Try reinstalling the Zoom for Chromebook app and see how it goes. This ensures that the app is up-to-date. To uninstall the app, follow the steps from the official support website here: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/2589434?hl=en

1. In the corner of your screen, select the Launcher .
2. Right-click the app you want to remove.
3. Select Uninstall or Remove from Chrome.
4. Select Uninstall.

Then reinstall the Zoom Web App for Chromebook by downloading it through this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.pwa.twa
