into another machine, (3) who attend (this isn't limited to hosting and screen sharing, just attending a meeting can be problematic), lots of meetings, and (4) who have big monitors.The issue is, RDP alone (before we even talk about Zoom) uses lots of GPU resources on the client side (to be unambiguous, client is my laptop at home running zoom, host is the desktop computer at my office that I RDP into.)Add to that having a big monitor (or two).  For example, I have my laptop screen, plus a 32 inch 4k monitor over my built in video card, plus a 20 inch monitor at 1600 by 1200 only over an external USB-C to HDMI adapter.  I configured RDP to use my two external monitors, while the built-in laptop screen shows just the laptop's local display  (not the remote desktop) screen, while RDP is running maxi

Para mim aparece como normal (compartilhando os slides), mas para quem assiste (ou o que aparece no selecionado) é uma apresentação em modo "Normal", ou seja, aparecem todos os slides no canto esquerdo da tela, como se não existente no modo de Apresentação. Hello. Anyone with zoom workplace that can assist? I called zoom and apparently THIS plan does NOT include support!!! Yet they charge me EVERY month!My problem is that I recently got a new PC. I have not been able to use or access zoom for months on my old PC. It's having issues. I want to install my plan on the NEW pc however when I log in, it does NOT allow me to do this. Any advice? 

Hello Zoom and Community, I have a big problem with Zoom which has stopped working for no reason. Yesterday i tried to attend a meeting and a white box appeared saying "Zoom Quit Unexpectedly"I tried to open the App interphase on the desktop and try to press the "Settings" engine button but it does not open it.I can change name, status but I cannot open Settings.How can i solve this?Thanks

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...Anyone have any ideas?Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Everyone!Whenever I add an SLG target, the target is added to every Role Member. I then have to go into every member and remove that target. I'm reaching 50 targets and this is very time consuming. Is there a way that the default is zero members and I can add members manually? In most cases I only want 1 or 2 members assigned.Thank you!

Hi - I have multiple companies I manage, each are connected to Zoom. Currently those companies are all connected via Hubspot to the same Zoom account, where we run our webinars across all of our companies for. I noticed recently that Zoom is syncing and creating contacts whenever a contact signs up for a registration across all of my connected Hubspot Instances. I'd like this to not be the case. What is the best way to set up and connect a single zoom account to multiple external tools (Hubspot instances) to prevent this?

ZOOM refuses to respond to contact. Keeps telling me to sign in. That's one way of avoiding customers. The other complaint is the fact that when I create a new meeting under time zones it has been changed from Greenland to America/Nuuk. This is highly offensive. Greenland is NOT a part of the US and we are not going to be a part of the US and if I didn't need zoom I would discontinue my account and boycott you. You have lost favour with me and I am not a happy customer. MAGA: Make America Go Away.

Hi, Anyone can advise why does the Zoom Slack app require im:history permission? This permission grants zoom to read my direct messages in Slack and I'm not sure what is the purpose behind requesting this access; since Zoom does not take any context of the messages in creating a meeting. Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to complete the branding domain configuration, but it keeps failing.Zoom domain configuration I followed the instructions in the zoom admin console, and my IT created the CNAMEand I can see that the CNAME is correct in dnschecker.org DNSchecker.org But it is still showing as failed.  Any idea why ?

Hello,I've got a worplace pro account. I've planned a meeting with inscriptions on zoom, and already 89 persons registered. It seems that the meeting will be blocked at 100 participants. Is it accurate ? If so, do you know if it is the registration that will stop at 100 or the connexion on the D day ? thanks for your help !
