Accessing Queue VMs in the Mobile App

Mobile app is enabled, queue is programmed, users are added to queue and settings enabled that allow users to access the VMs for queues.  However, you can see the VM’s in the app on the PC but you can’t see them in the mobile app.  Has anyone else experienced this and how do I fix it?

    Unfortunately I don’t believe that is an option yet on the Mobile app. A work around solution I have seen is turning on notifications via email for the inbox so the user can see the VM and call them back or work it through the email on their phone, then edit or resolve on a computer later. I know it’s not ideal but something to consider.
