We have Live Streaming to Youtube enabled in our profile, but about 2 months ago Live Streaming to Youtube stopped working. We receive the following error message with trying to live stream to Youtube. "Please grant necessary privilege for live streaming" We have verified that this is enabled in our profile as well as the user account. We have toggled this feature on and off, but have not been able to resolve the issue. We are able to go to Youtube and live stream without any issues. The problem appears to be an interface issue between Zoom and Youtube. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, have you been able to resolve it?
I am trying to find out how to schedule a survey to go out to registrants of a meeting. Background: I tested by creating a meeting and selected registration required and built a survey, but the only option is "show in browser when the meeting ends." I created a test webinar followed the same steps. This time I saw the option to "schedule survey" however it was greyed out and I was not able to select it. My question is really focused on the Zoom meeting: Is scheduling a survey not available for meetings?
I don't think I am using zoom meetings and my personal room correctly. I have private practice and want all clients to have my "personal room" but when I schedule a meeting, zoom gives it a different ID so I don't know if that is my personal room or a different room and it gets very confusing. Can someone give me guidance about how to schedule zoom meetings while also using the same zoom room for every meeting?
I'm on Zoom and I want to screen share a specific file on my desktop. I've done it before, but with Version: 6.4.12 (56699), I can't seem to find a choice for that. I used to do it in previous years, but I'm now stumped with the version of Zoom I'm using.
Hi, I´ve paid Zoom Pro for almost 5 years now and my chat on my meetings is turned off no matter what I do on the Zoom Portal and toggle de buttons that Zoom Support says to do.I don´t know how to fix my chat for my meetings. Does anybody has this issue too or its just me for 5 years? lol

Is this a bug? I can find no option in the zoom settings to explain it.Shouldn't the Youtube Gallery View mirror the Zoom Gallery View? It will be a tremendous benefit to our show to have non-video participants visible on youtube with their profile picture or name.
Hi there, My wife is always receiving this email message in her email account from my Zoom account via Fathom where I am never invited to any of her Zoom meetings: "(My name) is using Fathom to record Google Meet meetings and streamline the note-taking. Is it okay if (my name) records your meeting tomorrow?" How can I stop Fathom from sending these message my wife email address?

I have been testing out advanced features in our enterprise Zoom account to help streamline our work related to typing up and managing meeting notes. When the features work--they are great. But when they don't work for no understandable reason, it is a major disappointment requiring back up approaches (which minimizes the impact of using the features if they are intermittent in functionality). The specifics:1. Meeting transcripts. These are great when you remember to (a) turn it on at the beginning of a meeting, and (b) save the transcript immediately before exiting the meeting. I find it odd that Zoom can automatically start recordings and save recordings for you, but not automatically start or save transcripts. Why? I don't need to record with everyone on video and talking, etc. The transcription is much more helpful in capturing notes from a meeting, and when it works, it really reduces the time it takes us to distribute meeting notes. I used to love the meeting summaries. As a paid member, I introduced multiple companies to and suggested zoom as our video conferencing app, almost entirely for the AI's video recordings and meeting summaries. What I loved about the summaries: 1. Easy to read and understand2. Easy to edit (by browser) and share (by email) Now they seem: 1. Incredibly difficult to edit (by browser) or share2. Difficult to understand I'm a tech savvy guy. Anyone on this forum is. But what I liked about the old version was that it was easy for our non-tech savvy coworkers and clients to understand as well. Now the editor has tons of links and icons, and the share button only sends viewers to a link so they can log in to zoom docs. Once a client or coworker sees that they need to login, they balk and ask me to send them a .doc or pdf or email. And then, good luck trying to figure out how to export the summary from zoom docs. I get it.
I had a meeting scheduled by the other person. They agreed for me to take notes, I pushed the AI button which they approved however I did not record the meeting. Were no notes recorded because I did not record the meeting? If it was recorded, I can't seem to access the notes. Thank you
I frequently run into issues where I can't click on stuff. For example, clicking on the "^" arrorws next to the unmute/stop-video buttons doesn't do anything. Similar on the "More" button in the participants list, and the "To:" selector in the Chat. It affects the user-icon menu on the main zoom screen. Sometimes clicking on them will briefly flicker the submenu up before it dissapears. Sometimes mashing it a hundred times really quick will cause the submenu to open and be useable, but that's very unpredictable.I'm on 5.15.3, but this has happened in the last two or three major releases at least as well.I'm using Zoom on Fedora 38, using gnome-shell with Wayland (intel video).
The speaker on my laptop works perfectly. Spotify, youtube etc all sound works. However the last two days I can not hear anything on Zoom Meetings. My mic and all work, just not the speaker. Has anyone had this issue before? How did you fix it? Really desperate for a solution.
I had purchased the large meeting license for 1,000 previously and this morning increased it to 3,000 and assigned it to myself (only one user on the account), but it's not being applied to my existing meeting. The meeting registration is still closed and the meeting still says it has a limit of 1,000. Can anyone help me to apply the increased capacity to a pre-existing meeting? Thanks!
Hi, As of a couple of weeks ago I could go to webinars on the left side bar, then select reports, then go to the specific webinar within the selected time period and click on either registrants or attendees and export a report. Now when I go to reports and select webinars, it only gives me the 3 options and they are all regarding "registrants" and not "attendees". Can someone please tell me how in the heck can I do this now? This is so frustrating. Also the zoom support number on your top sidebar is not a working number. Please advise me how to do this. If this is no longer offered, we may be moving to a different company that offers this feature. Thank you.
Suddenly I can no longer schedule a meeting I create in iCal. When I researched this via the online support, I followed the directions to go to my profile and under Others, Calendars & Contact Integration. It says "We support the following services: Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365". Has iCal support gone away? I don't want to have to recreate my entire calendar in google calendar. My whole biz is online meetings and this is a problem. If it hasn't gone away, how can I generate an appointment that puts the link to the meeting I've created?
Is there a way to paste formatted text form the clipboard unformatted in the Team Chat in the app? I can't seem to be able to find one for such a basic functionality. Constant clearing the formatting gets quite tedious. Every major browser now supports Ctrl+Shift+V for this. (Please don't suggest using some Notepad as an intermediate step)

Recently I noticed the outgoing caller ID on my desk phone is not showing the correct number from my settings. It's using the main company number which is toll-free. The Zoom desktop and mobile apps show the correct caller ID. Any ideas on how to fix this? Desk phone is a Poly VVX450.
Hi everyone, I have recently changed from a Windows PC to an iMac running Sequoia 15.5 and can't not get the camera or microphone to work with Zoom on the iMac. I have troubleshooting sessions with Apple who are saying its a Zoom App issue and with Zoom who say this was a known issue with Apple Sequoia 15.0 / 15.1 but was to be resolved in Sequoia 15.2, which I am beyond. There are no firewall or security restrictions in place on my iMac. Can anyone confirm if this is still an ongoing issue with Sequoia despite it meant to have been fixed or suggest anything that you have done to get this working if you faced similar issues with Sequoia.
