Transcripts of Phone Calls

We use the transcripts of our phone conversations, by pasting them into ChatGPT and creating custom responses for our cases. We need the transcripts in order to have GPT create these responses. I didn't see ZOOM being able to provide these transcripts.

Call transcribing can be enabled. However, if you're looking to capture the call transcriptions? You'll need to capture them by recording the call and enabling allow call recording transcription via the policy on automatic call recording or Ad-HOC call recording.

Zoom does offer transcription, but it's available in recorded meetings with cloud recording enabled. Check your Zoom settings or use third-party transcription tools.

Take a look to this article; it is a fairly recent feature and I believe still only English is supported, but you should be able to have Zoom Phone Calls Live Transcriptions. At least on Enterprise Accounts
