Hi - I had a 1 hour meeting a few hours ago and there is no sign of the recording. I am the administrator and have checked all folders but no sign of the recording. The last time I recorded it was available almost immediately. Does it sometimes take a while to show? I thought it would at least show that it is processing, but there is no sign of the recording at all.

Hi All, [SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM] We are a school with Zoom VOIP phone service and a mix of Polycom VVX 311 and VVX 411 phones.  In one of our buildings, we perform intercom paging by calling into an Algo 8301 IP Paging Adapter which is paired to a Bogen PCM2000 zone paging system.  When the algo receives our call, it plays a chime to let us know it has answered.  We then need to press some buttons on our phone to signal to the PCM2000 which zone we would like to talk to.  For example, the button press we use most often is *01 to page to just our internal building speakers. Our issue is that the button presses are very laggy when we do them from the Polycoms.  The tones don't come out right away and often come out in a burst all at once.  It doesn't matter how fast or slow we dial the sequence.  There's always an unpredictable timing to the tones coming out.  Because of that, we frequently

Whenever I group by date, whether its year or by month it is ALWAYS one behind. So if the date is 9/15/2024 and I have it grouped by month, the date above it will show "August 2024," and if i have it grouped by year, the date above will show "2023."  

I'm following the enabling Q&A instructions found here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058425  Instructions are:Account Management then Account Settings.Click the Meeting tab.Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Q&A in meetings toggle to enable or disable it.BUT I don't see an Option #3 i.e. to toggle in-meeting Q&A to ON :(.I'm using the Zoom online web version.

I'm running online singing lessons using a Macbook Air, and always have original sound for musicians enabled so that my voice doesn't cut out and I can play the piano at the same time. Of late - the last month or so - I find my students are complaining they can't hear me. I'm too quiet. I've tried increasing the microphone input, but it's on its max. The automatic adjustment doesn't work either. Am I missing a new setting somewhere? 

Can you change option from only host being enabled to start a meeting that has already been scheduled?  My colleague is wanting to allow anyone to join to be able to start meeting.  Can you edit the option once meeting has been scheduled by the host? Thanks! 

Is it possible to access a shared file after the meeting? I looked for it in my desktop in the Zoom folder, but the only file that I found was the chat. Is there any way to get this file? Thanks in advance

Hello, As I share my screen, I notice black boxes appears from the floating toolbar or other options I may use while sharing.  The black boxes appear directly in the middle of the screen blocking content on the screen and a HUGE distraction to meeting participants.  This happens every time I share my screen or others share their screen.

I have zoom desktop client installed on my laptop. When i share screen, black window boxes were seen on the shared screen. I then chose "secure share with windows filtering option in Advanced settings of screen share. The black boxes disappeared but when Im annotating on my shared screen, the participants are not able to see. This happens only when i have chose secure share with windows filtering option and not with any other option. This was never the issue with my old laptop. But ever since i installed zoom on my new laptop, I am facing this issue. Please help me sort this out

Since ZOOM updated yesterday, I cannot find my recurring meetings

I bought a Zoom line to keep my personal cell phone and business number separate. I've been able to set up the phone so that it rings and I can make calls out. However, when anyone calls my business line, my cell just rings like normal. I can't tell if it's a call for my business or if it's a call to my cell. It shows the caller ID, but that doesn't differentiate between personal and business.I'd like to know if it's a business call so that I can answer like, "Thanks for calling ABC Business."Is there a whisper message feature or some way to mark which calls are coming from my business line?

