Yesterday and the previous time I hosted a meeting, some of my attendees got back to me saying that they couldn't enter because they were getting a message the meeting ID was invalid. But there were many people there, so it was not a universal issue. I usually use a waiting room but didn't this time as I knew some people would join late, so perhaps that's why I haven't encountered this before.Is there anything I can suggest people do ahead of the next meeting to solve this issue? I'm hosting the same event today! I found a post on this issue from 3 years ago. Hopefully it isn't still just a standing issue with zoom that meeting IDs only work sometimes?? (FYI I double checked the ID they were sent and the ID they were using; it was correct).

We have a Zoom account that is used on several workstations at multiple locations by a user depending on where she is at a given time, and recently she's been getting the message shown below when trying to log in. The user doesn't always have access to other devices. Is there a different way for this user to log in or allow the current device? Maybe a one-time code instead? There should be an option to have video optimisation and audio set to ON in the settings (in preference settings). I was not able to submit a feature request. And in Canada 

Using an old low spec. laptop running 32bit Debian 12 OS; Zoom app. isn't available.  Audio seems to work normally for everything else; with headphones I'd get some broken up audio.  Chat GPT's dubious advice led nowhere except that all fairly obvious steps were taken checked e.g. browser permissions; volume showing Zoom audio running etc.  Bing Co-pilot gave up and suggested trying Zoom.

My online virtual background option is toggled to On. When I just opened Zoom the blur virtual background is gone in the app.  The other virtual backgrounds work. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 3 100U 1.20 GHz Any suggestions?  Thank you, Tammi

Why am I getting two backgrounds when I use Zoom Meetings.  There is the larger background I choose, then a much smaller one that changes my hair color of my beard.

I am doing an interview on Zoom call/meeting.  My audio is fine I have my Podtrack P4 and mic and headphones connected to laptop.  I am in the US and have fast internet at my house.   The guy I am interviewing lives in Germany and says his internet is not as great as mine, but the guy has money and lives in nice area.  But I am having audio issues on his end.  He can hear me, but when he talks sometimes, he is normal volume then the volume gets quiet. I can still hear him, but it gets very quiet like he is far away but is clear.  Then occasionally i don't hear anything.  This is all within 30seconds.  The video is always clear, so that makes me think it is not the speed of the connection.  So, I ended it and sent him a headset with a mic. Attempt 2 with headset:  Same thing happened.  Talking to my friends that do ZOOM calls at work constantly, they say if it was connection the video would be having issues.&nbsp

Over the past few weeks, I've set up meetings through the online Zoom app. I then added them to my Google Calendar so that I can keep track of when all of them are. But now, I opened the online and separate Zoom app and some of my meetings are not there. These were recurring meetings, but they aren't showing up at all. I can't even find the initial meeting.  Is there a way to search for a meeting and then add it to your Zoom calendar? Or can you add a meeting to your calendar with a specific meeting ID? I set up the meeting and still have the meeting ID and link, so it should be possible to just add it to my calendar as a recurring meeting, right?

The saved meeting chat transcript showed comments from only one of the ten meeting participants.  Why didn't the transcript include all comments from all participants?  In the settings, I had made sure to enable  "Allow user to save chats from the meetings: Everyone", and "Meeting chat - Auto-save" was also enabled. I looked through the community and don't see this issue.   Thanks for any help.

Hi -I used to be able to see a timer of how long I have been connected to a meeting, but for some reason, no longer see it. I don't see anything in setting about this. How do I get the timer back? thanks!

is it possible to integrate WhatsApp with the Zoom meeting on my website?

I use Zoom on a laptop which shows up to 25 people per screen.My picture is always shown on the first screen in larger meetings, and the various speakers usually also appear on that screen. Does that mean that all those on that screen will have a picture of me on their screens (in fact, will they all see the same selection of people as I do?)When I switch to another screen and see different participants, does that mean that the ones on the new screen can then see my picture, or do they continue to see a group which does not show me, until they too switch to another screen on their device?When participants in a meeting are all muted/cannot use chat (for good reasons) it would be good to know who I am waving at!!Thank you.

Basically, it all boils down to this: before I turned my computer on this morning, I could open the Zoom app, go to the meetings tab, and see all upcoming meetings, as well as all recurring ones. I...simply do not see this tab anymore. I doubt my app updated during the weekend, as I checked for updates and there was a new version today, so if it had updated during the weekend, it would have updated to the latest version, not one previous. I can still see these meeting list on the web browser and on my phone app, just not my computer. Were they moved somewhere else? I have no interest in the mail, calendar, apps, or whiteboard tabs, if it's a matter of space. This morning, I was running version 5.14.11 (17466), which is Windows-based. I have since updated to version 5.15.2 (18096) in hopes that it solved the issue, though it did not. I have already signed out and then back in, closed and reopened the app (including doing it once fr

I cannot seem to locate the share screen and side-by-side mode boxes in settings to use during my meetings when showing a power point presentation. When I do show it I always end up with at least 3 gray boxes covering the screen and it shows up on the viewer side and in my recordings. Any solutions for my issues?

Hey hey!   I'm a dance fitness instructor, using ZOOM to teach virtually during my in-person classes. I start my meeting, share my computer audio (Spotify) (which is also connected via bluetooth to an external speaker).  I mute everyone in the zoom meeting, including myself, and teach my class. Everything is perfect so far! At the end of class, I do a stretch/cooldown portion, where I need my zoom participants to hear me.  I have an external mic headset, that is connected to my laptop, I unmute myself in Zoom, and I turn down the music on my laptop (which is still connected to my external speaker), and begin my cooldown, while walking participants through the motion The problem:The music from the shared audio is still too loud for my Zoom participants and they can barely hear me speaking in the microphone. Question:Can I control the share

This has been happening ever since the previous update. It is infuriating. The whiteboard resizes from full screen to smaller size when clicking on any of the tools. It doesn't happen with screen sharing. Only with the whiteboard.I'm using Zoom for windows (11) and have tried re-installing zoom and changing as many settings that I can imagine will work.

Hello, I'm new to Zoom.  I have a work zoom link that I log in from Toronto, Canada and I have to travel to Jamaica and want to continue working remotely.  My question is, do I use the same Zoom address link that I was given in Canada to log in the meeting when I'm located in Jamaica?  Does the Zoom link once given, work anywhere in the world?   Thanks!
