Hi, I mistakenly admitted Read AI into one of my meetings and the app has been joining my meetings ever since. I have made several attempts to remove the app and have researched solutions, but no luck so far. Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Hi everyone,We are currently facing a critical application-level issue with Zoom version 7.0.0. Issue Summary:Zoom is consistently showing “Offline” or getting stuck on “Connecting…” across multiple devices and platforms (desktop, mobile, different networks). Observations: Issue is not device-specific Issue is not network-specific (tested across different ISPs) Occurs on multiple accounts/devices Other internet services are working fine Troubleshooting already done: Reinstalled Zoom on all devices Cleared cache / data Switched networks (WiFi / mobile data) Disabled VPN / firewall Restarted systems Impact:This is a blocking issue affecting usability of Zoom entirely, making it a high-severity / critical problem.Questions: Is this a known issue with version 7.0.0? Is there any official acknowledgment or incident report? Any immediate workaround or rollback recommendation? If anyone else is experiencing this or has a fix, please share.Thanks.
Hello, community. Recently, I just recording a meeting without log in to zoom. (approved by the host, and it was recorded locally in my zoom.us app). However, I cannot find the recording file in my local device (Macbook)? I have tried to look into my Finder, but could not find the video file. Can any one tell me want happened? Or, is it necessary to log in to record meetings? but, why does it allow me to click on the option to record if I am not logged in? Thank you. HW
Hello, I work for an MSP that supports both Windows and Mac devices. Over the last month, we've noticed that users of specifically LENOVO devices (laptops) are experiencing an issue where their devices crash whenever they enter meetings. The devices lock up and need to be hard shut down and rebooted to operate again. We've tried reinstalling zoom, turning off hardware acceleration, making sure the device is up to date etc. This seems to be something related to how Zoom and Lenovo are interacting at the software level, but we need a solution ASAP, as this behavior is spreading across all client using Lenovo devices!

Every time I start a call, my laptop camera automatically zooms out. I heard it can be because more than one person is speaking, but how can I disable it?
I am building a show that is going to be done over zoom but I would like to know if anyone knows of a zoom emulator fake zoom meeting. So I can test out my zoom and how does it look with a grid, etc etc..
Can someone please tell me how to transfer ownership of a recurring meeting? We need someone else to take over the meeting going forward, but we don't want to change the ID and password, since it is widely distributed. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
It seems Zoom allows one (1) camera per user/profile. If one would like to use multiple wired cameras (2 or more) on one Zoom host computer will the Zoom system allow it. What I'm asking running a Blended meeting without using multiple computers or cell phones signed in as users/profiles so they can be used as cameras? Currently I run a Blended Zoom meeting with multiple views but with no zooming capabilities.The audio is no problem, I use multiple microphones and speakers though a sound board.
Hello - I need to cut 00:12:36-00:13:00 from a recording that is 01:36:57. I cannot figure out how to do it. I selected the scissor icon and when the blue bar appeared I selected these time codes thinking this portion would get trimmed. Instead, the system saved on this portion. I restored the original recording but I cannot figure this out. Please advise. TIA!
I use Zoom AI all the time. I was showing a new employee this feature and opened our just completed meeting summary to show it to her. It was complete and detailed. She was impressed. I went back later today to access it and it says "A summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript.". WTW?
I’ve had automatic recordings set for my meetings for a number of years with no problem. The recordings started as soon as the meeting did, informed the participants that it was being recorded, and the recording automatically saved to my computer. Easy. Suddenly, a few weeks ago, despite still having record option chosen in my settings (I didn’t touch the settings), the meetings are no longer being recorded - AND there is no option while the meeting is going to manually press record. Nothing. Nada. No button to press, no options in settings. I reached out to Zoom customer service about 20 times (not kidding), they keep sending me emails saying they’re looking into it and to be patient (with the exception of one email yesterday asking me whether I’ve followed their advice yet…??). But the issue remains. I do think it a bit odd that this all started the week they introduced the AI companion feature. I previously used Google Signin to link to my account - but because i travel around and use different people's devices, some times i need to just signin using my email and password. I cannot seem to reset my password as ZOOM keeps forcing me to link my Google Account - which i'm not comfortable with, as i use it on so many devices. How do i stop that? I tried unlinking my user, under user management but it doesn't seem to work

Currently, many users (including myself) experience issues with screen sharing, window management, and overall performance when using Wayland compositors (GNOME/Mutter, KDE/Kwin).Relying on XWayland is no longer a viable long-term solution as the Linux ecosystem is rapidly moving to Wayland by default. We need: Native PipeWire/Portal integration for screen sharing. Better resource management (CPU/RAM optimization) under Wayland. Fixes for screen flickering and window focus issues. This is critical for users on modern distributions like Ubuntu 24.04/26.04 and Fedora.

I have used zoom for my Livestream. It's very convenient for my guest speaker. The only problem is the green border around speaker is distractive for my audience. How can I remove the green border while speaker is speaking? P.S. I only know how to remove the green border while sharing the screen. Thanks
While i am attending a zoom webinar or meeting i frequently receive Teams phone calls. Since i've only got the one headset for all my audio, is there a way to mute the meeting temporarily, so i can take the phone call, then get back to the meeting? currently i find myself actually LEAVING the meetings to deal with the phones, and a dislike that solution! I am not seeing myself on zoom meetings. I have searched all the help I could find online and nothing has helped. It used to work fine and just recently it went black. My camera works fine in other applications. I have updated drivers, reinstalled zoom, experimented with all the settings. I have tried different cameras and get the same result, so it must be with the zoom application. Not sure what to try next.Dan
オーディオ設定のスピーカーテストをした時に、テスト音が最初の1,2秒だけ出てそのあとはテスト音が途切れ途切れになりちゃんと聞こえません。またヘッドセットを接続したときもテストをすると最初の1,2秒だけテスト音が聞こえてそのあと途切れ途切れになります。ミーティング参加に参加している時も相手の声はクリアに聞こえるのですが、音楽が流れると音が途切れ途切れになり、その後聴こえなくなってしまいます。この現象はズームの時だけで、PCのレコーダーで録音した音声はクリアに聞こえますし、ユーチューブなども音が途切れることはありません。また、PC本体のエラーも確認しましたが検出されませんでした。Zoomの時だけ音が途切れ途になります。いろいろと調べてみたのですが、どうしても原因がわからず困っています。解決方法などわかる方がいましたらぜひ教えていただけると大変助かります。
Does anyone know how I zoom out (ratio) on a zoom meeting. I can only get my head in the shot from the camera angle on top of my computer and I want a little more of me and the room! The google searches I do suggest there is a function for this, but the button it tells me to look for doesn't appear to exist...!
I need to set up my system with a message for the incoming caller (insurance disclaimer, in my case). In the event I don't answer, this is to be followed by instructions to leave a message.Have tried Auto Receptionist and Call Queues setups, but this is still not working.Can anyone help out?
