Hello.   Currently I have AI companion which I use to record and transcribe calls and feed into my AI machine to help create next steps, project plans and follow up emails.  The challenge I have is when I do not set the call up using my Zoom account or I am on TEAMS or Google Meet, I cannot get the benefits of using AI Companion.  I am thinking I need to look into another product such as OTTER, but before i do I wanted to know if any of you know if it is possible to invite the AI companion to meetings you are having outside of your zoom account and in Google Meet and Teams. I appreciate any feedback anyone can provide.

After a recent update, I no longer have the choice to save my recordings to my computer.  That’s extremely annoying as I don’t trust the cloud and, apparently I have good reason not to.  My recordings have not showed up in the list of recordings.  That’s over an hour of recording time that I have to redo.  I am beyond furious.  Please fix this ASAP.  Also, please consider testing your software before pushing it onto us, so that you don’t cost us time we don’t have.

Using Zoom on Windows 11 with all updates installed. I am hearing impaired and my Phonak hearing aids function as a Bluetooth headset. When I am in a Zoom meeting I cannot adjust the output volume using using the volume slider in Windows or using the volume slider in Zoom audio settings. Both the input and output sliders in Zoom audio settings have an X next to the speaker icon on the left end of the slider indicating, I assume, that the sliders are disabled. My Phonak hearing aids are selected as both the input and output device in Zoom. What must I change to be able to control the output volume? Thanks.

ON IPAD:  Up until this week, June 16, 2024, if someone shared their screen during a meeting, it would go back to gallery view, which is the correct view/setting.Now when a participant ends a screen-share session, it goes automatically into speaker view. I have to manually find a moment to switch it back. I am a court reporter, and I have very little time to take my hands off my writer to do that.What is going on? I'm not the only one who is having this issue. Three people I know already told me they are having it too. I just hope there is a fix.Thanks!

Hi - I’ve just published a recurring weekly event. We will have different team members covering sessions, so I didn’t have any speakers added when I published. I’m adding speakers now and they are not receiving the email invite with calendar link.The sessions are published. Registration is required.They all have special role of speaker. They’ve all been added as “speaker.”I’m adding them per session here: The speaker session join details email is scheduled for 4 weeks out - but sessions start next week.  Am I missing something? Is there a way to set these to send as soon as I add someone as a speaker? Or is there even a way for m

It says only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range.I can find absolutely no way of updating this. And I can see no tuition on how to do it.Can somebody tell me how to do this?I found it much easier when we could just see all of our booked-in meetings.I don't know why this has changed.If you can help me that would be great and many thanks.

Hi all,  I create events using Swoogo, and I use the virtual integration with Zoom to create Zoom meetings for my online events. Swoogo already sends users a secure link to the Zoom meeting that forces them to sign in through Swoogo (so that our registration and attendance data is correct).  The issue is that Zoom also separately sends users an invitation to the meeting, and that link can be used by anyone, including users who haven't signed in, so we can't get their attendance data. Is there a way in Zoom account settings to turn off the automatic email invitations?Thanks

When I follow the directions in 'Livestreaming meetings or webinars on YouTube' article using custom settings for a scheduled Zoom meeting and a scheduled YouTube livestream, YT waits forever for the stream to start, even though the Zoom Meeting auto-started as expected. Where can I find Zoom info/error to figure out what is wrong? I captured some debug info using Zoom Workplace General setting for diagnostics but can’t really make heads or tails of the volumes of information and didn’t readily find any specific errors.We have two HP Mini Conferencing G9 PCs with Zoom Rooms and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC systems. One has two Poly TC10s, one as a Controller and one as a Scheduling Display. The other room has one TC10 as a Scheduling Display and an iPad (A16) as a Controller.When I manually go through starting YT it works ok.Any help on some specifics and where to look at?

What’s one Zoom feature you think is underrated but actually improves your meetings the most? And is there any feature you wish Zoom would add in future updates?

There was a very useful facility in Zoom meeitngs that is available anymore. I teach students online. Students could send answers privately only to the host. We could see these private messages in one window. This facility has been changed to individual named chat messages. There is a need to navigate around chat widow. I am trying to find out whether this facility is still there  or move away from Zoom.

As a Pro user, we have two licenses—one assigned to the Owner and one to the Admin.In that case, is it possible to host and run two meetings at the same time, one created by the Owner and the other created by the Admin?

i had a online class in zoom, and it is a meeting with password. im sure the password is corret, and i can enter the meeting without enter password by my phone, but when i use a computer or a laptop. it always needs a password and always says the password is wrong. i want to contact the supporter but there is only ai pop up. can anyone help me fix it? 

I love the ability to save a transcription of my Zoom meetings, however I don't need a timestamp every 12 seconds.  I rather have no timestamp at all, or one at the beginning and end of the meeting.  Is there a way to deselect the timestamp on live transcription before I save it? At the moment, I am editing them out of the final document which is a fair bit of editing on an hour long meeting. thanks for your help!

Even When I choose presenter mode when sharing my screen, it still will not display my floating window with me in it. So as I’m presenting I can’t see myself talking over the slides. Is there a setting or something that I need to enable in order for this to work? Please urgently help, this is stressing me out.

Hi, I need help. My Zoom has stopped recording Full HD videos. I have the Pro subscription, and I have the HD option enabled in my computer's Zoom settings. I don't know why it was recording in HD at one point and then suddenly stopped. I have 20GB of free space. I don't know what to do anymore, and the Zoom support on this website isn't helping. PLEASE HELP.

My account is free, my Chinese clients are getting error code 13215 when logging in. How can I resolve this?

We use have a handful of digital signages installed with TVs rotated 90 degrees in portrait orientation. It appears that Zoom as of v6.7.5 that there is new ability to control the orientation of digital signage using the Zoom admin portal.We are seeing that despite the orientation changes, that the app is auto reorienting the display to standard rotation.As a workaround for now, I am reverting to v6.3.5 but I am posting this here to see if Zoom is aware of issues with this new feature and if there are plans to address it.For note, we are an Apple exclusive shop with the issue occurring on Apple silicon Mac minis.Thanks!

I originally had a one time use webinar that expires on 2/14th, I tried to schedule another webinar that will be on 2/16th and was prompted that I need to buy a new subscription, I bought another one-time subscription that will expire on 3/10th.  Despite this I still am getting the prompt that I need to subscribe in order to schedule the webinar.

I will be hosting a webinar with 3000+ participants later this month.  All attendees sign up for the event on a separate (non-Zoom) platform and then we register the attendees (via CSV upload) into Zoom.  We are hearing from a disturbingly large number of attendees that they did not receive their Zoom registration confirmation email.  The emails are not found in the recipient's inbox or spam folders.  Having them search for emails from '***********' also does not produce the registration confirmation email.  Resending the confirmation email (an incredibly time-consuming process now that Zoom has inserted a 60-second countdown timer between resends) produces mixed results; some attendees receive the subsequent email while most do not. So far, Zoom technical support has advised two things:1) tell the recipients to contact their email server provider and ask them to unblock all of the 50+ IP addresses that Zoo

For about 2 months now I noticed zoom no longer sends out confirmation emails to CSV uploads and people that register through the registration link for a webinar. This has been affecting my business lately. Are their possible workarounds or other platforms to explore?
