Trouble with meetings display in iPhone mobile app

I have ‘scheduling permission’ to schedule meetings for another Zoom account. In web browser view as well as Zoom workplace app on my desktop/laptop (Mac and Windows), I am able to see all my upcoming meetings - my own as well as those that I have scheduled for the other account (In Zoom workplace app on my desktop there’s a button to toggle between the two and I can see and access that).

But in my iPhone mobile app, it is weird. When I uninstall the Zoom app on iPhone and reinstall it, I am first able to see all my upcoming meetings (my own and those scheduled for the other acct) under ‘Meetings’.

HOWEVER, if I then close the iPhone app and reopen it, now I am able to see only my own upcoming meetings and not those I scheduled for the other acct (the ‘all meetings’ view I had earlier under Meetings disappears). Nor am I able to find any toggle button or pull down anywhere, where I can choose which account’s meetings it needs to display.

I want to be able to see the meetings I scheduled for the other acct also in my upcoming meetings list. Can someone please help?

Hello,

This behavior on the iPhone app is a known limitation of how Zoom Mobile handles scheduling privileges. Here’s what’s happening and how you can work around it:

  • On desktop and web, Zoom fully supports scheduling privilege—you can view and manage meetings you scheduled for another user and toggle between accounts.
  • On mobile (iOS/Android), the app currently does not persistently display meetings scheduled for others after the first login session.
    • When you reinstall, the app initially syncs all meetings (yours and delegated).
    • After you close and reopen it, the app refreshes to show only meetings owned by your account.
    • The toggle or “All meetings” view available on desktop is not yet implemented on mobile.

Access via Web Browser on iPhone

If you need to manage or view all meetings (including delegated ones):

  • Open Safari or Chrome on your iPhone.
  • Go to zoom.us/meeting and sign in.
  • You’ll see the same full list of meetings as on desktop.

Or you may ask the meeting owner to add you as an alternative hosts in their meetings.

If you are added as an alternative host for those meetings, they will appear under your upcoming meetings list on mobile more consistently.

Thank you for understanding my issue perfectly and for the detailed reply.
My account is added as an alternative host. But the delegated meetings still don’t show up. Guess logging in via browser is my only other option then.
Do you know if there are any plans to fix this issue or implement the toggle button on iPhone mobile app anytime soon?