My internet speed drops significantly only when I open a Zoom meeting.Details:Without Zoom: Download speed is around 42-45 Mbps.With Zoom: Speed drops to 8-10 Mbps.Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G (Fully Updated).I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including:Reinstalling the Zoom app.Changing DNS settings.Limiting video quality.Closing background apps. Despite this, the speed drop happens only while using Zoom, making it difficult to attend smooth online classes. zoom을 통해 수업을 듣고 있는데, 강의자가 아닌 경우 수강생들은 마이크를 꺼놔야 합니다.그래서 수강생들은 채팅을 입력할 수밖에 없는데, 채팅을 입력할 때 한글 자음과 모음이 계속 분리되는 문제가 있습니다.어떻게 해결해야 하는지 아시는 분 있나요? 예를 들면, '안녕하세요'라고 입력할 경우, 'ㅇㅏㄴ녕하세요'로 입력됩니다.그래서 자음과 모음이 분리되지 않을 때까지 같은 단어를 여러번 입력해야 했습니다.제가 'ㅇㅏㄴㅇㅏㄴ안' 이런식으로 '안'이라는 글자를 3~5번 입력하다보면 언젠간은 자음과 모음이 붙은 형태로 글자가 입력됩니다. zoom 외에는 한번도 이런 경우가 발생하지 않았습니다.크롬 브라우저에서도 정상 입력 되고, 개발자 개발툴인 vscode나 cursor.ai 등등 다른 곳에서는 글자의 자음과 모음이 분리되는 현상이 전혀 발생하지 않습니다. 오직 zoom에서만 발생합니다.

hello! I can't find any solution to a problem i started having last week. I never had it before and I've already tried several things but I can't solve it.the problem is that every time I want to share screen, I can't share the sound if I have my headphones connected ( they are not bluetooth ones). If I disconnect them, my students can listen. I'd like to make it clear that the headphones are working correctly as I use them at all moments on zoom. This problem is only when I share screen.Hope you can help me. Thanks very much    

Hello! Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm... I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????'  Thanks!

We schedule zoom meetings for trainings and webinars and interactions. We have 4 accounts and about 12 persons authorised to schedule. We are looking at scheduler to help as to which slot and which account is available 

i got trouble with embedding yt videos on docs.the error contains "sign in to confirm you are not a bot"how can i solve this?

windows client  updated from 6.4.0 to 6.4.1now the client pops up all the time for no reason

 Every single Zoom one-on-one I get this green and gray video corruption!https://i.ibb.co/KpLJ2xSv/zoom.png This has happened on older installs of Windows 10 on the same machine. I do not have the luxury of using another computer (and why would I, mine kicks @$$). The only thing I can do is downsize the restored window to a very small 2x2 inches on my 32inch screen! I would have posted about this two years ago though that is how insanely busy I am. Suggestions from other highly technical people please?

When the teacher open Whiteboard during video meeting, I cannot see anything. When I opened the " Whiteboard" function in zoom, it just shows:   Unable to load this whiteboard. Error code: 3. What's happening?

Is it possible to have hungarian translation for the Zoom application UI? I'm aware of several people in my neighborhood (typically older people), who uses zoom to reach out their friends/congregation/social events, but do not speak english, only hungarian. For them, using the app is very tricky, especially when the ap constantly changing here and there - for example, recently it changed that they have to click the Join button, even when they are using invite link with password, so t caused a disruption in the community.Im happy to contribute to have this available (I spend plenty of time with the support of the people what could be eliminated having a hungarian translation)

I've read online about the additional features that powerpoint live has over the standard powerpoint version. My company uses Teams for all of our internal virtual meetings and zoom for all our meetings, trainings to our franchise network. I would like to present via powerpoint live using the additional features. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Everything I fine is how to use powerpoint live in MS teams nothing about how to use it via zoom meetings. Is powerpoint live available for zoom meetings? 

Horribly annoyed at having to deal with AI chatbots which only compiles key tokens from phrases and therefore present you with useless ""answers" what a scam AI is !!!In meeting I organise, whether i have original sound on or off, wether i shut my microphone or not, whenever a person starts to talks, I often get a click sound and their sound is muted for several minutes, I did try everything, I dont really understad what goes on and I hope the unpaid users like me will have a solution that the paid employees of Zoom don't seem to be arsed in giving, all they have is flippen chatbots.Thanks all !

Zoom should make more stability improvements because the meetings lag or freeze even though my connection is fast my zoom version's 6.4.1 and then it kicks me out of the meeting and then i have to put the Meeting ID back in and the passcode.
