I have the exact same problem and have spent way too much time trying to fix this.  I purchased this device as an upgrade from my Galaxy Tab S5e - and I have to take Zoom meeting on old device due to lack of support

    Can anyone help???

Hello, sharing my experience I have recently bought a samsung S9FE and I have figured out a way to use background/background blur on zoom, instead of changing the settings on zoom directly, try pulling down your navigation panel and you should see a tile right there that says "video call effects" click on it and a control panel would pop up with options to blur your background, change colors or use a photo as background. Keep in mind that this tile will only be visible if you are in a video call(any app would do and this setting will be applied across all apps unless you turned it off) hope this helps! 😊

    Hello there,

I'm sorry for the late response.

Kindly check if the virtual background is enabled on your account.

To enable the Virtual Background feature for your own use:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Settings.
    3. In the Meeting tab, navigate to the Virtual Background option (under the In Meeting (Advanced) section) and verify that the setting is enabled.
      Notes:
      • If the setting is disabled, click the status toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, choose Turn On to verify the change.
      • If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I am sorry but I already tried everything that I found on google to solve this problem before I wrote here, including the one that you suggested me to do. It was perfectly fine though on April, I could change the background and everything. But suddenly I can't weeks ago.

I have the same issue, also checked the account-settings, even uploaded a new background-jpg... it's not working on my Tab9FE+, it is working on windows, iPad and Pixel7

I was looking into attaching a photo but the option is not available.

My question was about Samsung Tab S9

    Not S9 FE

So these suggestions are not relevant, thanks
