I have a whiteboard that I have copied an image into. I'm trying to prep for a meeting by marking the image up with shapes and text boxes. When I left the whiteboard and came back to it only the first 3 or 4 shapes that I put on the whiteboard came back. I've tested this several times and this continues to be the case. I am a licensed user. I am experiencing this both in the app and the web portal. Is this a limitation based on license or is there a setting or something somewhere that I've missed? Thanks for any help you can give. I've shared the whiteboard at https://us02web.zoom.us/wb/doc/pz6SC5B0S7ixHvG4yPk7jA/p/35048642077708  

Hello. I tutor math, so I frequently need to put an image of the problem up and then use the writing tools to show steps etc. However, the eraser tool will usually erase the image first. Undo does work, but it always puts the image back as the top layer. Other whiteboard apps have images and post it notes not erasable with the eraser tool and require the selector tool and a delete button. Something like that would be better.   Secondarily, I would like to be able to paste images in during the live whiteboard. Currently I have to have the whiteboard open twice. Thanks!

 Recently I have been having issues when sharing whiteboard. It works fine as long as I don't switch between different screens (such as browser window, pdf file etc) Once I switch, the whiteboard turns black and anything that is annotated disappears. Any suggestions?

i am an old zoom user, but recently trying to work on zoom whiteboard instead of google jamboard.  is there a way to make the size( dimension)  of the pages fixed, so my student doesnt get lost on a page. when 2 or more people are writing on the same page each one can extend the page, wich make it hard to follow

I am using a Mac and the newest Whiteboard in Zoom Workplace. If I create a text box or a sticky note, I can type in it but cannot put a space between words. However, if I click on the standard Zoom chat the spacebar works fine. Does anyone else have this issue? When I try searching Google for this issue it just keeps thinking that "Zoom" refers to making the whiteboard bigger or smaller (i.e. zooming in and out). 

I have a new Windows 11 PC and tried to install Zoom Desktop, but Windows Defender flagged the installer as having a virus. Is this possible? How do install Zoom?

hello - I have uploaded a document to a whiteboard that is multiple pages. As the host, when I advance to a 2nd (or third or fourth, etc...) page, the other people in the meeting do not see the page change. how can I fix this? 

there are a bug with zoom tables. start a new board, add a table, close the board, open the board again, adding rows or columns to the existing table, close the board again, open the board -> new rows or columns are lost. only my problem? 🙂 how can I solve it?

My zoom desktop app suddenly stopped working (Windows 11 pro). I have uninstalled the app, "Clean zoom"ed, and reinstalled several times to no avail. I double click the installer, the window opens, it asks me to sign in, and after I enter my username and password (which I have triple checked), and a generic error appears. I have also restarted my internet router to double check my connection. Any help anyone can provide is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,  I inserted a PowerPoint slide deck into Whiteboard so participants could see a presentation while also viewing our meeting notes. I'm able to advance the slides on my end, but the meeting participants don't see the slides advancing (it's stuck on the first slide). Participants can manually advance the slides, but as the presenter, I want to control that. Is there a way for the host to advance slides for all participants?

My account won't seem to let me schedule a meeting for times that are quarter past or quarter till the hour (like 10:15 or 10:45) but forces me to select the top of the hour or half past (10 or 10:30). Is there a setting to change this?

Zoom should allow us to prompt Companion AI so that all meetings summaries are done in a specific format. Currently, we have to take either the transcript or the generic zoom summary and run it through a co-pilot agent we made to get it formatted the way we like.

Hi all,I’ve been using zoom whiteboard for a while and today when i click on my past comments they don’t know anymore, they appreared to be glitching and unstable. I’ve restarted my laptop, restated zoom , updated the app to the latest version, used the browser, but none of them worked. For new comments, that's not a problem - if I create a new one then it works properly. Does anyone have the same problem, and if yes how did you solve it?Thank you!

Does anyone know if there is a way to answer Zoom phone calls while my computer is locked? I lock my computer by pressing Windows+L and sometimes I get calls while my computer is locked. I usually can't sign in fast enough to answer the call.

We see an issue today with a few random users at the same time 1:22PM EST , 95% packet loss reporting in Zoom Dashboard, having a momentary impact on call quality and nothing we can see on our network side, everything checks okay. Anyone else see anything similar? Anything from the Zoom side that would impact a limited user population?  Zoom version 6.4.3 

Hi! Looking for some support on this issue we had with one of our support agents. They were in a live call and midway through the call, the wrap up time prompt popped up, yet they were still active in the call. The wrap up also showed under their status so it was incorrectly marking them in wrap up time. Once the call ended the wrap up continued, marking them at over 20 minutes of wrap up when it was actually the phone call. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi, I'm having trouble connecting to meetings from my Samsung smartphone using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Bluetooth headphones. When I connect to a meeting, the audio option identifies three options: Bluetooth, Speaker, and Headset. If I select Bluetooth, I can only hear, and no one can hear me even if I activate the microphone. If I use a headset, the microphone works, but I can't hear anyone else. Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe I have something configured incorrectly. It is necessary to clarify that I only have this problem with ZOOM, so the proper functioning of the headphones is guaranteed.

My meeting participants are not receiving invites nor are invites found in SPAM.  I am literally having to copy the invitation and send it to participants. Help!

I often use the call centre in zoom's desktop app and webpage, I want to do the same on my iPad, but when opening zoom in chrome, safari on iPad, there is no call centre in it, and when accessing the webpage, the page loads as blank.Please let me know how can I use the call centre on my iPad say, at the moment I can only use remote desktop to do this.Thank you very much for any reply

TLDR: Has anyone figured out a way to generate a report with "unique participants" in the new combined meeting participation reports? I run 10 - 15 Zoom events per month for which I need to generate attendance reports (i.e, a list of who attended each meeting). This has been cumbersome, so I welcomed the addition of the new combined reports. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a way to only include "unique participants" in these combined reports, as you could with the individual reports I generated in the past. This is a problem because every time a participant enters the main room, even if they are returning from a breakout room, they are counted as a separate participant. For example, a recent meeting had 15 unique participants, but the combined report says that there were 64 participants since each participant is listed multiple times because of movement in and out of breakout rooms.
