AI Companion Notes Product Thoughts/Ideas

Hi there,

I just started using the new notes feature and find it somewhat helpful, but there are some aspects missing that make it not quite top notch.

  1. If I write out notes, I’d expect AI to expand upon the stuff I just quickly jotted down. So a headline with someone’s name and a bullet point saying “Project A late” would be filled in with information about what project, why it’s late, etc.
  2. There are footnotes to points in the transcript portions of the summary are coming from, but not if you generate notes after that (by typing space)

    hi @Jens Astrup

Glad to hear you are using it. This is als now the mynotes option so you can make your own notes during a meeting and then add them to the summary information after a meeting.

THis is a new feature from Zoom so we are still looking at the ways people use this and how it can be developed in the future.

    Thank for for your comments.
Please like and mark as the solution if this helps

    All the best

@ExpertswhoJohn - another very nice integration you could explore is being able to sync meeting summaries to external applications such as Noteable, OneNote, and other note taking applications.  It would be super handy to have the notes an action items availble where people track their work on a daily basis.
