In my computer with windows 11 Zoom Cloud meeting software, the meeting window freezes frequently.  In those occations I can't close or click any meeting control further more. what should I do??

Is there a way to tie Workspace to AD, so that when an employee or employee's move or relocate it can update in Workspace versus being a manual process?  

I need to convert my audio recordings to a summary page.  I was able to only do a few and now they want me to upgrade my plan.  Anyone know how to do this without upgrading? 

I want zoom to display just my initials, like when you have no profile picture, but every time I got to the web settings and delete my profile picture, it keeps re-appearing in the next logon (it uses my Gmail account picture).How can I prevent that?

I have added my team members email and name to the Zoom contact. Assuming next time I create a new meeting I can invite them easily, but it doesn't work. Every time I have to copy and paste their emails. Why this feature doe not work ?????Zoom used to allow you to easily invite others to your meetings and add it to your calendar automatically, now that feature is removed. It's not even in the add ons. Does anyone know how to fix this issue please?

Can't find the exact "location" to post this. Question - Ran into 403 error when posting a pardot / SF Account engagement form for webinar registration via a hidden form with webinarId and posting URL as recommended on the guide https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276 Pardot captures the registrant correctly but zoom throws the 403 error. Integration/OAuth with SF-Pardot is all working as intended. Has anyone encountered similar, and how have you resolved it?  Thank you

Hello, I use has an option to give remote control, but for some reason, it's not appearing as an option. Yes, in my settings I have toggled ON remote control. I'm using a desktop Windows computer, I'm running Zoom 5.8 and it's still not working. I do have the free version, has Zoom made anything changes I'm not aware of? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

URGENT. NEED HELP.  Hello guys, so I supposed to sign in using SSO but instead I sign in using campus email that has the same domain for the SSO. My account got locked and now I can't claim the licensed Zoom from my campus. I can't submit a ticket because the plan is still basic even using my campus email. Can anyone help? I make a support ticket under wrong support because the technical support can't be reached if you are basic plan. Any advice for me? thanks.

Hi Team, Currently, users must manually enter the vanity URL when accessing the Zoom mobile app. Is there a way to pre-configure the vanity URL to enhance the user experience? We manage mobile devices via Intune. Thanks  Ricky Su

My team and I joined a meeting hosted by our manager, but the host didn't show up. When we requested to record, nothing happened, and no one saw the request. Does anyone know how to record when the host isn't present? Are there any settings we can adjust?

Just recently when I start a zoom meeting a constant buzzing goes to the speakers. As soon as the meeting stops the buzzing stops. No other program on the pc does this. I am using windows 11 and zoom 6.4.6. The audio does not get heard by the participants on zoom but it is heard live. Right now the sound is sent from the pc into a mixer and out to speakers throughout the building. Even when the computer sound is all the way off there is still a buzzing. We have tried sound setting in zoom, new cables, a new sound card and updating drivers. Again the sound is just fine until the zoom meeting starts when the buzzing starts and ends when the zoom meeting ends, Not when zoom opens only when the meeting starts.

Hi everyone, Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm trying to join a Zoom Events meeting using the Meeting ID and passcode, but it's not letting me in. Instead of joining the meeting, Zoom just redirects me to use the meeting link.This is a bit inconvenient since I usually prefer (or need) to join using the Meeting ID and passcode.Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Is this expected behavior for Zoom Events meetings, or is there a setting that needs to be adjusted on the host's side? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello,I have an end user that is trying to share multiple screens from their dual monitor setup. It says 'press ctrl' to share multiple screens. They claim they cant press control to do that anymore. They have a wireless Dell Keyboard. I have them press the fn key, but that does not help.

Our ATA Poly 400 is provisioned and registered with Zoom. I connected the ATA's phone port to the door box after provisioning. I press the button on the door box after connecting, but nothing happens. The receptionist should be able to hear it, but it's not. I believe that in order for the receptionist's phone to ring, the ATA must be set up for Ring Down. Could someone please tell me how to set up the Ring feature on the receptionist's phone?

I'm using Zoom to teach online English lessons to a young student. I embedded videos into the whiteboard but my student sees a static image, she can't hear or see the video. I also tested this with a second computer, and faced the same issue. As a host I can see and hear the video, but the participant doesn't hear or see the video even though I'm sharing the whiteboard.  I know I can share the video from Youtube by sharing my screen, but going back and forth between the whiteboard and screen-sharing other content disrupts the in-class acitivities.  I'm using zoom workspace 6.3.6 on a Mac. Thanks in advance for any help.Does 

We want to replace our archaic traditional landlines with VoIP Zoom. Do you recommend zoom over Vonage or others? 8-10 users in a law office.

I will be installing a new app for all users with a service account with admin permissions. Will that service account need to stay an admin after the account is installed for the app to continue to work? All that I've read says that an owner or admin account needs to create the account and that the account needs to stay active for the app to continue to work. But I haven't seen anything that says it needs to stay and admin account. Will it break the app if I demote it after? Alternatively, what are the specific permissions needed in an admin account to be able to install an app, but do nothing else? I would be willing to go the route of creating a new admin role if I'd be able to limit the admin permissions for it.

When I'm scheduling a call and try to add "invitees", neither the desktop or iPhone Zoom app recognize the names of people that are already in my contacts. So, I have to manually cut-n-paste their email addresses into the mtg invitation one at a time.    I need Zoom to access my iPhone contacts and automatically insert their email address into the scheduler.    Any how-to guidance appreciated... thanks.     Richard

I had a Pro Plan Zoom account and have been using it for several years.  A couple of weeks ago, my Meeting tab went blank and I can no longer schedule meetings.  If I go through the home tab and click on schedule, I just get the waiting roundabout and it never ends in being able to schedule a meeting.  I was 1 week from the new month, so I cancelled my subscription and moved to Teams.  I don't want to keep using Teams, I like and know Zoom better, but I can't use it if I can't schedule meetings and I am worried if I restart paying for Pro, I still won't be able to access my meetings tab so it will be a total waste of money.  Does anyone know what has happened to my meeting tab and how to get it back?

Hi zoom, We are at TV 2 Denmark, looking for a "remote guest" solution, where we are able to only use one link for an invite, and then the guest, doesn't have to install an app OR haft to login, to join the meeting. Is this a service you provide? Ride now, with our current plan, we can't just send a link, without the guest HAS to download and install the zoom app on their device.. That is not a good solution for us, since we have to be able to provide quick solutions when we have people from anywhere around the world, coming in on short notice for an interview.Kind regards Anders Arndal, System specialist TV 2 DENMARK 

Hi everyone, For the past month, whenever I join a meeting, one participant's screen shakes.  I have completed updates, restarted my computer, logged in and out of my account, and yet one person will have a shakey video screen.  I noticed it is usually in the upper left corner of the screen (when it is more than one person). It is completely distracting and a bit visually overwhelming.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?
