Audio problems during a session

During my zoom sessions, my clients rapport problems of the music coming from spotify plus my voice getting scrathy and dissapearing momentarily. I dont hear these interferences, the sound sounds perfect for me.

I have a fast and stable internet connection and a new computer, so Im not sure what could be the problem.

Does anyone have any advice?

Note that original sound has to be turned on in 2 places. Don't forget to click the Original Sound for Musicians button to toggle this on or off in the top-left corner of the meeting window. Also, check your OS for audio enhancements and be sure they are turned off.
