Halo. I have a problem with my zoom installation within samsung tab S9 FE. I cant change the virtual background. Is there any particular reason?
Starting some time between May 2nd and May 5th, if a user misses an internal call from someone else in our company and they look in the call history, it'll now display the outbound caller ID we set up for each user that's meant for external callers (this is only happening on the Zoom desktop app and the mobile app. It looks like it's affecting call logs in the admin portal as well). Prior to May 5th, the actual internal caller's name and extension would show up in the call history instead of the outbound ID we set up for each phone. I should note the outbound ID is the call queue numbers we set up for each branch (the call queue numbers are using the main phone numbers for each branch. We intended this to be used for when we're calling external phones outside of the company so that the caller ID would show up as the main company number to the external phone).I should also note that when the notification for the incoming call pops up on the screen while a call is being received, it show
I have the displays set up in the attached fashion. Starting from Left to Right .During the screen sharing via Zoom.The screen numbers are incorrect .I have reinstall Zoom and it still didn't help the issue.Can someone please suggest how can this be fixed ? At my job we use zoom phones as our main phone system. The other two women I work with receive voicemails with no issue but for some reason they will NEVER show up on mine. I am on a PC and everything is fully updated. Any suggestions?
Hi! I need some help, please. For some reason my floating meeting controls (at the top) when screen sharing is too big and I can not access the button on the most righthand side "the more" button. I am unable to make this floating controls smaller, shrink it a bit, and can not move it side to side,because it just does not fit the screen.Thank you!!
My ZOOM account used to work properly. Now, and I don't know why, it is not working the way it did before. Whenever I set up a meeting ahead of time, then later join the meeting, then ZOOM thinks that I am a PARTICIPANT. It does not recognize me as the owner of the account, so I cannot make someone a co-host and I cannot allow someone to record the meeting. How can I fix this?
Hi, I was wondering if there is an option to see meeting durations or attendees for non logged users (e.g. Joining a Zoom call from browser). Do I have to rely in network logs only?There are some logged fields containing this kind of information? Thanks!JP
I need to keep the list of participants ALWAYS open on my window, since I am managing the participants, and doing things like turning Spotlight ON and OFF for speakers as we go thru the agenda. I do not want to keep opening the participant list since it keeps closing after some time. is it possible to keep the list window pinned (always open)? thanks - Jyotin
I have a new 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the App, since doing so my camera and video keep auto focusing and zooming in and out with all movement! I need this to stop- all the help articles and reddit searches have given me suggestions for views I don't have in Zoom Workplace and I can't disable this feature. It's driving me nuts!
Every meeting I've been on for a couple of years now as a client (not initiated the meeting), my entire computer crashes and shuts down about 20-30 minutes into a meeting. I have to wait for the reboot sequence to complete and log back into the meeting. This happens repeatedly during the same meeting. Have to abandon my desktop (Windows) and use a laptop or IPhone to complete the meeting. Extremely annoying and disruptive. For some reason it doesn't happen when I've initiated the meeting.
Pretty sure this is a feature, not a bug, but wondering if there is a workaround as it causes some issues with end users in my company being unsure of if they actually sent the invitation. Issue detailed below ('I' means anyone in the company). When I send an invitation to a meeting I am hosting through Outlook, the invitation gets sent to me, but immediately is put into the deleted folders. The other recipients receive the invite no problem, but since I'm the host (and I believe it auto-accepts the invite) it goes directly into the deleted folder instead of my inbox. Unchecked the option in Outlook that will send accepted invitations to Deleted, but no change. This occurs whether the invite is sent from the Zoom app or directly from Outlook. Also tested with multiple accounts. We don't use Gmail or another mail service, so using anything other than Outlook isn't an option. Thanks!

I could sure use someone's guidance. Since I installed the latest version of Zoom Workplace I can no longer access a meeting directly within the Zoom application. I must open a browser and, as I am a co-administrator for the meeting, there are features I cannot access in the browser.Since the installation, video stutters and freezes if it works at all. It has also introduced the same symptions in VLC, Celluloid and MPV Media Player. Video sometimes works fine in the browser but nowhere else.I worked with potential iBus issues but to no effect (I support Debian's request it should be optional--its pointless for a huge number of us). When the video works in the browser there will be 3 to 15 second delays in some sesstios. Before upgrading Zoom there were never any problems whatsoever either in Zoom or other software.I have done all Zoom recommendations to rectify the problem. I have reinstalled all affected software. Zoom picks up my voice but not my instrument. This never happened before. I couldn’t find the right audio settings to correct it. I rejoined the meeting, I restarted my tablet, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.
During my zoom sessions, my clients rapport problems of the music coming from spotify plus my voice getting scrathy and dissapearing momentarily. I dont hear these interferences, the sound sounds perfect for me.I have a fast and stable internet connection and a new computer, so Im not sure what could be the problem.Does anyone have any advice?
Has anyone had any trouble with assigning the Zoom for Developers role to a user? I see we have the setting enabled in our Admin account but it's not listed as a role and I'm unable to assign a user to that permission. Any insight you could provide would be much appreciated!
Hi, I've been having issues with my video connection for months. Every time I'm on video the connection bars in the bottom left of the screen are yellow or red, and my video regularly glitches/freezes. I have very fast wifi and just bought a new computer as well (to try to fix the issue), and super fast upload/download speeds. All my other apps work perfectly and never have speed/connection issues with anything else. I've reached out to the customer support team, but none of their suggestions have helped. The issue persists every time there are atleast two people on video. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but frustrating for sure. Thanks for any help.
OS version: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTSZoom version: 6.4.6 (1370)Hardware: Dell XPS 9320 Laptop, using integrated mic and speakers. Problem: During Zoom meetings, my sound and microphone will abruptly stop working. When this happens, if I go into audio settings and click "Test Speaker" no sound plays. My microphone still transmits sound, but it becomes very distorted and low quality. This state can usually be fixed by leaving and rejoining the Zoom meeting. It also seems to have a chance of being fixed every time I swap speaker devices in the Zoom settings. I can usually trigger this state by sharing screen or otherwise swapping focus away from Zoom. I don't have this issue with any software other than Zoom. I have a suspicion that this is a Pipewire/Wireplumber issue, but I don't understand enough about how Zoom interacts with those to troubleshoot. Support keeps directing me to the international PBX rate page, but these are US to international I am pretty sure. We're trying to use fields from Salesforce in our call flows to route calls directly to users or queues. I cannot seem to find any documentation on how to do this in the call flows even after we have completed out Salesforce integration. Any idea of where documents might be for this?
Starting two weeks ago, I can no longer change the audience when FB launches via zoom. In the past the audience is set to (only me) and I could change to public. Don't know why the Zoom FB audience is set to "only me" when my FB profile audience is set to public. I would like my audience set permanently to public and not "only me" when zoom launches FB. How can this be fixed. Once I end streaming to FB from zoom, it will allow me to change to public but not while it is live. Very frustrating.

A participant just got a new modem. Now they don't receive the invite link each time, just some of them. Is there any way to help them on my end?
